I haven’t had my old email address that I used to create my Razer account for many years. I’m trying to buy a Razer product for my Huntsman Elite, but the Razer site is making it extremely difficult, you’d think it’d be the opposite. I’m a 68 yo Retired Veteran that was stationed at NAS Moffett Field CA. in the heart of Silicon Valley for 16 years. I really don’t have time to play children's games. I’ve been computing since 1983. As quickly as possible I’d like my email changed so you can send my receipt for my purchase to the proper person (ME) for record keeping purposes. You’d think that when it comes to making money, you know, the crazy human pastime, that it be much easier and less time consuming.So could someone please let me know the quickest way to accomplish this, apparently, monumental feat. TIA (Thanks in Advance) (<-something coined during the earliest days of internet computing in the early 1990’s)Thanks again!!Joe

I’ve made an order during a guest session on my phone, since I never had a razer account. When I check my email to see to check my order status, it gives me an error no matter I try it as guest or with account , I wouldn’t think much of it since i gave both email and number. How can I see my order status since I already paid for the product?

windows 11 computer RZ09-02888E92secure boot signature not detected but  boots when I disable secure boot. How can I fix this?

I was given this razer wireless headset as a gift after the 1st month things went great but as soon as January hit it started breaking audio went buggy it would power its self off after an ear bleeding sound mid game on 87% battery i contacted the support team to hear that its natural wear and tear after 3-4 months of use do not buy the wireless head set there here to just scam you and lie about there own products warranty 

So I am currently searching for help, have a Barracuda X 2.4, wireless headset with a usb c dongle, connects just fine and pairs immediately every time I plug it in or turn my pc on, however recently started disconnecting and saying pairing at random times, when I unplug my dongle and reconnect it it immediately pairs back to the pc (sometimes with lower audio than before making it hard to hear), but when I'm mid game it makes it a pain trying to listen for footstep or gun audio and suddenly losing it. Doesn't show on synapse, and cant find a way to check if it needs an update, if anyone has information that can help please reply or contact me via discord @apollomocha

It's not the same key. In the above I had the r and f key randomly appear. r just after keyboard and f after spam. (and just in that sentence I had the a key randomly appear). I used to have another Razer keyboard before this. The hybrid (r key inserted here I just backspaced) membrane/mechanical keyboard. IT started to fail so I decided to replace with full mechanical keyboard omegle. But I'm getting letters, numbers and characters randomly appear when I'm typing. It's getting old. I've not done any macros. I've never used a macro on a keyboard mouse in my life. What is going on? (It's driving me bonkers. The keyboard is physically great to type on, but the drivers are god-awful).

Recently got a new Barracuda X today and got everything set up and the first thing I noticed when trying them out after getting everything situated is that the music tends to stutter and sometimes cut out for a second. This has been happening all afternoon and evening and searching for answers has led me here. Im using it without the dongle at the moment, and having the issue now, on windows 11. 

Good day, i don't know if anyone at Razer is aware of the fact that the Blackshark V3X Hyperspeed For Xbox has issues very specifically with voice and proximity chat on Arc Raiders, the game simply does not pick up the microphone, on every other game and platform it works, but not arc raiders, plug in another headset works immediately, this is a big issue, firmware is up to date and all settings 100% correct can we get a fix for this please, as i said it's  a widespread issue on these specific headsets 

I need the direct download link for the BlackShark V3 Dongle Recovery Tool. My device is in a 'Soft-Brick' state and the standard updater 1.3.0 won't allow a re-flash. The supposed technicians haven't helped me at all; I've been dealing with this problem for two days now and still no solution. It's truly awful considering the price of each peripheral.

Hi guys, I just bought the Blackshark V3 Pro and I have some trouble right now Whenever I try to turn on the the headphone, my headphone can’t detected. on the dongle, it shown green led. I update the 1.3.0 for my headphone and now I can’t connect to using it now

My Razer DeathAdder V2 is appearing as "CRP DISABLD" It acts as a flash drive with a firmware.bin file.Firmware updater is no use for me since my pc doesnt even think the device is connected.Is there a way for me to get the correct firmware.bin file for my mouse model please?

I have recently started having issues with my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed. It won’t turn on when I hold the power button. When it’s on the charger there is a solid red light on but I can only hear audio if I hold the EQ button down. When I plug in the dongle, there is a faint white light on the dongle, then it turns off. I updated the firmware, charged it on another system, tried other power sources. The headset was randomly turning off the day before it stopped turning on, otherwise I’ve had no issues. Any advice would be wonderful, thank you!

Hey everyone, I have had a Razer Naga Pro for the past 3 years, and it has been the best mouse ever. My only major gripe with it is that the scroll wheel is kind of junk. I do a pretty solid mix of gaming and productivity, and the jumping scroll wheel randomly skipping a line is pretty frustrating. I saw that the new V2 Naga has a free scrolling wheel. Is the scroll wheel decent on this mouse, or is it still a doomed scroll wheel like the rest of the Naga line?

this bluetooth headset was purchased as a gift for me. unfortunately it’s not connecting to my ps5, it says something about a passkey or that the connection was canceled. I understand that ps5 doesn’t have bluetooth, and that normally a bluetooth adapter is required for wireless headsets. it did not come with a bluetooth adapter, nor do I have one. i’m just wondering if there is absolutely anything I can do to get this to connect to my ps5. is there a certain bluetooth adapter I would need, and would that even actually work? would a usb-c to 3.5mm work? i’m hoping there’s a way to work around this issue because i’m absolutely in love with this headset.
