Does anyone know if Razer fixed the issue that Synapse was causing with Windows Spotlight not working? I opened a support ticket and they were very assertive that it was Windows and not Synapse. I explained to Razer that it was working fine on my HP laptop that did not have Synapse installed but was not working on my Razer Blade 15 that had Synapse installed.After several back and forth with Razer and no solution I just wanted to check before i either got rid of my Razer Blade and stick with my HP or give it a try and hope they fixed it? 

I've seen that this is a fairly common issue, but nothing helps. On my laptop, I have Synapse 4 installed. I tried downloading the firmware updater, closed all Razer processes, and ran the updater. It asks me to connect the dongle (BS V3 PRO), and no matter what I do, the program doesn't detect it and won't let me click the "Update" button (it's just grayed out). I even tried on my desktop computer, which has nothing Razer-related installed, just running the firmware updater right away, but the exact same problem occurs – it doesn't detect the dongle when I plug it in. I've tried restarting the computer, using the original cable, using a third-party cable, keeping the headset turned off while the dongle is connected, and turning it on – absolutely nothing works. The firmware updater doesn't see the dongle... maybe someone has encountered this issue with these headphones. How did you solve it? (for reference, I'm using Windows 10, maybe that could be the issue.)

Every once in awhile my mouse will randomly stop working and it’s because Synapse has turned my mouse to save power after 0 minutes of idle time. It will go idle while I’m actively moving the mouse because of this. When this happens I have to continuously plug my mouse in and out of my pc to hopefully get a long enough window to manually change the setting myself before the mouse turns back off. If it turns back off I’m unable to change the mouse’s settings as the window for my mouse disappears. I’ve looked into it online and haven’t found similar issues happening to others.if anyone could tell me why this is happening that’d be great

Was using this mouse since 2024, lately I’ve had trouble getting it to charge. A couple days ago, I let it “charge” for a couple of days and when I came back to my pc, the mouse was completely dead, unplugging and plugging the battery internally makes it come back to life, but it never charges, dies again and plugging it in doesn’t do anything. Other threads don’t seem to have an answer.

Whenever I test my windows microphone detection volume in Windows settings (System > Sound > Properties of Microphone BlackShark V3 Pro - Chat > Microphone test) I get a volume percent of around 5% compared to the usual 50% or more from my other headsets. I have done the following in troubleshooting:Connected the USB Dongle to different USB ports Ensured the speakers Game and microphone Chat are the Windows default devices in sound settings Checked the Sound settings “Recording” tab and properties of the V3 - Chat microphone Made sure Levels was at 100% Tested with and without “Exclusive Mode” and “Signal Enhancements” enabled and disabled Uninstalled and reinstalled microphone drivers and Synapse 4 Updated V3 Pro dongle and headset firmware Tried Wired mode rather than the wireless dongle Tried on another computer None of this has helped or seemed to change the microphones 5% output volume. Any additional help and support would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello Guys,I have since years a V2 Deathadder Mouse. Today, when I put the mouse in the USB ( severals ones, 2.0, 3.0 etc.) then opens one window with the firmware.bin data.I try to reset the mouse mit LMB, RMB, Middle etc...nothing works.I try with the Notebook, but still the same (open explorer window with Firmware.bin) The UPDATE TOOL dont see the Mouse, so i cant change the Firmware. Anyone have one idea what i can do please? I need a new Firmware? but how i can install the new ones without to see the mouse in the updater? Greetings and thanksLuisa

I just got this controller, but i leave it plugged in all the time wired when not needed wireless so i played a few bf6 games with it plugged in, then went to bed, wake up today and i see it is charging on the UI, when i mouse over the controller it says 82% so over night while my pc was off and the controller was wired it lost nearly 20% charge??? this is super concerning.

The 2.4GHz wireless connection stopped working correctly;It turns on, but the mouse turns itself off and then on again repeatedly. I've already updated the mouse drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse, disabled Synapse, and tested it on other PCs, and the problem persists.It works both via Bluetooth and wired connection.If anyone has had the same problem and managed to solve it, please tell me how.

