more specifically speaking, when using multouch. whenever both fingers come close enough to touch. the cursor starts to spaz out and jumps all over the place, minimizing other windows etc. even when scrolling, it jitters up and down momentarily and quite frankly, I'm not about that lifestyle. Upon checking the mouse options in device manager, all I see are HID and razer blade stealth. was wondering if these were the correct drivers.

This problem has gotten so bad i can't even use my pc without reinstalling synapse 3 atleast once a day. Might this be a problem with the usb sound card? Because my kraken TE's show up as usb card on synapse 3 not kraken headphones. If it is a problem with synapse please fix it because it just isn't worth the money if you cant hear a thing.
Hello I'm having a problem lately with my Kraken Chroma headset turning itself off or dropping the sound during a voice call. I've tried different USB ports and the issue seems the same. I have the latest version of Synapse, and my headset is recognised on the software, however when I look at the device manager on my (Win 10 64) pc it says Conexant USB Audio device. I've removed that device hoping that synapse will install the correct drivers when I plug the headset back in, but it remains Conexant. I've also updated my OS as I've read it's always wise to update everything as a first step. I used the feedback option on Synapse and submitted the log there, but I don't know if I would be given a response via that medium so made a thread here. What should I try next, please?
Bought the i7-9xxx RTX 2080 Max Q 240hz Model less than a month ago. I have put less than 10 hours of playtime in on the laptop. Today the fan on the right side starting making a fluttering sound. Surely the bearings in the fan cant be going out just 10 hours in can they? Any idea what else could cause that sound? I have two days left to return it to Amazon. If parts are already failing after 10 hours, I have little hope of getting a couple years out of this thing.
I've wiped my disks twice lately due to upgrades, so I needed to reinstall synapse 2 each time. The first time I did this, the headphones wouldn't be recognized by synapse, after a lot of trial and error, this was what I did that eventually got them to work. 1) Closed Razer Synapse. 2) Deleted the audio device: CONEXANT USB AUDIO along with drivers in device manager. 3) Plugged the headset into another usb port. 4) Open Razer Synapse. and then it worked. Recently had to wipe everything again, and the same thing happened. This time though, it's not working, I remember when I fixed them the first time, it showed up as 'Razer Kraken 7.1 V2' instead of 'CONEXANT USB AUDIO' after plugging into the other USB port in device manager and I figured that was what was causing the problems. This time, it stays as Conexant usb audio, and I can't figure out why, so I'd appreciate some suggestions?
I have been using my Razer BlackWidow X Chroma for a few months now and it's been working fine. Recently I decided to update razer synapse since it kept bugging me to do so, after the update though I noticed that the application no longer recognized my keyboard. When I try to open the chroma module for example it simply tells me "This module requires a Razer Chroma device". I also don't see my keyboard under devices in Razer Synapse. What I have tried thus far: Uninstall and reinstall Razer Synapse Switch USB ports with my keybaord Uninstall all HID keyboard and mouse devices as well as Razer BlackWidow X from the device manager All the steps above have been followed with restarting my PC, I have also tried combining the steps like uninstalling all drivers and uninstalling the application at the same time. The keyboard still works just fine and I can use it to control the computer, any razer specific features (Like playing with the lights) do not work however. Thanks in advance.
