I lost the dongle for my headset and I would like to order a replacement. I just bought my headset last week and I recently moved so I must have misplaced it in the move.

I need to know if i buy The hyperspeed dongle will work on viper v2 pro if  the original dongle of The mice didn't work.I just using the mice with the cable and I wonderer if will work wireless if i buy this dongle.

Hi!  I just got a pair of Razer Kraken Kitty V2 yesterday, as my old ones stopped working a while ago. They kept disconnecting from my pc constantly and audio kept cutting out.  I turned on my new ones today and connected them to my pc. They connected without any issue, but then the audio started to cut out just like my old ones. They’re brand new and can’t be used, which is absurd. I’ve tried uninstalling the drivers, reinstalling them, connecting and disconnecting, restarted my computer multiple times. Synapse v4 won’t register them, but I can connect them to the Razer audio app on my phone. When connected to my phone, the audio works perfectly. No issue there whatsoever. It’s just when I’m connected to my pc there’s an issue.  My specs are:motherboard; ASUStek Prime H610M-A WIFI d4.processor; 12th Gen Intel(R) Core, i5-12400F, 2500 MHZ, 6 core.  I’ve tried everything that’s recommended online and I can’t find a single solution that works. For some reason when running the software specifically the light turns off-it seems glitchy & will not work with my Kitty V2

So I ran the FirmwareUpdater_v2.02.00_r2 and after the update the dongle is not being detected at all. The Deathadeer V3 pro works VIA Wired USB C connected to the PC. I tested it on a another computer and the dongle does not get detected at all. The Mouse is updated to the lates version. But the Dongle I don’t know.  Please HELP!  

My Naga V2 Pro has a consistent issue - Scroll wheel sensitivity in game Please don’t tell me there is Windows settings in mouse settings. I have no issues with my backup Corsair M65, that mouse is great! I would like to have the wheel sensitivity set so that I have to DELIBERATLY scroll in game because it drives me insane that my mouse will scroll when bumped and swap weapons in a fire fight - Issue consistently occurs in: BF6, COD, Marathon. It gets met killed in competitive shooters and is very frustrating. It even happens while just browsing web pages in Windows on updated Edge browser. Using a Razer Naga mouse and Tartarus Pro keypad. Whenever I try using the Key Recording feature in the Synapse 4 app - the mouse freezes, making it impossible to save any changes.  The system is “stuck” in recording mode - requiring a restart to restore functionality.

My battery cable was making a crackling sound and smoked when I plugged it in and then I quickly removed it from the laptop port.  I have  powered down my laptop, but I’m afraid to turn it on and charge it.  It is exactly 3 years to the day I purchased it new.  Is this common in Razer products where they start to do things like this so you have to buy new? Is there a remedy for this? I don’t want to start a fire or have my battery explode on me :/ any help is much appreciated. I use this computer for my work, it’s my livelihood.

It frequently registers a double-click when I click only once, and sometimes the buttons or cursor stop responding altogether.I have already updated the software and drivers to the latest version, but the problems still persist. Hey there,I have a Razer Blade 15” (2020), RZ09-03519 model laptop that has started to have some strange power down issues, as well as some issues with booting up into Windows with Secure Boot enabled. Anytime I do enable it, it gives me an invalid signature error and will refuse to boot at all. From everything I have read, this will require at least a BIOS recovery, if not a full on BIOS update, and I am unaware of how to get such a thing. I checked the laptop’s BIOS and Firmware page and there have been no BIOS updates for this model listed. I feel like just a recovery would work just as well, but have had no luck in finding anything about that either.Is there a possibility for someone from Razer to reach out with a link to at least a recovery I can do with this thing? Or should I look for a BIOS for the specific CPU? Where do I go from here? Thanks.

I tried all the method suggested by google AI but to no avail. My laptop can detect my Nommo V2X, but my PC can’t. But my PC can detect it via bluetooth. I reinstalled, repair synapse 4 but still can’t work. It can detect my Ornata Chroma and Deathadder Elite, just not my nommo v2x. Any help?

  Hi,I own a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (2018) and have been experiencing a "Secure Boot Violation" BIOS error after a recent update.I attempted the USB recovery method suggested on the forums, but the folder referenced in the instructions does not exist on my system.While troubleshooting, I accidentally selected the OS Recovery option, which restored the laptop to its factory settings. To boot into Windows, I had to disable Secure Boot in the BIOS.The system is now running an older version of Windows, and I am unable to install some applications because they require a newer Windows version. Additionally, Windows Update is not allowing me to upgrade to the latest version.I suspect the Secure Boot violation issue may be preventing the Windows update from completing successfully.Could you please help me resolve the Secure Boot error and update my system to the latest version of Windows?Thank you. 

When I tried to register my Blackshark V2 X it says that it's already registered even though I just bought it. Anyway I could fix it?

Current button assignments:Mouse Button 4 → Ctrl + VMouse Button 5 → EnterAfter using these buttons repeatedly, the Ctrl key occasionally becomes stuck, as if the Ctrl Up event is not being sent. Windows behaves as though the Ctrl key is still being held down.What I have observed:The problem does not occur immediately after resetting my mouse or recreating the Synapse profile.After using the mouse for several hours or a day, the issue gradually becomes more frequent.Pressing Mouse Button 4 and Mouse Button 5 again usually clears the stuck Ctrl state.I have already:Set the macro playback to Play Once.Adjusted macro delays (20 ms to 100 ms).Recreated the macro.Reset the mouse/profile in Synapse.My questions:Is this a known issue with Razer Synapse or the Razer Cobra?Has anyone experienced modifier keys (Ctrl, Shift, Alt) getting stuck after repeated macro usage?Is there a firmware update or workaround that permanently fixes this issue?System Information:Mouse: Razer Cobra (Wired)Software

My razer huntsman v3 mini suddenly stopped working when I opened the razer synapse app and the usb I use for the keyboards still works I tested it on different keyboards I got this from my friend because he didn't use it anymore I believe he got the keyboard in 2025. He got the keyboard on amazon and this keyboard has been going on and off constantly.

Hi,Many keys will double type onn my Huntsman V2 Analog and also not type at all sometimes.If i open the Razeer software the keeyboard actss nnorrmal.Without it it’s all ove the place.Currrently don’t hav it installd. I allready have an ornata V3 X keyboard, basilisk V3, basilisk V3 hyperspeed and a barracuda X 2022. This last product it came in a gamming set i bought as an offer and it came without the microphone and the dongle. Is there a way i can buy this items to complete de barracuda X set and use it in it full potential?I would love to be able to do it, mostly the dongle (i think a microfone replacement would be very eay to find), but i’ll buy the two easily, original and new! This driver has been trying to re-update and re-install over itself ever since it came out, every single day. It keeps failing with Install error - 0x80070103 but the update history  says it was successfully installed, each time. For some reason when it first came out two identical updates were issued, and this has been going on ever since, back in March i think. Windows says they can’t do anything because it is the driver vendors issue. Please help.

I us this controller for my ps5 on wired mode and I came back after an hour of not using it and it won’t turn on now and I’ve tried resetting the controller and the cord works fine but nothing is working.

I recently took my laptop to IT to get the CMOS battery replaced. They pointed out that my laptop battery was puffed up and recommended replacing it. I want to purchase a battery so I can replace it myself as I rely on my laptop and cant really send it in but razor doesnt recomended buying batteries elsewhere. I cant find where to purchase a battery on the website though. The battery model number is RC30-0248.
