Last night my Basilisk V3 Pro’s scroll wheel stopped free scrolling properly, and after disassembling it and removing hair that was stuck inside it still has the same issue. Seeing how the mouse is out of warranty and i’d rather not spend the money to buy a new one, i was wondering if the scroll wheel assembly in the base V3 was the same model. If so i can buy a base V3 as donor mouse and swap the scroll wheel to prolong the life of my V3 Pro.

I have a Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller, and I find that the mappable buttons are fragile, especially the M3, M4, M5 and M6 buttons. I am looking for a replacement set of those 4 specifically. The M2 broke too, but I had another broken controller that had that part intact so I swapped it out. The controller works fine otherwise so I'm just trying to replace these parts. This controller specifically is well beyond warranty, however if I'm unable to replace these buttons I have little interest in buying another Razer controller in the future due to how easily these mappable buttons break. So I just got a Seiren mini a few days ago and it was working fine. All of a sudden it disconnects and won’t be detected by windows 10. The green light shows on the mic itself but in device manager it just tells me “Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)”. I’ve tried uninstalling the device and changing the port its in, restarting windows after doing so. Even going as far as doing a fresh install of windows 10 and i’m still getting the same problem. I really don’t know what is wrong, it was literally working fine the first day or two.Any help is appreciated!

Hi!Yesterday I was using my mouse wirelessly without any issues, however today the mouse wouldn’t work without being connected by wire. I tried reconnecting the dongle by using the tool found on the website (but the process keeps failing). I’ve tried updating the firmware but that stops working at 40% and then it tells me to update again. Tried that multiple times without any different outcome. Tried plugging it into multiple different usb ports. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Do I need a new dongle? I haven’t seen any that are in stock for my specific model. I hope I don’t have to get a replacement since it was working fine yesterday and nothing happened to it since.  Thanks in advance!

I tried about everything and more suggested on all sites , even on another pc ( both win 11 , i have no more 10 ) - but the dongle does not get recognized beyond a nice windows soundbyte , and fails on firmware updates and the pairing tool.  Synapse 4 does not see or recognizes the headset, even with all cables attached.The pairing tool finds the headset ( dongle and cable ) but fails the updateThe update tool finds the dongle but does not find the cable/headset ( and yes its the original one that still works fine - also since the pairing tool finds both).I would love a suggestion i failed to try :-)Otherwise i will need to get a new and modern one….But still pissed you guys murdered my dongle with an update

Invalid Secure Boot error, Deployed mode locked, cannot toggle Secure Boot, AMI BIOS Version 2.22.1288My Razer Blade 18 is stuck in BIOS with an Invalid Secure Boot error. System Mode shows Deployed, Vendor Keys Active, Secure Boot is greyed out and cannot be toggled. AMI BIOS Version 2.22.1288. Windows will not boot. I need a BIOS update or BIOS key reset.Completely stuck in BIOS menu, even after trying restore defaults. Won't let me boot the Windows 11 USB drive even after choosing it as boot override.  Please help

I recently purchased the BlackWidow V4 Low Profile and am having an issue with key input while gaming. Right now, it is localized to the ‘W’ key. RZ03-0527 is the model number.

There's a problem with the buttons on the Razer Ornata v3. After downloading Razer Chroma, I can't use Alt + Tab.

i just got my razer v4 pro mice along with a new linux pc, in excitement of it being web based and linux compatible but when i connect my mice to it, everything is grayed out and inaccessible. i read that its a firefox problem but its doing this even on chrome. 

Hi, when i have razer synapse 4 running the media keys on my cynosa v2 do not work. This is not a hardware issue as the keyboard works perfectly when synapse is closed.I have already tried reinstalling drivers, doing a hard reset of the keyboard, updating windows, etc to no luck.I have not changed keybinds and have confirmed the keyboard has its factory settings.Has anyone got ideas? thanks.

After 4.0.86, my keyboard has been acting up. The inputs are delayed and holding, as if the key is stuck. Anyone else having similar issues? 

Dear RazerI am a YT and twitch streamer, not much famous yet but is it possible for me to put razer banner/logo on the stream while gaming basically like a sponsor but in return i am not asking to get paid/get any products i am just doing this because it will motivate me to grow more , i like razer products as i have been using them for my gaming/stream. So i just wanted to ask for permission if is it okay to put a razer banner on stream.Best regards

Hey i have the Blackshark v2 pro for a bit over a month now and i still have this weird issue where if i start a youtube video or a show on netflix the audio is gone for 1-2 seconds the same with discord i dont get any notification sounds cause the sound is muted for whatever reason if i get multiple messages it works but if i get only 1 i dont hear any sound i hope someone can help me here

Hello,Since the end of March, the sound from my Kraken V3 HyperSense has been of terrible quality. I have now spent 4 days trying to fix this issue, which seems related to Razer Synapse. Here is a summary of the actions I have taken:Completely uninstalled Razer Synapse 4 and manually deleted all Razer and THX folders, as well as cloud profiles. Attempted to install Synapse 3, but it does not work without an internet connection; only Synapse 4 is offered. Checked and updated Windows, NVIDIA, and Realtek audio drivers, without improvement. Exhaustively adjusted all audio settings available in Windows and Synapse, with no results. Performed a complete Windows reinstall to start with a clean setup. Advanced cleanup and reset of audio settings.Despite all these efforts, the problem persists, and the audio quality remains very poor. I am contacting you to find out how to restore the headset’s normal sound quality, as it was before.Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi everyone, my mouse broke when my brother angrily threw it. I took it to a repairman I know, and he said the sensor pins were broken. He soldered two of the broken pins, and the mouse worked after that. However, it doesn't work wirelessly. Actually, a white light blinks, and it works wirelessly for 5-7 seconds before completely turning off. I have to turn it back on wired. Has anyone experienced this problem? I need someone to help.