I had an issue with my Razer Kraken Kitty V3 X Headset that I just bought, genuinely got to enjoy the headset for 10 minutes, and then it broke within in an hour of having it. (it’s not the product or Razers fault, the product was excellent when I got it. Highly recommend them, the sound quality is insanely good, and their real comfortable.) I connected to an agent named Rizza, she was awesome! She had the patience of a saint, was really polite, and went the extra mile for me by checking all available options that would help my issues. I hope she is being paid what she’s worth, because she deserves it for being so great!

I'm writing because I don't know what to do. In September 2021, I bought a Razer Blade 15 Advanced with an i7 and RTX 3070. For a little over two years, the laptop worked fine. Unfortunately, in December 2023, it suddenly stopped recognizing the RTX 3070 graphics card. I tried to figure out why it happened, but I couldn't. I left the laptop alone for a while. Recently, when I tried to turn it on again, the screen remained black after startup. So, I sent the laptop for service because there are no Razer service centers in Poland, where I currently live, to diagnose the issue.Unfortunately, it turned out that shortly after the warranty expired, the motherboard broke. I bought the laptop for a considerable amount ($3k USD) after saving up for a long time, and the only service center capable of repairing it wanted around $1k USD, which is an unattainable sum for me at the moment.I use a lot of Razer equipment, but this is the only problem I've encountered with this laptop. Since my setup is entirely all-black, this option doesn’t fit my configuration and is preventing me from moving forward with the purchase.For this reason, I wanted to ask if there are any plans, now or in the future, to release the Razer Pro Type Ultra in a black color variant.If such a version is planned, I would be definitely ready to proceed with the purchase.I look forward to your reply, and thank you for your time.

Hi everyone, I have a question about the Razer Kraken. I have an OLED hub, and it was working fine until yesterday. After I came home from work and turned on the PC, it initially didn't display an image. Then I tried turning it on by pressing the power button, but there was no response. My next steps were to reboot the PC, then unplug and plug in the USB (there's a device connection signal, but it's not showing up in Synapse or Task Manager. However, other devices connected via the same USB work, like the Kraken V4 Pro). Then I uninstalled Windows and reinstalled all the Razer apps, and nothing worked. The headphones now only work via Bluetooth and a USB cable. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've already contacted support and am waiting for a response.

Hey i own a razer blade 15 2022 with 240hz qhd display and i am wondering why the refresh rate drops at 105hz-104 when on battery? Even if i set it to 240? I had linux for a few days and i hadnt had this problem. Thanks

Didn’t realize the Kuromi headset when purchased from Target so I could get it faster wouldn’t include the overwatch skin. Unfortunately I’ve used the headset a ton and can’t just return it and rebuy it from Razer now.I gave Razer another chance after my laptop imploded after 6 months and once again, very disappointed there’s not just a code inside the box. Makes zero sense. I will no longer use this headset on stream or buy from or recommend Razer. Just make it fair across the board. And I can’t even find a code one online to attempt to make this better.

The = key suddenly stopped working on my Blackwidow pro. Shift + = returns a ‘+’ so the key itself is detected. I’ve reset my Razer profile, re-installed Synapse 4, and ensured there is no key mapping in system settings. If I quit Synapse then the = key works fine. It has been working fine since I got the keyboard about a month ago. My system is a Macbook Pro running Apple silicon. 

suddenly my keyboard stopped working and detected as unknown device by windows after some googling i found someone with the same problem but different keyboard and he managed to fix his keyboard i installed a driver he said and it is now detected as razer bootloader now i need a firmware to fix i could not find it anywhere if anyone has firmware for blackwidow te chrome v2 kindly share it with me 

Hi, I am opening a new thread because I sent a PM 4 days ago as requested in my previous post (https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/secure-boot-violation-error-for-razer-blade-14-2021-87298) but I have not received a response to the PM yet.After updating my Blade 14 (2021) to BIOS v0108, I am getting a Secure Boot Violation error. There are no options in the BIOS to reset or restore the factory keys. I can only boot into Windows if I disable Secure Boot entirely.Can you please provide a fix or a tool to reset the security keys for this specific BIOS version?Thank you.
