Fn keys not working in huntsman mini, i tried doing the fn+space+esc re installing the synapse and tried using them without the synapse, when i click fn the keys get white but when i click them they just do ttheir common function like fn+4 =4

Hi everyone, I really need urgent help here. I tried to buy a Nintendo HKD prepaid code on Razer Gold twice, but both failed and my money was taken:1. First order: It says "Payment (Order Not Placed)" — HKD$100 was deducted but no order was made at all.2. Second order: It's stuck on "Razer Gold (Pending)" — 100 Razer Gold is gone, but I still haven't gotten the code. I've tried submitting support tickets so many times, but the "Submit" button is always gray and I can't find the live chat anywhere. I don't have any more money to buy it again, and I really need this code right now. Can someone from Razer support please help me check my account? I’m recycling a couple of Razer Blade 15 advanced laptops from 2021.  I am parting them out before recycling them and would like to upcycle the displays.  They are well sealed in but I need to ID the display so I can buy a converter board.  Can someone from Razer (or anyone else knowledgeable) help with this?  I have serial numbers and proof of purchase if anyone requires that.  

Sup Razer developers! Could you implement in Synapse an option to immediately stop free-mode scrolling after I scrolled using Smart Reel? When I used my old Logitech MX Master before, it immediately switched in normal scroll mode after quick scrolling (and it was so cool), but Basilisk V3 Pro does not. It continues to use free mode even I scroll in the opposite side! And turns into a standard mode only after I stop using scroll + 0.5 sec (too long!). I wish to have an automatic brake (i. e. going into the standard non-free mode) when Smart Reel scrolling speed goes lower than some threshhold. Could you implement a checkbox in Synapse for that? Configurable threshold could be a bonus, but at least a checkbox right under “Smart Reel” one.

Last month I purchased a Razer Naga V2 pro, since I didn’t wanna bother with constantly charging it by plugging and unplugging a cable I also bought the Mouse dock pro. Unfortunately the latter doesn’t seem to work anymore. I noticed today that no matter what I do the battery indicator does not change to charging. Leaving it on the puck for half an hour in fact made the battery charge go down from 37% to 36%. If I connect it via a cable it does charge up. I've tried turning off the mouse before putting it on the dock. I've fully uninstalled Razer Synapse, rebooted the PC and then installed the latest version (4.0. [removed by moderator] ). I'm not sure what else I can try. 90€ for a light up puck that otherwise doesn’t function as it should is expensive decoration.. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I love my V4 pro and the left shift key just gave up randomly. I know my product is out of warrenty but i really dont want to replace it. I would love some help if any.

There doesn’t seem to be a consistent means of operation for this particular keyboard (or the mouse). I would randomly experience disconnects (mind you, on a WIRED keyboard) from the Septic (I mean Synapse) Software. I also experienced the same issue with the Naga Pro Wireless mouse (wired and in wireless mode). I also had the “cyan” light color issue once or twice from the keyboard, along with the Chroma effects not responding.I’m not sure if this will help, but here was my “fix/solution” to this ridiculous fiasco:1. I am the proud owner of Razer Blade 16 (2023) RZ09-0483x with BIOS v2.02 and have been trying to update it to v2.05 but fails every time.  I have disabled ‘Windows Hello’ as per on screen instruction whilst running the BIOS updater program.  It seems to work and re-boots the PC, but still just boots into windows and doesn’t update the BIOS. Please help and advice.  Thank you your input.

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Blade 15 (2020 model) and recently noticed that the battery seems to expand after using the laptop for about 3 hours. When this happens, the lid does not fully close, but after the laptop cools down for a few hours it closes normally again.From what I’ve read, this might be a swollen battery. I saw that Razer recommends having the battery replaced by their service team, but I live in Nebraska and I’m not sure what the process is.Does Razer offer mail-in repair in the U.S., or are there any authorized repair centers near Nebraska?
