I've previously encountered the issue where the mouse doesn't turn on. As often as it happens, and it does happen often, I've always been able to remove the batteries for a few moments re-place those same batteries and continue to use the mouse until I inevitably would encounter the same issue later on. Annoying but bearable. Now my mouse has completely stopped working. I've done all the troubleshooting and have determined that the recurring issue was this time terminal. I've enjoyed using the mouse, despite its flawed production, along with my razer black widow mini keyboard and my razer nari headset. I'm aware that the mouse's warranty has expired but I want to know if Razer will replace a product which obviously was malfunctioning from a production flaw.

Hi, I’ve been using my BlackShark Hyperspeed v3 for about a month now. A day or two ago, I was using them via Bluetooth mode and and they told me that the battery was low. So I plugged them into my charger and it switched to dongle mode. I left them charging for the remainder of my gaming session. But now I can’t power it off. No matter what I do, unplugged or disconnected, when I hold down on the power button like how I usually do, they will not power off. I’ve unplugged the Bluetooth adaptor, I’ve held the button for as long as I could, yet the green power indicator continues to flash green. I even let them sit disconnected and powered on for over 20 hours waiting for the battery to die on its own and yet it still won’t turn off.  I can still technically use them in Bluetooth mode and dongle mode, but it won’t allow me to adjust the volume manually with the volume wheels. Hi I just bought a Razer Chroma addressable RGB controller but when I plug it (even without any device plugged to it) the computer tries to boot up (the fans start working for a second) and then stops. If I try again to start up it doesn't do anything at all (fans don't turn on) unless I first turn on and off the power, then the same issue occurs Motherboard: Rog Strix B450-F Gaming Power supply: Corsair CX550M 550W On a different computer the device works fine! I would like to understand what is the problem with my computer because if I just ask for a replacement I am afraid I would run into the same issue. Things I tried: I tried plugging the molex cable to all available ports on the power supply I tried changing molex cable I tried changing USB port on the motherboard I thought it could be that the power supply is not enough, but the problem persists even if I unplug the graphic card from the power supply.  The mouse works normally with the wireless dongle, but whenever I connect a USB-C cable directly to the mouse, my PC immediately starts acting weird: Sometimes the whole PC shuts down instantly, like a power cut USB devices such as my headset and speakers start disconnecting/blinking The USB-C connector becomes very hot I can smell a slight burnt plastic odor from the mouse area I already tried another cable and the same thing happened. The cable itself looks fine.At this point I suspect: a short circuit inside the mouse a faulty USB-C port charging IC issue or battery/power problem Has anyone experienced this before with the Viper V3 Pro or other Razer mice?Is it safe to continue using wirelessly?Would this usually qualify for RMA/warranty?Any advice would be appreciated. So, every time I boot my laptop, since last night, I get this warning message. I disabled secureboot, but it re-enables itself every time I reset the laptop.This also causes the laptop to ask for a PIN reset every time I turn it on, which has started being really annoying.An important clue could be that it “boot cycle” consists of laptop starting, turning itself off, and then booting, which points to BIOS resetting itself every time. This could be windows update that occured yesterday, or not.In any case, I need help.Best regards

 Hi, the plastic stabilizer insert/clip on my Razer Huntsman Mini spacebar broke, and part of it is stuck inside the spacebar keycap. I think I may need both the replacement spacebar keycap and the stabilizer inserts. Do you sell or provide these replacement parts? 

Dear Razer Support, I have a Razer Viper Ultimate with a docking station which i bought around 3-4 years ago, and it seems the dongle has been damaged and not working anymore.I would just like to know if its possible to purchase a replacement dongle which works with the docking station and the Viper Ultimate. Thank you in advance! 

where  can i buy a replacement for my mic? I've looked all over, but i keep seeing that there is no way i can buy it on my own and to just get a 3rd party mic. I don't really want to do that. can someone help me?

Hello, I just bought this controller and am very sad that it does not work. At first, I was able to turn it on and navigate around the razer app in my xbox. Then, it wouldnt let me bind the buttons to anything so I factory reset the app. Then it started to disconnect randomly, and now it won't even stay on for more than a second. I turn it on, it turns white, and turns off. Im charging it right now and it breathes amber for like 10 seconds and then goes black after that, so im not sure if that is part of the issue. Please help, this really sucks considering I bought this controller to solve the disconnecting problem of my gamesir g7 se. Thank you.

Hey guys i have a problem with dongle i was playing a cs2 on my computer and out of nowhere my mouse stopped working i tought i was low on batteries but when i changed them my mouse was still not working.Then i went to my brothers room and tried the dongle on his pc but it didnt work either. Do u have any tips on how to resolve this because the mouse works on bluetooth and the dongle looks normal.And everywhere i look those dongels are out of stock. I do love razer but i had friends who had the same problem one with mouse and the second guy with keyboard.

Hi everyone, I have the following problem:  First, here's my setup: Razer Blade 15 (RTX 3080 TI)Razer Core X V2 RX 7900 RTX My laptop only recognizes the RX 7900 RTX when I restart it. After disconnecting the Thunderbolt cable, the laptop tries to establish a connection (audio feedback) but fails. The RX 7900 XTX does appear in Device Manager, but with the device status “This device has been stopped because it reported errors. (Code 43).”The 3DMark test worked after a restart; a significant performance increase is noticeable here. However, games always crash at startup. The graphics driver and BIOS are up to date. Can you help me?Thank you very much  

Hello. I have been using the viper v3 hyperspeed model for almost 2 years. Suddenly, my macros stopped working and Razer Synapse must be running to use this fucntion error came up. I dont know why it says this, i’m already running synapse app. Any solutions?-I updated my windows.-reinstalled synapse app (removed all the files from Program Files and x86, local)-started the app as administrator-updated all my .NET Framework-found and fixed missing .dll(s)any solutions? My Razer Basilisk Ultimate the wireless stopped working after I charged it using the USB cord to 100%. When I unplug the USB cord from the Razer Basilisk Ultimate the mouse no longer works but after plugging the USB cord back in, it works. After unplugging the USB cord from the mouse, I checked the bottom of the mouse and the white light dot is on and the on/off switch is on the ON side. Also when I look at my Razer Synapse when the mouse is plugged it shows up but when I unplug it, the mouse goes away. I do have the Razer Synapse to the most recent version. I have tried resetting and turning on/off the mouse and it still does not work. Unfortunately my mouse is no longer under warranty and Razer is no longer able to assist. I am reaching out to the community if anyone can help?

The biggest issue Im facing right now is that when I click on the 7.1 Surround sound output device it plays no audio at all Im forced to use the default option, it worked properly for 2 weeks and all of a sudden it just stopped working, I have a legit license that came with the headphones too. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app already and it worked for a day or two but again today its giving me no sound when I use the 7.1 output device. The mic always resets to 0 volume every time I turn the headphones off for the night I have to launch the fuckass app filled with bloatware. The base audio of these headphones are genuinely dogshit you HAVE to make a custom eq profile AND turn on surround sound which doesnt work half the time just to have the middest audio experience, so PLEASE for the love of god tune your headphones better by defaultI can go on and on about the issues I have because the software is genuinely so incompetent I always end up opening the synapse app when all I want to
