Hello, I purchased an Iskur 4 years ago and the base plate has now cracked. causing the chair to wobble. Where can I get a replacement part?

I’m currently in Ontario, Canada. The battery (model number: RC30-0370) in my Razer Blade 14 (2021) is swollen. I checked the support website, but it asks me to send the laptop back to the factory, which I’d prefer not to do. Is there any way I can order the replacement battery to be shipped directly to me? I’m comfortable replacing it myself. Thank you!

My Razer Orochi V2 doesn’t want to reset its side buttons when i reset it on my computer. when i put it into bluetooth and pair it to my ipad it thinks my side button is still binded to the old preset that i deleted. can someone help me please.

Unfortunately, when I tried to register the product on the Razer website, I received this message:"This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."The headset was purchased sealed and brand new, with all original packaging, accessories, and an untouched activation label on the back of the box. I also verified that the serial number engraved under the ear cushion perfectly matches the serial number on the box, which confirms the product is genuine and unused.I am fully ready to provide proof of purchase, product photos, serial number, and any other required information to assist with resolving this issue. Thank you very much for your support and cooperation. Scroll wheel is mostly unresponsive, rarely it will move a page by a small margin.Tried cleaning scroll wheel with compressed air, updating Synapse software and firmware, issue persists on other machines.Only a couple of years old, last DeathAdder (3G) lasted over 10 years.

Using a program called Focus LoggerI have determined that Razer synapse 3 is causing Full screen Games to be pulled out of focus, while in a gaming session, and minimize instantly to desktop, without warning. It can happen after 5 minutes of gaming, or 10 minutes. Focus Logger tells me its the folder location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\WPFUI\Framework\Razer Synapse 3 Host and points to Razer Synapse 3.exe. Is there anyway to stop synapse from doing this, would a full uninstall/reinstall  help here? Is there an issue with windows 11 and synapse?  

I have just bought new headphones and they arrived today from amazon, i have donwload the razer surround sound 7.1 application…. and whenever i go to click the LAUNCH button. the following error pops up 

recently my mouse scroll wheel is experiencing issues like when i scroll down it doesn't scroll down it goes up down then down again up like that vice versa when i even scroll up this is really horrible in games to switch guns by scrolling need help somebody with knowledge i tried uninstalling razer software updated firmware, windows and tried blowing air and still this hurts

I recently purchased the Wolverine V3 Tournament controller and updated it. It works on the Xbox just fine but doesn't seem to work my my PC. any advice would be greatly appreciated. 

My earphones have around 2 years, bought them around August 2023,  and lately one of my earbuds stopped working, it does not connect neither it charges (for what I suspect) . It did not fell, neither got wet, nothing, just unexpectedly stopped working, any help? I use them a lot but I expected them to have more than just 2year lifespan.

My power button broke and is no longer under warranty is there anything I can do to fix this, I can’t change display or bring up the OSD

I am registered VAT ID company in EU so need to have invoice without VAT as it is EU crossborder purchase . Can someone from support contact me and and help to complete purchase? Hi!My Razer Viper Ultimate stopped working wirelessly. It only works while connected to PC via USB cable. I tried everything I read online including: connecting the USB dongle directly to the motherboard, disabling Synapse, updating the Firmware and driver, connecting the mouse to a different PC, using Razer’s pairing utility.Unfortunately none of the above worked. I'd really appreciate your help.-My mouse's model:RC30-030501Thanks!

I got the controller and dongle second hand. I am able to connect the controller wired to both PC and Xbox. The dongle isn’t recognized on either device. I believe I need a new dongle but can’t find where to get one. 

So I got home from work today and all of the sudden my Blackwidow v4 is having issues. my 1 key is activating my f1 key and my backspace appears to be acting very weird as well. I have tried restarting, uninstalling synap, uninstalling my keyboard drivers, but nothing seems to be working…. Any suggestions? 

So I activated the 7.1 Surround Sound code and had to reinstall Windows. After that, it asks for a code again, saying it was already activated. I have my original Gmail and this headphone (Blackshark v2 x) registered on the website.

Hi here,I talk with razer but i m suprise to be alone with my problem.I just bought Naga v2 Pro and i want use 12 buton mode.I’m french and my local settings and keyboard are set on azerty.When i select in synapse “buton1” and bind the “a” (in alphanumerique table), it seems ok but when i use the buton “1” it does “q” (same thing between z and q and all difference between azerty and qwerty).Can you try to do it if you have azerty keyboard?Thanks
