HELP!!! I bought a Razer Black Shark v2 X headset and I don't have the code to activate the 7.1 surround sound. I bought them used, and I don't have the registration information. I need help.

My razer deathadder v3 keep getting stuck and my case is still open i need a rma asap, i do alot of editing work and it became a probelm i ain’t gonna buy again if razer doesn’t solve my issue 

Ich habe mein PC von W10 auf w11 gestellt, nun muss ich 7.1 surround sound neu installieren wo er mich auch nach dem Aktivierungscode fragt. Den Aktivierungscode den ich damals bekommen habe funktioniert nicht mehr. Mein Headset ist in der liste nicht mehr aufgeführt. Was mich jetzt ärgert ist, dass ich ja einen Code zum aktivieren bekommen habe 2018 und es jetzt nicht mehr möglich ist einen neuen zu erhalten. Was kann ich machen und an wen kann ich mich wenden.Danke schon mal im vorraus. 

I downloaded the newest windows update (29.05.25) for my razer blade stealth GTX, and it is not able to play sound or videos. games are not lagging or anything, only sound. does someone know what to do? it says that all my drivers are up to date

I have had this problem for a while now, If I connect my mouse to charge it via usb c it forgets that it was ever wireless and I have to mess with it by turning it on and off and plugging and unplugging it to go back to wireless. But recently I cant fix it the usb dongle is just not being recongnised, I looked here at a thread and saw I might need to update my firmware and I tried and  its not even recognised there.. So can anyone tell me how I can get my mouse to be wireless again? 

I just got my Razer Barracuda X 2022 version and i can connect it via bluetooth and USB C dongle with my iPhone 15 Plus, there is audio output from the headphones, but the microphone does not pick up any sound. I have tried using it with microphone apps, capcut, instagram etc, it only picks up the audio input from my phone and not from the headphone. I have tried connecting it to the laptop and the mic works fine, so the issue is not in the microphone or the connection between microphone and headphones. There might be some iphone settings that i am missing out to select the headphone microphone as default, Please advise, thank you. 

I have Barracuda Pro headphones and Synapse 4 isn’t recognizing them.  I have them plugged directly into my PC, restarted multiple times, and reinstalled multiple times….still nothing.  And suggestions would be appreciated!  

So i have my mouse for around 2 months i would say and in the last 2 days it began to have sensor problems. basically whenever i lift up my mouse and put it back on my mousepad the sensor stops working for around 1sec i already installed the newest firmware but still nothing has changed 

The keyboard capslock light keeps flashing non-stop and the tab key is inputting alone repeatedly and no other input working

Hello, I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 X headset on 2021-09-15, but I've always used it normally until now and I want to activate the 7.1 feature, but when I enter the product serial number, I get the response "Product number is invalid", what should I do?

i purchased a razer blackshark v2x, and after it arrived and tried to register it for 7.1, it said this product is already registed

I’ve had this controller for maybe over a month, and now my home button acts as if it’s sticking, everytime I press it to open my dashboard to switch between games, it acts as if I’m trying to turn off my Xbox, I’ve kept the controller in good condition and clean if regularly as I don’t like using a dirty controller. Any help would be appreciated

My keyboard is not charging on wired mode i tried it different USB ports on my laptop, when I use dongle mode it instantly shuts up and before that I have noticed that my battery percentages increase or decrease very fast, firmware is updated

I just bought a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro and want to map the buttons etc… I do not have a PC only Mac Is there anyway of updating firmware? 

I updated the firmware to the latest version yesterday and ever since then my Razer Wolverine V3 Pro started vibrating while I'm watching Youtube videos. How do I turn this off? I can't find the setting in Synapse 4.

I am experiencing a technical issue on my Razer Barracuda Pro 2.4 connection(hyper speed) via USB Type-C to my laptop. When I joined a Microsoft Teams meeting, I heard some white noise, then my headset was automatically disconnected and disappeared from the connection, even though I updated the drivers. Could someone tell me what caused this issue and how to fix this issue? However, I found no such issue if I use Bluetooth to connect my headset to my laptop. Only the hyper-speed connection via the UBC Type-C is giving me this issue.

i just bought the blacksharkv2X, it did not come with a scratch card so i tried using the razerid to register but it said “This product is already registed, if you didn’t register it please contact razer supports” i just bought this product from a authorized razer reseller from online. i am also trying to activate the 7.1 surround sound. without the activation code it’s impossible. care to help anyone?
