Preordered the Tomahawk mini NUC system back in June 2021 and the system worked incredibly well for about a year. Sent it in for diagnostic and/or repair because it started to shut off randomly, even from just bumping the table it was on, the cpu fan would make a grinding noise when it kicked up, and the 2 case fans wouldn’t speed up to keep the system cool despite BIOS settings being set for temperature. Got the system back with a paper that basically said there was nothing wrong with it. Continued to have problems for a few more months until I moved to a new house. Problems suddenly seemed to stop after the move so I assumed it was the wiring in the house being old. Now after about 6 months of it working fine the top fans have basically stopped working, Synapse doesn’t recognize the desktop anymore and I’m getting usb surge warnings despite my keyboard and mouse working just fine. I was just on the verge of ordering a new power supply, assuming that was the cause of the problems,

Im having issues out of my new headset. Im unable to get it to connect with the usb C port anymore along with when just doing it by bluetooth is sounds terrible. I wanted to try and set up a profile on Synapse but it wont even reconize that i have the headset on there either, I would love if someone would be able to assist since this is my first bluetooth mic and first razer headset 

so i bought this headset for my little brother he uses it for gaming for like 4 hours a week and suddenly after 1.5 months the power button is pressed down it doesnt pop out this is not normal right?

Hi,I have a new Viper V3 Pro that I bought about 2.5 months. A few days ago the mouse started to move by itself while he is sitting on the desk without touching it.I did a firmware upgrade and it did slow the movement speed of the drift and it’s almost invisible.The problem is that I set my PC to show a blank black screensaver because I have an OLED monitor and I’m trying to prevent burn-in, but this drifting preventing my PC to enter the black screensaver.See this video

I'm from India and recently noticed a strange issue with my Razer Viper Mini mouse. Every time I try to move the cursor, it shoots to the edge of the screen and gets stuck there. It's making the mouse basically unusable.The mouse is out of warranty, but I still opened it up and cleaned it thoroughly, including around the sensor and inside. Despite that, the issue persists.I've tried: Using different USB ports Testing it on another surface Plugging it into another PC (same issue occurs) Uninstalling and reinstalling Razer Synapse and drivers I’m not sure if this is a hardware-level sensor problem or something else. Would appreciate any advice before I consider replacing it.

The World App is garbage and will not allow me to sign up. Every time I try to use the app, I get an error just by clicking the signup button. I’m a software engineer and I would be embarrassed to release such a buggy app. If someone on the development team cared enough about quality or functionality and tried to run the app on the latest release of iOS, they would see there is a problem and hopefully care enough to fix this garbage.  Maybe razer should consider a different way for human verification.

my barracuda x microphone doesnt work with dongle anymore but works fine when connected with cable to pc or connecting with bluetooth to android phone it used to work but I dont know why it doesnt anymore

I've tried all the settings, all the rear and front jacks, and every possible method I could think of, but when I test it myself, I realize that things I should only be hearing through the headphones, like what I watch on YouTube or do on the desktop, are being picked up by the microphone as if I'm speaking into it. I think I'm going to try returning it, or please offer a solution to this problem because I'm about to lose my mind.

It just randomly stopped working. I wasn't touching it, just watching a show on my computer. My Bluetooth isnt reliable and I am going crazy. I hope I can buy a replacement some where but I can't find it

I just had a look at what's currently in my new laptop, because I wanted 64GB of DDR5 RAM instead of 32GB. But it wasn't an option when buying. I currently have two Samsung 16GB 1Rx8 PC5 - 4800B - SAO - 1010 - XT sticks of RAM that gives me 32GB of memory. I've looked around and there are not a lot of options, the Samsung 64GB kit looks sketchy and is from a generic unnamed brand. So I found this kit (Crucial RAM 64GB Kit (2x32GB) DDR5 4800MHz CL40 Laptop Memory CT2K32G48C40S5) online and Crucial being a more trusted name would like to know if this will work for the Razer Blade 17 (2022) i9 model? I've researched everywhere online and can not find any details if this memory will work or not. The Crucial website says it will work for my laptop, but there was no place to specify i9 CPU to be sure.
