Pretty much the title. The little USB thingy turned into thin air and I cant find a replacement anywhere online. the little paper in the box says to go to razer support for replacement parts but I couldn't find nothing. they should just package them with 2 so this would be an issue for anyone.

However, when I opened the box, I did not receive any activation code for THX Audio or 7.1 Surround Sound.Currently, I can only use the headset through Razer Synapse, and I’m unsure whether my device includes THX Spatial Audio by default or if I am missing a license key.Could you please clarify: Does this headset require a separate activation code for THX or 7.1 Surround Sound? If so, how can I obtain or retrieve the activation code? Or is THX Spatial Audio already integrated and activated via Razer Synapse for this model? Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,

how to know if ur razer blackshark v2 pro orginal or fake like what are the signs that its fake or orginal?

I bought a white Viper V3 Pro from a non-official store. It came as a complete package, and everything seems normal. However, the bottom base of the mouse is black and has no text on it, which makes me worried about what batch I received or whether it might be a fake.From what I’ve checked so far:Synapse connects normally. I can adjust all performance settings. The polling rate can be checked and works normally. The mouse weighs 54 grams, which is normal. The serial number can be verified and registered on the website without any issues.But what I’m still concerned about is: why does the bottom of the mouse look like this? 

my blackshark v2 has had a problem where when i use the soundcard my audio will randomly cut for a split second, and eventually my audio will become horribly distorted. i have no issues using it without the soundcard on my phone, ipad, and xbox, and i have tried multiple usb ports on my desktop tower. i have also tried updating drivers, and even changing which version of Razer Synapse i have installed.

Whenever i try to launch Synapse 4, I get stuck in a download screen. currently at 300,000/245It seems the download is stuck in a loop. I have had trouble with this for over a month now and still can not use my razer products because of it.I have uninstalled all softwares, removed all related razer files from my computer, downloaded new installers, nothing is working.Is anyone else experiencing this and/or does anyone know how to fix this?

My DeathAdder V3 (purchased Dec 2025) is experiencing disconnect/reconnect cycles (4-5 times) during rapid movements or when lifted, specifically right after startup and i experienced this after waking the PC from sleep too. It eventually stabilizes, but the issue happens daily. I have already tried-Reinstalling Razer Synapse-Updating Firmware-Disabling USB Power ManagementNone of these fixed the issue. What can i do

I'm currently using razer synapse 3 as I prefer it but I'm having a problem with razer central service using 40-50% cpu usage on a 7800x3d. Is there any solutions to fix it or will changing to synapse 4 fix it?  

As the title says my mice is getting deactivated with its being lift of the surface i cant flick or do anything because of that i need to wait for like 4 5 seconds before it starts to work again. My mice is Razer viper v3 Hyperspeed any tips on how i can fix that because its driving me nuts. I tried to unplug and plug back the usb shit it didnt work 

Good afternoon,I have a Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament 8K Edition PC and I'm trying to make some changes in Synapse 4, but every time I turn off the PC and turn it back on, I have to reconfigure the controller buttons again. How do I solve this situation?

Please can someone help me with this. I have SO much frustration with this. Nothing I do changes the fact that the mic changes volume to 50%. I want it 100% ALWAYS. No enhancements. Exclusive mode on windows is not selected. Thank you in advance, CheersClaude

Hi,Few weeks I updated from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4 and I made insanely huge mistake. This update introduced a problem with my headset razer kraken ultimate constantly disconnecting and making my sound driver hang and restart it self. I could ignore this issue if it wouldnt impact the microphone not being recognized by discord for example. Ive been troubleshooting for weeks at this point, i tried the multiple things turning off the RGB, Reinstalling Synapse, reinstallign drivers, trying other USBs nothing helped it still randomly happends and its also freezing my games while i play and i lose the mic as well. For that i had to create a script that refreshes the sound drivers which takes like a second freezes everything as well but i have to alt tab constantly to do that which is really not a good way to go around this just to be able to use the headset. My speakers dont have any issues, (i dont have any other headset to test) and keyboard + mouse are okay even tho they are so much older

i bought the siren emote yesterday and the synapse app regconizes it but when i try to edit the emote part of the siren emote the streamer companien app dosent regconizes it. no im not a streamer and im not planning on being one i just want it to show a funny 8x8 pixel gif in the background. the mic it self works well the emote part dosent tho

Hey guys, it seems that lighting settings are not saved in the device profile. I usually run the Naga2 Pro without Synapse running, and everything is saved into the device profile, except lighting, which reverts to RGB cycling then.Can this be fixed, or is there a workaround? I want simple, static lighting, nothing fancy. Even ‘off’ would be nicer than this stupid RGB stuff...

razer blackshark v3 dongle went bad for pc can't find replacement 

i lost my old phone number because my phone is missing.. how can i reset 

I would like to get a replacement dongle for my deathstalker. I have had it for a few years now and it is no longer covered under warranty, but I am willing to buy a new one. I can’t seem to find the matching part and product number to get this dongle - at least not one that is in stock. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

I have several keys that randomly won’t work and then will for sometimes. I try everything online everything is up to date. There is no solutions in sight. Searching on reddit I see that I’m not the only one with exactly the same problematic keys not one missing. https://www.reddit.com/r/pchelp/comments/1e2ux0c/razer_ornata_v3_several_broken_keys/Obvioulsy the warranty is over. This is unacceptable. All my PC equipment is from Razer but I’m in disbelieve that I just have a defect device from the brand I love. I had to write this with visual keyboard. I bought this one 3years ago for 90euros I was happy until a month ago. Hope there is a solution for people like me.

I had to reinstall my PC and this specificly had a old saved Synaps 3 installer, but this garbage now downloads synapse 4 !  The new version drains my Viper ultimate battery in 1 day !  If u doo not reactivate the download of the old version i will have to switch to a different brand . so please at least give us a offline Synaps 3 installer 

I bought a new headset, but the S/N is already registered. I need an activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound

My Viper V2 just started randomly disconnecting from wireless and then stopped working entirely when trying to use it wirelessly. There was no signs of an issue prior. It works fine wired as far as I can tell. I’ve tried different ports with and without the wireless extender and nothing has fixed it. I have also tried repairing Synapse 4 and checking for firmware updates. I have owned this mouse for 2+ years so I believe I am past warranty. Is my only option to purchase a replacement? What can I/should I do?
