Trying to create a new account and it keeps saying I am failing the Captcha (invalid captcha). (Cat Captcha). It will let me proceed through the Captcha (give me the green check mark), but when I click “accept and continue” it says “invalid captcha” in a small red window.  there is no way I failed that captcha that many times (it’s also a terrible pattern as many things look close to cats, if it’s being super strict or something) but having done it about 5 times, there is no way I failed it.  Is there a way to create an account any other way? Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone!  I’m having an issue with my Blackwidow Elite volume wheel, where at random times, it will suddenly scroll all the way up on volume (I mean, from 22 to 100 in a matter of seconds) and this seems to happen at complete random. I have to rush to start scrolling down on the volume to keep it from blasting wtv it is I’m playing/listening to in my speakers.  The most I’ve seen is using some contact cleaner and just dousing it in it, but I’m wary of doing that before other solutions are met. I’ve tried blowing air through it in case debris was there for some reason, but the issue has persisted for months now. I’m out of warranty, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

does anyone know how to fix this?In synapse 3 i could make the macro press only down on say the W key, with no command to release it.then when the macro was complete, the key would remain pressed for me. but now with the new synapse Beta.  I do the same and have a macro press the W with no command to release, when the macro is complete, it automatically releases the key anyway.how do I set it like synapse 3 and keep that W pressed? I have had beta for over a month, and up until this week macros that command to hold a mouse key would continue to do so even after macro completion. But now all of a sudden with no changes made it is releasing the mouse keys as well!!!! And once again has screwed over literally dozens of macros, only with no workaround this time for the mouse keys!I but Beta on a second laptop, and it is also having the same way and releases everything when macro completes. the chat support has been literally bouncing me around for days, and have not gotten a single SHRED o

I bought a Razer DeathAdder V3 about 2–3 months ago, and it had been working perfectly. However, for the past day it has been disconnecting and reconnecting every minute. I have all the firmware up to date.

It worked for a second and then I disconnected it and now it’s not responsive at all does anyone have this issue? (iPhone 14 pro max)

Dear Razer Support,I’ve been using the Razer Kiyo without any issues since I bought it on January 20, 2024 (via Amazon). However, today (May 9, 2025), around 10PM, the camera suddenly stopped working mid-call, and I can’t seem to fix it.Here’s what happened:I was on a Messenger video call on my PC, using the Razer Kiyo as the camera and headphones for audio. Everything was working fine - my friends could see me. Then, during the call, the camera feed shut off and hasn't worked since, although the LED ring stayed on. I tried adjusting the camera ring (like changing the brightness), but the light didn’t adjust at all.I tried disconnecting/reconnecting it - when I reconnect it, I now hear a soft click coming from the camera, and the ring light turns on, but the camera doesn't show up. Now I open the Camera app and it says for a second “can’t start your camera” and then immediately after “we can’t find your camera”.When I opened Razer Synapse and clicked on the Kiyo, for a split second it

Problem:The laptop heats up at the slightest load and does not cool down, the fans are turned to maximum. Hi i’ve recently run into some audio issues when using Discord overlay or streaming on there. I was told that in my DxDiag, I had a thx error that could be causing my audio disconnections when I’m using Discord. I’m using the Razer Kraken Kitty headset. This issue has never happened on my laptop before. I got a pc about a few weeks before it started happening. **It happens specifically when I’m streaming my screen or using discord overlay**  I would like to keep using discord overlay because of its convenience. Things I’ve tried:1. I’ve contacted discord and we went back and forth for 2 weeks and haven’t found a solution. 2. Reinstalled Discord and made sure to delete their appdata/ localappdata folders.3. Tweaked around with the Discord/ windows sound settings.4. Did a file check and fixed corrupted files.5. Uninstalled Razer Synapse and all of its folders that had “Razer” as its title.6. I am trying to login with my facebook which includes all my registered prosucts. I also use that account for razer synapse. Everytime I try to login the facebook website always prompting the following. Are there any issues with account servers?

My NARI Ultimate headset failed and are broken today.  Your tool does not recognize my SN as being within the 2 year period and will not allow me to contact support, but I have the receipt to show I purchased from Amazon on June 27 2021.  Exactly 2 years ago to the day.The dongle failed on the exact day of warranty after working without issue for 1 year and 364 days.   I see on the forums this is common, and there is not a posted remedy.  Please email me to start the RMA. 

How do i go about getting the battery changed on my Kraken Headset?

Hi, I have a new Razer Blackwidow V4 TKL Hyperspeed (spanish layout) and as a keyboard works perfect on Linux Fedora 43. The only thing I cannot control is RGB, I installed openrazer drivers, give myself permissions, installed PolyChromatic and OpenRGB but my device (1532:02D7) is unregognized I can use and control my mouse Razer Cobra Pro and my headset Razer Barracuda X Chroma without any issue, it is only my new keyboard, I can’t control RGB, I have all my RGB in red color except my keyboard and it is annoying :p Is it something I can do to help and give this keyboard some love and support?Thanks in advice. I Have a 2020 Razer Blade Pro 17 4KIt’s running incredibly slow on Windows 10.To try to fix this, I’m trying now to recover the system (Using F9 option in the boot screen) but it’s been stuck for ages on the Recovery at 3%.What could be the cause for this sluggishness? And how can I fix it? 

When I got on my computer today, my keyboard's Bluetooth was disconnected & failing to reconnect. I removed the device & paired it again but for some reason the light on the keyboard continues to flash as if it's still looking for a device. The keyboard functions normally until it goes to sleep & then I have to pair it again.My computer is remembering the keyboard, but the keyboard acts as if it's not remembering the device it connected to. I've tried connecting to other computers & the same problem occurred.I've also updated the firmware & factory reset the keyboard, but the issue persists.The keyboard still functions normally while connected via USB C.

Purchased, opened it up, Plugged it in. Ran a live D&D session for 8hrs using the bar for interactive sounds and music. Ran perfectly the whole time.Flash forward to this morning, turn on laptop. Sound bar isn’t on.Power buttons yields nothing.Swapped USB-C to another port (neither ports are hubs, Laptop is also brand new) still no power.Disconnect from soundbar, plug USB-C into phone, phone charges/connects to PC.Plug soundbar into phone charger, sound bar powers on.Cool, everything works.Plug soundbar back into PC.Still nothing.Help?Otherwise this is an instant failure of a device and will be returned, not even an RMA.

I need to know what firmware to use for the deathadder chroma.  My usb connected chroma disconnects randomly and reconnects a second later in tarkov and other games.  They list firmware for all the other deathadders

I recently bought a Blade 16 Laptop. I have not yet received any activation code for the Black Myth game. What can I do? How much time does it usually take for them to send the code?

No matter what settings I try in Razer Synapse, the sound doesn't change. I've been trying to solve this problem for two months. I tried Synapse 4, I tried Synapse 3, I deleted all the drivers with the Razer Cleanup Tool and reinstalled them. I BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER AND TRIED AGAIN, but the problem remains the same. I've tried all the solutions mentioned online, but the problem still isn't resolved. None of the changes I make in Synapse have any effect.
