I purchased a Razer headset compatible with Razer Surround 7.1. Inside the box there is the Razer Surround 7.1 leaflet, however no activation code is printed on it.When I try to activate Razer Surround 7.1 through Razer Synapse, the software asks me to enter an activation key or reports that the code is already in use / already registered.I would like to ask for your assistance to:- verify the license status linked to my headset, or- receive a new activation code or have the license activated directly on my Razer account.I can provide the product serial number, photos of the leaflet/box, or any other information you may need.Thank you for your support.Kind regards, 

i just bought that mouse and random time cursor freeze for 1 or 2 sec, and is moving. i don t know if it s because i don t use mousepad or the sensor has some problems. in past i had basislisk v3 and it worked very good without mousepad. 

Just bought this controller and plugged it in with the cable I was provided and my Xbox can’t seem to recognise it, neither in accessories or the razor controller setup all for Xbox. I’ve tried plugging in it in the front and in the rear, a different usb-C cable and power cycle my Xbox but nothing works

Hi, I have a new Razer Blackwidow V4 TKL Hyperspeed (spanish layout) and as a keyboard works perfect on Linux Fedora 43. The only thing I cannot control is RGB, I installed openrazer drivers, give myself permissions, installed PolyChromatic and OpenRGB but my device (1532:02D7) is unregognized I can use and control my mouse Razer Cobra Pro and my headset Razer Barracuda X Chroma without any issue, it is only my new keyboard, I can’t control RGB, I have all my RGB in red color except my keyboard and it is annoying :p Is it something I can do to help and give this keyboard some love and support?Thanks in advice. So recently, I had a warranty claim for my viper v2 pro, faulty scroll wheel. I got my new RMA mouse and was happy. Well, the RMA mouse has the EXACT same issue. I filed for the warranty claim on that, and Razer told me to go pound sand, they won’t honor their warranty even though this is clearly a design issue. I am not the only one with these issues. So, I’m not buying a new mouse. Period. I have a viper ultimate that needs a dongle. Does razer still have those in stock so I can get one?

I have a Razer DeathAdder V3 (wired) mouse. I've made my settings via Synapse. There are no issues. The firmware is up to date.  However, every time I restart my computer, the mouse operates at 125 Hz. For the mouse to function properly, I have to unplug and plug the cable back in each time. Is there a solution for this? Otherwise, I'll have to return it. And please add Turkish language support to the Synapse app. It's terrible that you haven't added a language to such a simple app when you have such a large sales market in this country.

Hi, I have a Nari Essential and I have the problem that the sound always starts with a delay. For example, when I start a video on YouTube, there is no sound for the first 1 to 2 seconds. Same with Spotify. However, the headset is already activated and is already playing other sound sources, such as in-game sound, during this time. It is only when a new audio source is activated that the start is slightly delayed. 

SInce last firmware update (2.0.9.0) the controller is always vibrating, so I have to disable the haptic feedback in Synapse to stop this annoying behavior. Controller is in PC mode. Do you know how to solve this?

Good afternoon, have recently bounght your laptop 2025 - 5070ti with AMD processor and from very begining had issues with Synapse program. Every time during the shutdown pop up the window with message that first need to be Synapse program closed, which happened after few seconds and laptop shutdown. But 3 days later suddenly the laptop start rebooting straight after shutdown so there was no way how to shut it down.Have managed to put the laptop to the factory settings, reinstalling the windows, after that I have tried to install synapse and during instalation the Microsoft Edge popped up and opened like 1000+ windows, so I have deleted the synapse completely and since then it seems to be okay but would like to ask others if I am not missing something, since the laptop is still in Warranty so would like to know what you think.Thank you for your time