Hi there Razer Community and Team, I know there are other threads about the same or similar issues but I could not find a solution amongst them. I got a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (October 2018) and it has been running fine when it was used. Now that I use it every day I am getting these random track pad and mouse freezes, both internal and external. This happens just for no apparent reason. During browsing, emailing, working in Adobe and Cinema 4d or just listening to music. I updated everything to the latest versions, windows, gpu, intel etc. but still it is happening. Can get really frustrating while working. Got my auto save on for every 1 minute :) Are there any know fixes for this issue that helped others? Appreciate all the help you guys can give. Many thanks in advance, SB
Got this keyboard a year ago, and worked fine and all. But then after I wanted to change the RGB using synopsis, the keyboard started doing weird. Those things were fixed and all during the course of time(and patches) but now there is a problem that when I use "esc" it also simultaneously presses the "~" button(button below esc) and vice versa. Tried changing lay-out in Windows keyboard with no success
I have had my Razer blade 15 base model for under a month and I have been loving its power. A few driver issues that led to crashes but I blame myself for that due to tampering with nividia's studio drivers. I have recently noticed that when my laptop is closed there is a light arch in the screen so that when looking at it from the ports on either side of the laptop you can see through to the other side. It is quite a small visual defect but I am worried it may be due to misfitting screens and can lead to damage after the warrenty period. Normally I would not be too worried about these things but for a $2000 laptop that is made from aluminium I expect higher quality. The hinge of the laptop also gives off common snapping noises when opening/closing. Should I go through the effort to have razer inspect it and possibly fix? will I just get a refurb 20 days in of having a new laptop? I am new to razer products and am very worried. Thanks in advance
So recently I've been having problems with my headset. I lost my receipt that the store where I bought it from gave me, but I've registered it in my account. They said that they can send my headset for repair if I will tell them the date and hour of purchase. I tried seeing at https://razerid.razer.com/products details about my warranty but It only shows me what products I've registered and that's all. I need the purchase date. Any help?
Hi all, Back in November I bought a Razer Blade 15 Advanced(GTX 1060, 256GB). Until last night I performed without any real issues. However, last night I started getting Windows BSOD (critical process died) until eventually it would only load the BIOS and I could no longer boot Windows. I tried going to recovery but it did not respond the only available options for me are the BIOS or boot menu. When I tried the boot menu though my internal SSD did not show up. I eventually created a Windows Setup USB stick which the boot menu was able to pick up and the USB stick did boot. However, I tried just about every repair option as well as to install Windows from scratch but nothing seemed to work, the drive just does not show up. I even tried finding a driver for the Samsung SSD that comes with the laptop but the Windows installer would not recognize it as a driver. Eventually I opened up my laptop to see if something might be going on there and the only thing I could find was the grey pad
Hi, Similar to Pedro (/screen-flickering-when-turn-on-bluetooth.44516/) the screen on my Razer Blade 15, Base Model, flickers when I connect and disconnect any USB or Bluetooth device. What should I do exactly to go around this issue? Thanks you in advance! Miguel
After the latest android os update, as I've seen multiple people having this issue with the camera app being unable to zoom or change to one of the other settings. Is there going to be a patch for this soon? or does anyone happen to have a solution to the problem? cant seem to find that anywhere.
I tried out the new Synapse 3 beta and it doesn't work with the Naga, there's a huge delay when I press buttons I've configured. For example if I set the mouse wheel click to register the F key.. in games it takes maybe 15 seconds for it to respond. Synapse 2 it's instant. So I went back to that. Also can you find a way to import profiles from 2 to 3? That would save so much time moving over once the bugs are sorted.
Most game including Dayz sound awful on the Nari Ultimate's, everything sounds like it is away from me, with a kind of reverb. Putting in some £50 headphones I immediately feel like I am 'in' the action. Why is this? Something is definitely off. I also found that use the THX mode SHADOWPLAY will not record the in game audio. Looking at the sound control panel on windows 10 i see this. (see attached) do both need to be activated? and which do i pick as a sound source if recording with OBS? Need advice as currently these are the most expensive and underwhelming headphones I have purchased. Help. Windows 10 Home GTX 2080ti 32 gig vengeance ddr4 i990k @ 5ghz
Hi, I was wondering if the tip of the mic can be replaced. The motherboard is fine but the black tip of the mic has snapped off somehow. I have linked 2 images for better understanding of the problem. https://pasteboard.co/IjZiC6V.png https://pasteboard.co/IjZiTZX.png I don't want to purchase another. This is my favourite headset. Thanks, LT
Happens with my blade 15 2018 stealth 2019 surface pro 6 and checked the MS store and was able to replicate it on their surface laptop and surface book 2 can razer just bounce off this and use something else? seriously not about this lifestyle. also please dont say yours don't do this; it does. you just haven't figured it out yet so god bless and take care. click into track pad with one index finger. with your middle finger, drag in near your index and watch a freakshow happen right before your eyeballs. might have to fiddle around with it a bit.
