I’m looking at getting a Skin for my old laptop as I’m giving it to my son.Only issue is with Dbrand dont seem to do a skin for the 2019 model. From what I can tell the 2019 and 2020 15 inch models arew pretty similar so Should I be ok to get the newer skin? is it likely to fit ok?  

Bought the Chair in January 2022 and is out of warranty but I need a new gas lift as the chair will not stay up and keeps sinking down while in use.Is there any way I can buy a replacement?

However, I connected it to my phone via Bluetooth, and since then it no longer works on the PC with the dongle. In the software, it shows that the headset is turned off, but it does not respond.I purchased the headset less than 5 days ago. Please give this to your DeathAdder Engineering Design Team.I am still only buying DeathAdder Chroma.  Why?  Because Razer has made bad design choices on V2 and V3. I bought, tried, and returned V2, V3, and more recent Essentials.V2/Elite - the wheel is covered in sharp pyramids that dig into your finger and hurt.V3 -  the shape is lop-sided and doesn’t fit in the hand correctly.  it’s just aweful.Essential - has good shape and good wheel, but the non-braided cable chinese ones made now, have cheap switches and don’t track well, especially when barely lifted.So, yeah, I keep buying 10 year old mice.  Razer, if you’re listening.  I’m your biggest fan from a decade ago.  I hope you can put out a good DeathAdder V4 and keep me going.  Your recent design choices have been off-putting.

So I purchased this headset and I find out the day after I get it that your software to configure it doesn’t even support, detect or otherwise work with it? This is the new version, not analog headset and you can’t even configure any sort of surround sound which is what it’s supposed to do?

Hello.A while ago, I purchased a razer blackshark v2 x gaming headset.I am now trying to register this headset in order to get access to the 7.1 surround sound feature that is advertised.I provided every necessary detail(even proof of purchase), but it says that the product already has been registered.I'd be really thankful for any assistance.

I had my Cynosa V2 keyboard for more than 2 years now and it’s working like a charm until one day my DOWN arrow key suddenly stops working. I’ve tried synapse 4 driver update, uninstalled device, reset to factory settings, even tried demo mode but none of it works. S/N: PM2029F41301289

I am trying to record audio with my Razer Kiyo RZ19-02320 in OBS, when the camera is off, I can hear a distinct hissing sound in the recording. My cooling pad just arrived, I found that in smart fan curve mode, fan speed is not linear, it is always fixed at the speed of next node you set. For example you set an interval 50-60 degree, 1000RPM-2000RPM, if your temperature is 55 degree now, fan speed will fix at 2000RPM. Is that a bug or feature?

I’ve got a Razer Barracuda X headset and its USB dongle, and it’s driving me crazy. On my HP 844C, the dongle shows up in Windows, but as soon as I play any sound or turn the headset on, the dongle disconnects for a second and then comes back - and there’s no audio.I’ve tried pretty much everything: Reset Windows completely Uninstalled/reinstalled all USB controllers Disabled USB power saving / selective suspend Removed Razer Synapse and drivers, reinstalled clean Tested the dongle on another PC - works perfectly there So it’s not the dongle or the headset, it’s something with this HP PC. Anyone else run into this? Any workarounds? Thanks!

After updating my windows last night, Razer Synapse 4 does not work properly anymore. When i click on it, it just opens and closes a second later. I tried restarting my pc, repairing the app, and uninstall and reinstall of the app as well as running it via admin and none of those worked. I also tried ending the service from task manager but that also does not solve the issue. Any answers and / or feedback help would be greatly appreciated.

My razer kraken V3 pro does not turn on and when i try to turn it on it just turns the green led on then quickly blinks turns off the led and again quickly blinks and gives a short haptice response (and when i connect it to charge it just blinks green.) I had the same issue before but it went after just leaving it connected for night but now it doesn't work i can still use it with an audi jack cable but i cant turn it on I alredy tried updating it but the update fails i dint know why  

The other day, I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X. There's no scratch card inside. I registered the headphones with Razed ID, and the system said that the code would be sent to my email. Three days have passed, and I've tried to request the code multiple times, but it's nowhere to be found, even in the spam folder.

I have a problem with my headset and the agent was lowkey helping me but then I have to update windows so I asked her to send me a link but the link didnt work and now its 32 minutes past their worktime. Can I somehow reconnect to the same agent tomorrow? 

  I bought keyboard razer blackwidow V3 special edition from bestbuy express today at Surrey BC guildford Canada, After I done all my color setting using the chroma rgb and synapse 4 software, I close app and all my setting came to factory default, and if I open the software again the settings I did are all back, I seems I must keep these software open all the time to make the color settings stay effect, other brand keyboard some can close program and all color settings stay effective, So for razer product I need to keep the software always on to make all my changes stay effective it that right?  Because all these program are eating 800mb ram total I am just asking if it is what I should do to keep all software on and using system ram to keep all my settings stay effective

The screenshot function on my Razer Blade 14 laptop is broken. How do I fix it?I like to take screenshots on my Razer Blade 14 laptop.However when I press ‘FN’ + ‘F12 Printscreen’, the screenshot function, doesn’t work.On my Razer Blade 14 I am using ‘Snipping Tool’ for screenshots. I have uninstalled and re-installed the programme, however it isn’t working.Please could you explain how I could fix my Razer Blade 14 screenshot function, so I am able to take screenshots easily.When I try to take screenshots, with ‘FN’ + ‘F12 Printscreen’, the screenshot function doesn’t respond. The screenshot function is unresponsive.I have been trying to take full-screen screenshots.How do I fix this, so it runs excellently? Thank You

Good afternoon, I’m contacting you because I’m having an issue with the wireless dongle of my Razer Viper V2 Pro. This afternoon, while I was using the mouse, the receiver suddenly stopped working. I’ve tested it on several different computers at home, and the mouse works perfectly when connected via cable, but the dongle is not detected on any PC. The mouse was purchased in March 2022, so it is still under warranty. I would like to know what steps I need to follow to get a replacement dongle sent to me. Good day, I purchased a new set of razer barracuda x headphones a few weeks ago, the audio started distorting today on my laptop. The sound was perfect from purchase up to this point. I have not changed any settings before the issue started and went through a few changes after to try and sort this problem. Any other options or advice?

As I enter in the “plataform” section and try to click on the “connect” buttom of any plataform, it simply does nothing. I really do not know how I can fix this, already tried to restart (both, the razer cortex and my computer).

Hello,I have a Razer Orochi V2 wireless mouse that has completely lost power — no LED light, no sensor, nothing — even with fresh AA or AAA batteries and following all recommended troubleshooting steps.• Model: Razer Orochi V2• Issue: No power — mouse is entirely dead• What I have tried: Replaced battery (AA & AAA), checked the battery contacts and orientation, cleaned spring contacts, tested on multiple computers, swapped USB dongle, verified the ON switch clicks firmly.• Result: Still no power, no lights, no response.My S/N indicates I’m out of warranty.  What are my options?  Am I SOL?  Should I just buy a new mouse?
