It’s currently 1am and there are still no answers as to why my 2020 blackshark v2 wired headset isn’t responding to any equalizer changes in either synapse 3 or 4. i’ve uninstalled them both clean since 9pm, restarting, then reinstalling them again; i’ve looked around my pc, device manager, and even unplugging the jack out of the sound card then into an audio jack  but still nothing, the pc doesn’t recognize the headset without the usb sound card. i’ve recently swapped an ssd in my pc, i don’t have run a gpu, i’ve had this headset since 2022. (just some random info that could help solve this.) it’s been a long day, im tired, i just want to game with some decent sound quality. help

Hi. "Ps5 not recognizing Bluetooth device."Is the error message when I try connect naga v2 light speed mouse.Ps5 sees naga dongle but won't connect.Switch is set to Bluetooth not 2.4.Have downloaded synapse to another pc and updated mouse.  What's the go. Exchange mouse for a Logitech?Which was a plug and play.  

So, I have the gamer room app, and I had the Aether lamp pro, the light sticks and two cords but I did not keep the labels with the QR matter codes or anything after I activated them on my app. For various reasons I reset the password on my home Wi-Fi network, and they all became disconnected, and I need to re-add them, but it is asking for the matter QR codes again. Where can I locate them now?AserLV, NV

ive got this headset literally yesterday and since then ive been trying to get the microphone working, with nothing working. the microphone itself works but i cant use it any other app besides listening to the audio it records using the sound program, is there anything that can solve this or am i left trying to fuck around until i find out

How am I supposed to contact Razer Support about a purchase? I need help contacting them because I want to order a laptop but it keeps being canceled. The infuriatingly unhelpful links all take me back to this page and I can’t find any obvious contact info. I did finally find their phone number (1-855-872-5233), but when I call I’m told to have my devices serial number for support about a device, but nothing about not having one, or other support like warranty and credit cards. Live chat also demands a serial number, so it’s useless too. I don’t even know if they have an email, which from what I’m searching online for is the fix for my problem.

My question is, since I didn't get an activation code for the blackshark v2 x headphones, I can't use the 7.1 surround sound feature. If I buy the thx spatial audio program, will my headphones work? Thats all 

I kept getting audio issues while im using it to game on my laptop . I dont know why but maybe someone can help me or maybe my item is defective.?

Stuck in FedEx customs. They require a form from manufacturer with identification (MID). There are threads with this issue from 4+ years ago on this forum. Has Razer not learned to preemptively provide this? I struggled to find a way to talk to someone about my order. The support website just kept directing me to a FAQ page that didn’t address my issues. I couldn’t find a way to contact customer support so I am posting here.  frustrated by the lack of support more than the shipping delay. 

HI!I have the Nari ultimate headset but unfortunatly the 2.4ghz dongle doesn´t work, is that any substitution dongle that would be possible to purchase or a compatible one?? since i´ve searched you Razer´s website and i saw that the Nari headsets aren´t available anymore… Best Regards.

Добрый день,недавно я купила наушники Razer Kraken kitty v2 BT. Наушники подключились успешно, Коннект с Bluetooth нормальный,однако звук из наушников идёт только в режиме головного телефона. То есть, если включать устройство не как телефон, звук пропадает, соответственно играть в игры, такие как валорант или сидеть в Дискорд не реально.Наушники в режиме телефона хороши по своему, однако в играх звук как из ведра, никакого наслаждения от нахождения в матче в данных наушниках. Проблема следующая: При переключении наушников на режим STEREO меня могут слышать другие, индикаторы звука отображаются корректно,то есть если я включу музыку, то по индикаторам наушники ее улавливают,но сам звук ее передаётся. То есть я то звук не слышу а в наушники он поступает. Аналогичная ситуация в играх и Дискорд. Устройство не воспринимается в игре или дмскорде в режиме STEREO, оно буквально не хочет видеть наушники даже с цсловие того что в настройках Виндоус устройство стерео стоит по умолчанию, а телефон

Got the controller earlier this year and has been working without issue, but today it just randomly stopped working. The controller still powers on and the chroma razer logo lights up, but the inpuslts dont seem to do anything. Here is what I've done:1. Made sure that all USB ports on the Xbox work (they do)2. Ensured they were plugged in firmly (they were)3. Turned off xbox, unplugged everything, edited a few minutes, turned on Xbox, plugged everything back in, still not working.4. Have tried using both wired and wireless, neither work.5. Connected it to my PC and updated both the controller and dongle firmware. Still not working. Are there any workarounds to this?

I tried pairing with my V2 pro and it pairs and works perfectly and can see 8000hz on V2 but I am unable to pair it with Viper v3 pro.

My razer wolverine v3 pro no longer connects wirelessly. My grandson got a hold of it and I think he hit something. The controller works if hooked to the usb port and works wired. Cant seem to get it wireless anymore. Any ideas?

My Razer DeathStalker v2 tkl  keeps disconnecting while connected with 2.4ghz dongle. WIred connections works fine.I have checked on both my computers and with/without synapse4 launched. Any ideas how to fix it? I have already tried updating drivers to the newest.

Hi! I just bought the Ornata v3 X from Walmart. The packaging looks a bit like it has already been opened and I’m having trouble registering for the warranty. The product number is not recognized.  

Out of the blue one day the microphone just isn't working or showing up on the device manager and I haven't been able to connect it to any usb ports. What can I do to fix it?

I travel for work and cannot find my dongle, I also don't have the original box it came in anymore, but I do have my target receipt from the app (so glad they track purchases) is there a website or link for purchase of a replacement?
