How to fix the sms issue i want to buy diamonds using Razer Gold

I am deciding to buy the usb c hub and the razer stand chroma v2.And i was thinking to combine the 2 My question is will the usb c hub works perfectly fine (hdmi works fine)  if i plug it on the usb c passthrough of the razer stand chroma v2?

Hello, when I plug my mamba’s wire into the mouse it suddenly turns off and won’t respond. It only works wireless since yesterday. Restarting the computer or deleting and reinstalling drivers won’t fix it. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help!

I bought a brand new black shark v2 off Amazon and they directed me to your official site to put a claim for a replacement as the headset doesn’t work I’ve tried troubleshooting the headset through every means I know possible and audio only comes through one earphone at best I’ve used different devices to see if it was my controller that was the problem but the problem still exists would it be possible for a replacement 

I've had the mouse for 1 month, it works perfectly.Until suddenly it stops working. (the pointer moves only one pixel at a time vertically downward, it does not detect mouse movement).Clicks and macros do work.This happens using the USB or Bluetooth connection. I tried updating the firmware and the mouse did not communicate with the software.It makes me very sad to see my new mouse fail so suddenly.If anyone has an idea what's going on, I appreciate the help.Greetings !

Every evening my base station lets out a melody. The melody is like from first nokia. Monophony. There should not be any speaker or anything that could make a sound. Any ideas? What that is? Why there is this melody? It’s getting a bit creepy!

Dear Razer Community, I am experiencing an issue with my Razer mouse. After installing and using Razer Synapse, my mouse completely stopped working. It doesn't even function when plugged into a different computer, which leads me to believe that Razer Synapse may have caused permanent damage to the mouse. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting steps, including restarting my computer, using a different USB port, and even testing the mouse on another PC, but it remains unresponsive. Unistaling Razer Synapse or doing things from common issues didn’t work either. I tried many things but none did work. The mouse was working fine before installing Razer Synapse. Could anyone please assist me with this issue? Best regards.

just bought the razer wolverine v2 pro controller for my xbox and theres a huge dead zone which i cant get rid of. ive set my dead zones in each game to 0 and it still feels like its on 50. also, i downloaded the razer app on xbox and set my deadzone to zero, but still no change. any help?
