Dear Support, I am at a lost because an order I recently shipped had the following :”A statement is required from the consignee unless the consignee authorizes the shipper to complete and include the toxic substance statement on their behalf.Recommended action: If the consignee has authorized the shipper to complete on their behalf; include a copy of the written authorization with the shipping documentation. If the shipper is not authorized to complete; consignee must provide the statement.” I am sure you have had this issue before and I have searched around. Bottomline is, I bought the product and I ain’t spend extra minute doing any kinda form/signature. Please contact Fedex/Hongkong or whatever and solve this issue. My order number can be tracked by my id as this was my only order made from your website. It is really disappointing. Solve it please.

I am trying to use ID Me to prove my military service and get a discount on the purchase I'm trying to make, but every time I log in, it says it's a duplicate account. I've tried other sites and can't replicate the issue on any of them are there any solutions? 

I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X plugged it in to my pc and found out the mic wasnt picking up anything,tried it on my mobilephone and it worked fine,tried it on xbox one and it doesnt pick up my voice..starting to run out of ideas on how to make it work or if i have a setting wrong,any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I received a Razer Deathadder v3 for my birthday last April, and after a few months of working splendidly the wire started causing the mouse to disconnect when jostled in my laptop’s USB port. I can get it to connect if I manually position the wire, but it takes up to five minutes of finagling. I’ve been very careful with the mouse, but maybe it’s possible the cord could’ve gotten damaged since it sticks out some when plugged in. I love this mouse and I would like to keep using it if I can, I’m not sure what to do though.

i’v been experiencing some issues while using Synapse 3. i’ve notice this happens when restarting my PC: some random buttons on my Razer Naga X and Razer Tartarus v2 switches to default  (I’ve got Macros assigned). Kind regards.

Hello guys, From time to time my mouse stop in place and jump to the bottom of the screen. It happen once or twice in an hour. Would this be fine to refund it? I tried blowing air in to the sensor to clean it but I cant see anything there. Also would I get money back or just a replacement? Thank you

I just purchased Blade 16 2024 with GeForce RTX4070 and every time I boot the system up, it takes a very long time to start up and get the laptop running to a normal state. During the Start up process, everything lags really bad from my mouse cursor to typing the keys for password. it takes 2-3 minutes starting up.I had an 2016 razer blade and my old model despite being almost a decade years old boots up faster than my current fresh out the box 2024 razerblade laptop.Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Please help me find this solution!

I see lots of posts with “How do I create an RMA” but all the answers appear to be “let’s chat in a PM.”That’s fine, and I’ll do that if somebody replies to this post.However, there really needs to be a much more straight-forward way to do this process.  I have a registered product - why is there no way to open a support case from there in MySupport.The support web page where it claims you can create an RMA just takes you in an endless loop between the “support” page and my account page.

I received the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless PRO as a gift around March 2023.However, the battery is fully charged, so even if I open the case and run pairing mode, it won't show up on my 2 phones and laptop. The name doesn't even appear on the audio app. Please tell me the solution. I want an exchange or warranty.

I know this sounds like a very dumb question, but to be clear, I am not talking about the sound of clicking the buttons. I bought a Basilisk V3 last night, and when it turns on, it makes a little click sound. It's fairly quiet, but audible enough for me to clearly hear it's happening. I believe it might be the sound of the RGB lights turning on, but I've had two other mice with RGB before, and they didn't make this sound. However, I've never owned a Razer mouse before, so I thought I'd ask here to see if I should be concerned and consider swapping it for a new one, or if it's normal and I'm just being paranoid.

i dont know why my headset (razer blackshark v2 pro 2020) just hear from the right side and the left side theres no audio at all.. i tried a lot of way shutting my pc restarting it and trying on other pcs but it still does not work ,even tho i already tried balancing the audio left and right through the windows setting but it still does not work...has anyone exprienced this before and please give me some answer to solve it 

Using the Razer Tartarus for years I could never figure out how to set up the 8 way d-pad. Right now I am using the "4 way" mode in game and it works just fine using up, down left, right in game & synapse. When I switch to 8 way no inputs are detected at all on the default profile and directional inputs in games. Am I missing something? What should be my key-binds in game? Edit: testing and working on gamepad tester, does it think its a controller?
