Hello. I bought a new Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. I cannot register it to get my 7.1 Surround Sound activation code because the website says 'Product Already Registered'. Please help me retrieve my activation code. Attached is the proof of purchase and serial number.
No Activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound but have registered my headset Kaira X and got the confirmation email.

Every single time I boot up my computer, RzPowerTool requests an update. About half the time I allow it to update (I am the device administrator), but still it requests an update the next time I turn on my computer. Is this normal behavior? How can I prevent this from happening? Is there any way to disable automatic updates (various forums indicate there used to be a second settings menu with this option, but that no longer seems to be the case).
I played one game with it for an hour and now it’s unusable it’s extremely going to the left to the point where I can’t switch anything I tried to recalibrate and it keeps saying invalid invalid input. It’s annoying to think I have to do all this with a new controller please help is there anything I can do to fix this ? The deadzone option didn’t work and recalibration doesn’t either ?
Hello all, I received the Wolverine v3 pro as a gift and I cannot for the life of me get it to work on my PC, wireless or wired. So I connected the dongle and powered on the controller, it looked like it connected, so I jump into a game and nothing. Ok I thought, let's try that pair utility they have on the site. Tried to pair but my dongle was not detected by the pair utility.No worries I thought, let's try the cable and hot damn still no detect. No worries, maybe I need to update the firmware, this happened with a previous controller. I downloaded the firmware and tried to install but I can't get pass the "go into Xbox mode" what is says on the screen, I do but nothing, it didn't detect I was in "Xbox mode"I really like the feel of this controller, more so than my Elite 2. Has anyone experienced this much frustration trying to get the controller to work on PC?!?! Hello, I’ve had an issue with my Razer Blade 15 (I think the 2022 version). If i tap on the laptop the sound quiets down for a few brief moments but comes right back. I’ve tried using compressed air to clean it out, but that didn’t seem to have an impact. Any ideas on how to fix it or should I try to look for a new fan to replace it?
I just got it today, it is christmas after all. There wasn’t a box code, nor was it under the ear muff like I saw on reddit. I am unable to provide a receipt for I was not the one to buy it, it was a christmas gift, I should be able to provide anything else about it however.
I have many suggested ways by triple-click power button, try to update firmware and re-pairing utility. However, the case is the dongle do detected by my devices (try on laptop, phone & ipad) but when try to update the firmware or re-pairing it, the headphone itself is not detected for example, i follow the step 1: insert dongle to laptop (not using the hub) complete. Step 2: power on the headphone and wait until led light blinking blue, done. The problem is i cannot go into the step because the headphone cannot be paired. the headphone keep blinking blue even the dongle is inserted. Please help, i have try many ways but none succeed.
The max pulling rate is limted to 1000hz i’ve made sure that i am properly using the wireless hyperpulling dongle and that the mouse is properly charged.how do i fix this issue?(Windows 11 Pro)
I can't use this mouse the way I can with other mice for butterfly or drag clicking. Two clicks in quick succession are not registered.What can i do?Please help me, otherwise I will have to send the mouse back.
After updating the application, the mouse started to do the following: When I pressed the button or moved it, it turned off and on. I already thought it was broken. I connected it to another computer and the effect was the same, even in Bluetooth mode. Resetting the profile settings did not bring any positive results. Then I went into the application via a wire and changed the power saving mode in wireless mode from 1 min to 5 min and the mouse started working, the effect of turning off/on disappeared. I will say one thing, it is complete .... It seems that the manufacturer is testing my patience.

Hi All, Dusted off my good ol black widow chroma v1 and it was working fine. The firmware updated then all hell broke loose. Now the board shows up as Razer Bootloader in device manager and is not recognized in the synapse app. I have tried ALL available methods online to try and bring it back to life. Is there a driver I can be provided to make this board that was just working fine, work again?thanks!

Hello there, like it's said in the title, I just had my Razer Kraken V3 X for Christmas and wanted to try it on my PS5 but I can't adjust the volume, can someone help ?
Like many my razer kraken kitty headset pops and disconnects than reconnects my audio, at first it started when my audio was too loud but now it happens whenever i use it.Sometimes, it even causes anything plugged into other USBs to disconnect and I have to restart my whole pc but it hasn't done that in awhile.This is my second pair because i used my warranty to return my first pair that did the same thing so i can’t just get a new pair and with how expensive these headphones are i expect them to work and razers customer service has not been helpful at all and keep ignoring a huge issue.I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse, unplugging and replugging my headset, disabling all other audio devices, using a powered hub, and going through and adjusting the brightness power settings mentioned in other posts.I’ve tried everything listed on the support page as well. For wireless headsets, ensure that the device is operated within the maximum wireless range and there are no other device

I just got a blackshark v2 x for christmas and i cant turn off mic monitoring and google says i have to enter my activation code to be able to turn it off. so what do i do?
So i actually bought my razer audio mixer recently so i went to a music store to get an xlr cable unfortunately after i got the cable and got home to test it out on the mixer it wasn't working so i took the cable back to the music shop and we tested the cable there it worked perfectly. Well i took the cable back home and figured i would check it again and i found that i have to wiggle the cable to make a connection and hold it in that position to make it work. Idk if the connectors in the back of the mixer some how got damaged while it was in transit is there anything i can do to fix this or should i just order a new mixer?
Hi, I just received a Huntsman V3 Pro and since I plugged in with Synapse 4 Apex is not launching anymore (EAC detection), even in factory default mode...I’ve restarted made all the necessary changes but still I can’t play Apex with my razer keyboard...does anyone have an idea as it is very difficult to get a proper Synapse 3 versioin available on internet, even on the Razer site. By the way, as long as yhour software is in beta, it is unbelievable you have not a workaround to come back to a previous version by default….totally not professional by the way. Forcing a non-live product as the default product is not standard IT practices. Thanks for your answer.
