I have a 2019 razer blade pro 17 with the 2060 and want to know if the core x v2 will work with my laptop it doesn't have the thunderbolt 4 or 5 but it has thunderbolt 3 will this work?

Hi,I am experiencing a strange issue with my Razer Basilisk V3. The left mouse button works correctly for single clicks, but when I double-click, it randomly triggers the Ctrl key as if I pressed it on the keyboard.I have:Reinstalled Razer SynapseCreated a new profile with default settingsChecked that no macros or Hypershift actions are assignedMade sure that the left mouse button is set to "Left Click" onlyDespite all this, the problem persists. I hope you’re doing well. I’ve been enjoying my Razer Enki gaming chair for over three years now—it’s otherwise in perfect condition—but recently I noticed that one of the armrests has developed a pronounced vertical play. The armrest pad itself looks like new, so I’m hoping there’s an internal bolt or screw I can tighten rather than replacing the entire armrest.Could you please provide: Instructions or a service guide for safely disassembling the armrest to access any internal bolt/screw.

Hello. I can't connect my Viper v2 mouse via cable. It works fine via dongle. However, as soon as I disconnect the dongle from the USB port, the mouse charges, but the system doesn't detect it. I tried updating the mouse's firmware, but I can't do it because the updater doesn't recognize it either. I've tried updating it on three different computers, all with the same problem. Regards

I noticed my razer viper ultimate charges really slow, like 1 hr for 3%, I also tried the wired charging, same speed, the softwares are all updated. but the problem persists.

i bought a new razor Deathadder essential and tried to put my razor id to the system to control the usual  dpi , color. but couldn't because the system said that my device  was already registered.

I bought an Iskur XL chair in 2021 and, for a few months now, the reclining mechanism has not been working properly: it does not stay in a fixed position, if I lean back, it reclines all the way back. Moreover, I cannot order parts to repair it because, according to the warranty has expired.

My razer blackshark v2 pro xbox were working just fine a couple of days ago and we’re perfectly fine. Yesterday it just stopped working and no longer connects to my xbox. If I put it in pairing mode and it connects to my phone and works fine. No matter what I try they just won’t connect to my Xbox anymore. When I try to contact razer support it never lets me chat with them it just continuously loads. 

My laptop touch screen (Razer 15 Advanced 2021 3080 4K OLED TouchScreen) has stopped working. My new Razer Basilik V3 PRO mouse  doesn't show in the  "devices".I have a MacBook Pro M3 Max 16” 2023.I’ve granted all of the accessibility access.What might be the problem? 

I have already purchased THX Spatial Audio for my PC, as i’m loading all my Razer apps it’s trying to make me purchase THX Spatial Audio again. How do i fix this issue or who can help me 

I've been using it for a few months and when I went to turn on my xbox series x the controller wouldn't turn on either plugged in or wirelessly, ive been playing with it plugged in 90% of the time so I know its charged, it wont flash or do anything at all.

I have a razer blade 15 model 2024. I need recommendations on how I can keep my laptop cooler because it keeps overheating even when the fans are at maximum speed and the laptop cooler as well. As well as the battery, it drains even when I’m playing Minecraft at high end graphics, I enjoy it but should I kick it down a notch with all this? Or should I get a battery replacement, if yes, could I take it to the razer store and ask for a replacement? (battery)

Hi, I’ve been experiencing an issue for the past 30 days with my Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 keyboard on Windows. After installing the Razer Synapse software, certain keys stop working properly — for example, the percent sign (%) and closing parenthesis ")". These keys work fine when Synapse its closed. I've tried restarting, reinstalling drivers, and changing language settings, but nothing fixes it. Any help would be appreciated.

i just got it, brand new straight out the box and it has disconnected and reconnected twice without me doing anythingim on pc, using bluetooth.could someone help me figure out whats causing this? thanks

Hello, while trying to register my Razer Blackshark V2X product that I purchased from the N11 website to my Razer ID, I receive the error that this product has been registered before.
