Hey, I have a razer blade 15 advanced 2019, I reset my PC due to some issues and now the sound won’t work, I need the sound drivers.

I LOST MY PHONE NUMBER AN THEBACKUP CODE BUT I DO STILL HAVE MY EMAIL PLEASE HELP ME

I lost the wireless dongle for my Viper V3 Pro.Is there any way to get a replacement or pair a new dongle?

This is a well known issue here. After a windows update (February 2026) BIOS not able to move forward when the Secure Boot are enabled. No option is bios to reset the security keys or revalidate.I was searching here between the topics, found no solution. Please help.Thank you and take care! 

Whenever i try to use my blackshark v2 hyperspeed it gers disconnected after 3 minutes from the dongle, even after using the pair utility from Razer. It does work vía bluetooth and director but it diseño work for more than 3 minutes with the dongle, i verified an there are no issues with the usb ports, usb power management diasbled and already dos a clean install for Razer synapse 4. Idk what else can i do? 

Recently my Enki X’s Chair base has broken beyond simple repair. The top is still completely fine so I just wished to get a new base. How would I go about purchasing just that part? I know the chair is out of warranty at this point but I do have pictures of the broken part and the serial number.

With the Viper V4 Pro being one of the Hyperspeed Gen 2 devices and using the new “dome” dongle, can the multi-device functionality still be utilised to free up a USB port?  For example, since most would want to utilise the 8k polling of the new dome dongle, can a keyboard such as the Blackwidow V4 Low Profile (or any other keyboard) connect to the Viper V4 Pro dongle so that you achieve the best polling speed?   I realise it is usually suggested to connect the mouse to the keyboard dongle.  In the combination with the Viper V4 Pro dongle however, I don’t see why this would be necessary, since the new mouse dongle is clearly faster, with a larger antenna and higher signal strength.  So my query is that with the Hyperspeed Gen 2 mice, should the advice be to connect the keyboard to the clearly superior mouse dongle?  And if that still isn’t the advice, would it work anyway?

The remapping function for my Japanese layout keyboard suddenly stopped working. I'm using a Razer BlackWidow Lite JP. Synapse recognizes the JIS keys, but no matter what function I assign to them, it doesn't work.When this happened, the profile containing the remaps for JIS-specific keys was completely reset.Until now, the JIS keys had always worked with remapping.I deleted all Razer files and reinstalled, but it didn't change anything.I updated to Synapse 4 a month ago.If anyone has any information, please help.

My Nommo Pro speakers worked just fine last night, but it seems today there isn’t any sound coming out of them. I don’t blast my speakers so they shouldn’t be blown. I’ve tried playing YouTube videos as well as some of my games, and there’s no sound. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

I recently bought The Wolverine V3 Pro, downloaded the app (Razer Controller Set for Xbox) it’s not working. I have the menu from app but it doesn’t highlight when cycling through with my controller. Also the “profile names” looks like the word “Profile” the “P” is missing from the word Profile, I see “rofile”. Since it doesn’t highlight what I’m choosing, I’m guessing what is highlighted. I managed to rename one of the profile with the help of my gamer buddy he has the same set up and walked me through using his app (since his works). Also when choosing the color you want for your profile there’s none all blacked out squares on showing the white border.Please help!!!

today my right earbud stopped working completly, I tried plugging it in to my phone but i got the same result.the left ear bud works perfectly but the right one doesn’t.What can I do ?

My BlackWidow V3 started typing infinite loops of characters (example: ž/ž++ž8+/đ/) immediately after updating to Synapse 4. The issue persists on different computers without any Razer software installed. I tried the official Firmware Updater, but it says the firmware is already up to date and won't let me re-flash. I also tried the ESC+Caps+Space hard reset, but the keyboard continues to type on its own. This is a firmware corruption caused by Synapse 4.

Hi All,My Iskur V2 RZ38-0277 has started sinking when i sit on it, from what i can tell the gas lift needs replacing… I’m not in warranty but can’t seem to find a way to buy the part?Any help would be appreciated… thanks.

Basically what the title says, I have my USB Dongle from a Razer Pro Type Keyboard (not ultra). I really prefer the 2.4 connection, and would like to know if there’s a way to get a new one or if there’s other options for me to keep able to use it in this way. For some reason in one of my PCs bluetooth connection doesn’t work so, without this, it’s basically useless for me to keep having this keyboard which I really like.

i had an order that was delivered a while ago couple of weeks and the order status hasnt updated just wondering if this is standard and i have to wait longer or if something went wrong.

When I got my headset, the dongle always had problems to my computer and stopped working anymore.I also haven’t found anywhere on the website or online for a replacement so I’m here to see if it even is possible for a replacement!Please get back to me if anyone has information about a solution and thank you!

Hello I have a question about my Keyboard the razer huntsman v3 pro mini.Which Keycaps can I Exchange and does the Profile matter?Because I asked a Team for cearamic keycaps and They said that it Wouldnt fit because my pbc inst compatible.Please help me.It would help me a Loot.

the left side of my razer kraken v4 pro not working. i finally got it to work for now but i don't know if when i switched it to Bluetooth it reset it or not but i don't know if i should return it and get a new one or if there is a way to fix it. i have every thing up to-date on the software so that is my main question.
