The seat plate/gas lift assembly for my Razer Iskur has broken at one of the weld locations. My chair is out of warranty but I would like to buy a replacement part so I can continue using the chair. Does anyone know where I could find the replacement parts?
I have a Razr Iskur RZ38-0277 chair with a broken seat mounting plate part (H) in the manual. This is the second time this has broken, withing regular use. The first time it broke i was within the warranty period and was sent a part to replace. I am now out of warranty but would like to know how to get replacement parts for this. As I read the forums and online is seems to be a major issue with everyone breaking the same part. I would like to know if this is covered under and extended warranty or recall?

My wife has a V3 (sorry about title, can’t edit it) keyboard that suddenly went haywire. There are 5 lights underneath the DEL END PG DN keys and all of the sudden the second light from the right began flashing red and all the keys on the keyboard began randomly flashing. Within 10 seconds or so that light went solid for a second and then all of the lights on the keyboard went out and the keyboard stopped working, no key response at all. Tried using it on another PC and while it came on the red light was flashing. The rest of the keys were flashing randomly and it was sending all kinds of random letters to the PC until I unplugged it. The serial number is 102324F52807067 and it was purchased in Oct of ‘23.Is the keyboard dead or is there something we can do?
My Razor Kraken V3 Pro mpower button has become more and more unresponsive. In the past three weeks, I had to really push the button hard for it to turn on, and now, it doesnt turn on at all.

previously the detect function showed unused ports on my ARGB controller but now its detecting 80 leds on the ports that are not connected, (1,2,3) connect ports (4,5,6) seem to be detected ok but im unsure if this is a limitation of synapse4 or if something else has changed, ignoring the issue with detection is anyone aware of a manual way to disable these ports ( tried to set Led count to 0 etc ) but so far nothing works.
So I just acquired my razer kiyo and installed synapse, but the led light never turned on and the webcam wasn’t being recognized by any camera apps. when I go to update the firmware, it does say it needs to update. However, after about half a minute sitting on zero percent, the webcam disconnects from my computer and the update fails.

I recently acquired a demo unit of Razer headphones but it did not come in a box and it appears that the serial number sticker is not there anymore. Is there any other way to find my product’s serial number? Or get an activation code with my razer id? I am in South Africa
I don’t have much experience with computers. Basically, my audio has stopped working on my laptop entirely, no bluetooth, no internal speakers, nothing. I was following tutorials and things online and accidentally fully deleted the audio driver. I had a feeling I would need to get it anyway, but I am struggling to find where just the audio drivers are for my specific model. Is there an easy way to access that, or do I need to do something else? Before anyone asks, yes I have done all of the other things like uninstalling and reinstalling, updating drivers, etc.
It’s currently 1am and there are still no answers as to why my 2020 blackshark v2 wired headset isn’t responding to any equalizer changes in either synapse 3 or 4. i’ve uninstalled them both clean since 9pm, restarting, then reinstalling them again; i’ve looked around my pc, device manager, and even unplugging the jack out of the sound card then into an audio jack but still nothing, the pc doesn’t recognize the headset without the usb sound card. i’ve recently swapped an ssd in my pc, i don’t have run a gpu, i’ve had this headset since 2022. (just some random info that could help solve this.) it’s been a long day, im tired, i just want to game with some decent sound quality. help

So, I have the gamer room app, and I had the Aether lamp pro, the light sticks and two cords but I did not keep the labels with the QR matter codes or anything after I activated them on my app. For various reasons I reset the password on my home Wi-Fi network, and they all became disconnected, and I need to re-add them, but it is asking for the matter QR codes again. ive got this headset literally yesterday and since then ive been trying to get the microphone working, with nothing working. the microphone itself works but i cant use it any other app besides listening to the audio it records using the sound program, is there anything that can solve this or am i left trying to fuck around until i find out
How am I supposed to contact Razer Support about a purchase? I need help contacting them because I want to order a laptop but it keeps being canceled. The infuriatingly unhelpful links all take me back to this page and I can’t find any obvious contact info. I did finally find their phone number (1-855-872-5233), but when I call I’m told to have my devices serial number for support about a device, but nothing about not having one, or other support like warranty and credit cards. Live chat also demands a serial number, so it’s useless too. I don’t even know if they have an email, which from what I’m searching online for is the fix for my problem.
My question is, since I didn't get an activation code for the blackshark v2 x headphones, I can't use the 7.1 surround sound feature. If I buy the thx spatial audio program, will my headphones work? Thats all

Stuck in FedEx customs. They require a form from manufacturer with identification (MID). There are threads with this issue from 4+ years ago on this forum. Has Razer not learned to preemptively provide this? I struggled to find a way to talk to someone about my order. The support website just kept directing me to a FAQ page that didn’t address my issues. I couldn’t find a way to contact customer support so I am posting here. frustrated by the lack of support more than the shipping delay.

Добрый день,недавно я купила наушники Razer Kraken kitty v2 BT. Наушники подключились успешно, Коннект с Bluetooth нормальный,однако звук из наушников идёт только в режиме головного телефона. То есть, если включать устройство не как телефон, звук пропадает, соответственно играть в игры, такие как валорант или сидеть в Дискорд не реально.Наушники в режиме телефона хороши по своему, однако в играх звук как из ведра, никакого наслаждения от нахождения в матче в данных наушниках. Проблема следующая: При переключении наушников на режим STEREO меня могут слышать другие, индикаторы звука отображаются корректно,то есть если я включу музыку, то по индикаторам наушники ее улавливают,но сам звук ее передаётся. То есть я то звук не слышу а в наушники он поступает. Аналогичная ситуация в играх и Дискорд. Устройство не воспринимается в игре или дмскорде в режиме STEREO, оно буквально не хочет видеть наушники даже с цсловие того что в настройках Виндоус устройство стерео стоит по умолчанию, а телефон
