Hi All, Your support portal for the UK is non-existent. Chat does not work and there’s no way to initate a conversation.I have a Razer Nomios V2 Pro where the subwoffer has stopped working and now the speakers themselves have turned themselves off as the control pod has also developed a fault. This is the third problem in three months of having the product and now I’ve had enough Who do I contact email wise for an RMA? There appears no way to raise a ticket for this issue in the UK. B

Hello, I have a problem with the bluetooth connection on my iphone 16 pro max.. Everything is paired but when I turn on the music the music does not play through the razer.. and on the razer control the bluetooth button flashes and does not light up like the others like when I have it selected via USB to Computer.. I did not find a single topic on the internet to solve this problem.. Could you please help me? The problem occurred when switching from an old phone to the iphone 12 pro max, everything worked as it should, only when changing the phone and downloading the application to the phone it no longer works.. I also tried it on my friend's iphone 11 pro and the same problem.. Thank you 

My Hammerhead true wireless v2 won't pair with my phone, or PC.  It's fully charged.   It was still sealed when I got it, and I registered the product so it should be legit.  I tried pairing with the razer audio app, on my PC, curious what I'm doing wrong.

Hi, is there any way to replace/ buy new wireless dongle for the Barracuda X (2022) black?my headphone suddenly stopped working one day with my PS5, and i thought it was because i never performed firmware update on the headphone itself. however, when i attempted to perform update on my PC, it didn’t detect the dongle. i have tried using other PC as well but they didn’t detect the dongle as well. so i concluded the dongle itself is damaged. is there any way i can get a replacement?

Hello, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X headset with microphone and I want to log in to surround sound and it asks me for an activation code, but there was no activation code with the headset, is there anything I can do about it?

I am having trouble with the side buttons on my mouse. Naga V2 Pro’s  duel button panel is having issues where the button is being held down. which is causing the mouse to malfunction and not be able to click on anything at all. I’ve tried updating the firmware and cleaning the connectors. Neither has solved the problem.Can I receive help on this issue?

Hello so I’ve recently been experiencing issues with my Razer Blade 15, obviously it’s beyond warranty at this time and I had this laptop since 2021. I have had the battery replaced twice now and most recently earlier this month. I am still experincing random shutdowns more frequently when gaming, I do not believe it has anything to do with high temps at all as it shutdown almost instantly for games that require more power consumption such as playing COD, Batman, GTA, etc. I’m not sure what else to do, I have done some research and most likely think it’s something to do with my PSU? Everything else seems to be fine and it charges fully too and can be disconnected without issues unless i’m gaming it shuts off. I do notice that the PC flickers when gaming sometimes switching between plugged in and off when usin cpu/gpui extensive applications but when i’m not gaming it runs fine. I also had bought a different charging adapter sometime last year off amazon as the original one I had before

I have a 7.1 sorround activation code tied to this Razer ID but I'm going to delete this ID because I have to return the headphones to the store I bought them due to issue it has local warranty not international can I get a new code that doesn't say activation code is already used or can be tied to the product serial number?

Hello support team. My problem is that my authenticator app records have been deleted. Because of this, when I make purchases through Epic Games, it requires my phone number verification. It asks for the authenticator app during verification, but I can't access it because the app deleted its records. Because I can't access it, I can't make purchases through Epic Games. Hi everyone, I’m hoping for some advice before I do something drastic with my new Razer Blade 16 (purchased 1 month ago) and screw something up irreparably.  A few days ago, my laptop’s battery started completely draining at night: primarily between ~1–5 AM, even when it’s asleep. I tried adjusting sleep/hibernate, disabling wake timers, disabling services, etc., but something is still waking it.  While trying to fix the battery drain issue, I ran into other problems like the command prompt window was flashing up and closing and not staying open. On the startup log there’s 4 missing registrys for startup links. I managed to fix some things and then ran  sfc /scannow in PowerShell. It found corrupted files and said it repaired them. But when I try DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, it always freezes at 62.3% and won’t finish. Now the laptop freezes for a bit at startup and feels extremely sluggish, which is weird for such a new machine with so little on it.  The more I’ve tinke

I bought my razer viper v3 about last year, it randomly stopped working a few days ago. I tried making it work again for like one day and it stopped working ever since. When I connected the mouse to the dongle, it showed up on the Razer Synapse app, but it said, “Device is switched off.” I tried holding the power button for like 10 seconds, but it still wouldn’t turn on. I tried connecting the mouse through the USB-C cable; it does not show up on Razer Synapse at all. Do I have to buy a new mouse or is there any solutions to this problem? hello, my blade 14 keeps on freezing while on light load ( using edge, firefox,,, browsing video, opening pdf files,,,) no Gaming at all, and i kind of believe it’s an issue related to AMD GPU driver, now i’m windows basic monitor, the browsing and page laoding is slow but not freezing no lag anyone body faced this issue before and how did you fix it. i tried using WHQ driver old driver but didn’t fix the issue,  

my mouse only turns on the static light effect of the mouse after turning on Razer Synapse, and it turns into breathing light effect after turning off, but this mouse is static at first, so I don't know if it could be fix.
