After using my laptop for a while with the Lenovo Thunderbolt 3 dockstation suddently everything stopped working with the dockstation, it only receives power. I can still charge my laptop but all the other usb/display/ethernet functions dont work anymore. I checked my razer synapse for the firmware version of my laptop and it says v1.1.0.0 which is fucking outdated (I guess after i reinstalled windows a while ago it resetted the firmware?) But when i try to install the new version from the website it just says everything is up to date.I tried other dockstations or thundebolt cables and no luck so far. is something related to my laptop.I can see all the USB4 ports on device manager, and a small usb c hub from anker still works, its just the dock station with thunderbolt that doesnt work anymore.Any help??

Recently got the much awaited Blackshark V3 for PlayStation (non-pro) RZ04-054103. Checked that I’ve got the latest firmware installed, already came with latest out of the box.The microphone appears to be super quiet on PlayStation 5. Using the PS settings, I turn the mic vol to maximum, but speaking with the mic in the correct place barely gets into the ‘good’ zone.I’ve tried on the Synapse testing feature and it sounds better but hard to be sure.People in PS party chats have commented how my mic sounds quiet. Reluctant to return the headset as the sound is great and I had a V1 Blackshark for years

I recently had to try reinstalling Synapse for issues with a Razer headset, and ever since doing so my custom Hypershift key (caps lock) no longer activates hypershift functions on my mouse, however the default Function key does.Using a Huntsman Mini and Deathadder V3 Pro, I’ve already tried remaking the profiles from scratch as well as updating the firmware (both are on newest version)Since reinstalling my huntsman mini also sporadically drops inputs so if anyone knows a fix for that, that would be helpful as well. 

Whenever I use the dongle, the volume randomly drops and rises like the sound fades out and then suddenly becomes loud again. The system volume bar doesn’t move so it’s not an actual volume adjustment. The problem doesn’t happen when I connect with Bluetooth or when I use my computer’s speakers. I’ve already checked my synapse settings and turned off all audio enhancements but its still a problem.

 I recently purchased a Razer headset, but there was no 7.1 Surround Sound activation code included in the box. I entered my product information on the Razer website, but even after completing the registration process, I still haven’t received the activation code. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I have a razor 15 base model and when I go to put my laptop into gaming mode, I am unable to because synapse is telling me that the laptop is receiving inadequate power which is stunting my performance. I have no every changed charging adapters and my laptop came with a 180W adapter. I also checked my battery life and it is at 96 percent, and have noticed zero swelling. I was wondering what I can do to fix this inorder to get the maximum performance out of my laptop.

Hello,Both plastic parts are cracked (the ones with “HYPERSENSE” logo). I’am very disappointed about that, because I used them with so much caution. Is is obviously that the plastic is subdimmensioned and in time will brake without any abusive usage. There are a lot of people with cracked plastic parts…Is there any chance to buy and replace those plastic parts (or maybe receive them as warranty)?Thank you!

Macro synapse 4 different from 3 ? When I update my synapse it is not usable and sometime it also causing lag and button stuck even when I wont hold  for like 4 sec. Quiet annoy when I play games

So, as the title says, i have crisp sound when i just turn on my pc and everything’s running fine, as soon as i shutdown the pc, when i turn it on again the audio starts to crackle. One thing to mention, my 7.1 surround it’s not working properly, as it is not showing the 7.1 surround app to configure it, it’s just displays the “login” and that’s it.  Below what i mentioned attached.Razer Blackshark V2X 

went to sleep yesterday and the keyboard was working fine,  now its leds are not turning on. when I enter synapse to see if its turned off it says they are active and when I change the brightness they come on for half a second and in the next second dim down to null. Is there an LED switch that I may have fat fingered on this keyboard? Ive checked the fn macros but as they aren't labelled its hard to say 

Hi my Razer Viper V2 Pro was acting up that scrolling up or down doesn’t work properly. I’ve brought it to Datablitz in Philippines and they took it for a month and they said razer decided to replace it instead since the scroll wheel was unrepairable. They replaced it and it was working properly for months and the same issue happens. Unfortunately, my receiver of Viper V2 Pro was broken like pieces coz I inserted it to a laptop then forgot to remove it. So I decided to buy a Hyperpolling receiver for it to work, but when I go to datablitz again, they refuse the item tio be repaired because they said that the receiver was already broken. Idk why it’s connected to the scroll wheel tho.

Have 2 different promo codes for purchase, neither work no matter how I enter them, will not make purchase without code working.

Hi - I see many of these questions here but then people are just replying in private message? Can you please clearly outline how to fix screen flickering with external monitors & adaptors? It's ridiculous I’ve spent over 5k USD for a laptop and the HDMI port doesn’t work properly. I’ve installed and updated all drivers bios firmware etc.

Hello Razer Support Team,I own a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (RZ09-0409KED3, 2021, Intel i7-11800H).After updating to BIOS version 2.02, I noticed that the CPU temperatures have increased significantly, and the Intel XTU undervolt option is now locked. This has affected both thermal performance and fan behavior.Could you please provide me with the previous BIOS version (for example 1.03 or 1.06) or an engineering BIOS that allows voltage and fan control? I am aware of the risks and will take full responsibility for applying it.Thank you very much for your help — I’ve been a long-time Razer user and just want to restore the previous thermal performance of my system.

I purchased the laptop and realized that the battery doesn’t last even 20 minutes on a full charge when doing some work. Why is the battery performance so poor? 

I have not received my bf6 skin. Also are there taller sticks I can buy for my new controller? Not pads but actually taller stick length? 

I bought the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds like few weeks ago. The case is working and showing the green light indicator as it should. But both my Buds are not working. There is no Touch response, No Voice from the Buds and no Pairing via Bluetooth or Razer Audio App. Nothing works except the green light indicating in the case. Please help, this is so frustrating. Device I use Asus ROG GL553VD, HP Victus 16, iPad mini 5, iPhone 13, iPhone 15, and iPhone 11.

So, I bought a pair of Razer Blackshark V2 X and i can’t login them to Razer Synapse anymore. Because the Serial Number it was wipped down. What can I do about that?
