I downloaded the updater v2.6.11.0_r1.I ran it, and the program window text is mostly not English. The layout of the window matches the screenshots that are posted on the STEP-BY STEP-PROCESS atRazer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) Firmware Updater | RZ04-0453The first window, when I click on the button that should be “NEXT”, closes and a new window opens that matches the second on the step-by-step page, except again not English.The part of this window that should be the prompt to plug in the dongle displays the circle with numeral “1” filled in GREEN. I initially supposed that means it has detected the dongle, but if the dongle is not inserted the numeral 1 is still GREEN.The “Power on your headset” section, circled numeral 2 is grayed out. I assume that means it is not detecting the headset.The button that should be “CANCEL” does close the window, but the green button that should be “NEXT” does nothing.I cancelled the updater window, powered off the headset, then removed the dongle. Waited

When I was trying to add my phone number website says that my "account has been locked temporarily. Please contact support for further assistance." So how can I unlocked my account cause I done nothing bad and just because of having no phone number I can't pay by gold razer. 

my hyperpolling dongle that came with my bsk v3 pro wont show up on synapse i reinstalled synapse closed vanguard updated mouse firmware and tried updating hyperpolling dongle firmware but it wasnt detected. when i plug the 2.4 dongle into the hyperpolling dongle the mouse works but only upto 1000 polling rate

Buttons on old V3 broke so i got new one but without “Hyperpolling Dongle” because you are able to pair the dongle with new mouse. However when i try pairing in synapse all i see is my old V3 and new one showing up, there is no separate Hyperpolling Dongle showing up so i can select it up for pairing. I tried other guides / tutorials on youtube and answers from Razer on threads but they all start by saying “click on dongle in synapse”. I also tried opening support ticket but on multiple ocassions web is just stuck on “please wait” and infinite loop. So i guess my question is, how do i pair my old Hyperpolling Dongle that i previously used, to my new V3 Pro?

I’m playing on xbox and my headphones 3d audio is reversed like if someone is walking on the left of me the sound will come out the right headphone.

I have had major performance issues on my Blade 15 (2022) rz09-0421 (3070Ti, 64 GB RAM). Every click, opening a folder, booting, lags or takes forever. I reset Windows, reapplied thermal paste, updated all drivers, BIOS, firmware. Nothing works. BD PROCHOT flag is on most times, even at low CPU temps (<80 dC). During a CPU test on Cinebench, HwInfo and Throttlestop show CPU temps <80dC, CPU spikes of only up to 1.5 GHz, power only up to 20 W. I read online to deactivate BD PROCHOT in throttlestop, but its checked and greyed-out, meaning most likely that firmware is preventing me from deactivating it. Does anyone have any more suggestions? Is it the best option to get the motherboard replaced? Thanks

Is there anyone that has actually gotten a new dongle or just told to go look at a link to their in stock replacement parts and hope one day that it will magically pop up? Not sure how these dongles are so bad that they can’t even keep them in stock. Nothing like having having a $200 controller you have to be directly in front of the TV to use since it now has to be corded.

I have absolutely no clue how to mute my microphone when I’m in a game or whatever please help

Hi, my razer orochi V2’s bluetooth connectivity randomly dropped off yesterday mid game without warning. I have tried everything to get it to work again.  It still has power and in bluetooth mode just flashes slowly in blue. Is there any way to reset the mouse or something?

Razer Core X + RTX 3070 Ti + Razer Blade Adv 19 not workingHi all, I hope you're all well.I purchased a second hand Razer Core X from Gumtree with the intention to insert my RTX 3070 Ti ROG from my gaming PC.Upon setting it up initially, the RGB on my GPU would light up and the fans would start spinning but would not be detected. Upon rebooting the machine in hopes of it being detected, the GPU no longer lights up and no fans start spinning aside from the PSU fan.Off the top of my head, these are the troubleshooting steps I've taken:I've uninstalled the nVidia drivers that were already installed for my internal discrete GPU (RTX 2070 M) via DDU and checked the option to stop Windows Update from automatically installing drivers, then installing the drivers relating to my RTX 3070 Ti.I've tried fiddling with BIOS and changing the Discrete Thunderbolt Support from off > on and vice versa.I've reseated the GPU to ensure proper connection.I've purchased a new cable:  https://www.amazon.c

Hello , razer support !I have a problem , since few months i saw that my chair is reclining to the right. After i looked under it i saw that the mounting plate is snapped .Is there a way i can buy a new mounting plate (piece H on the assembly kit) to replace it?Sincerely thank you for the support in advance! 

Hello. Undervolt in custom mode seems to have no effect. CB scores/temps/watts wont change. Have tried all different combinations of BIOS settings. XTU and throttlestop show locked status for UV. XTU has “Undervolt Protection - No” in system information tab. VBS, Core Isolation and UV protection all off so UV should be enabled.XTU shows “Overclocking is not currently enabled on this system. Check you BIOS settings for overclocking features. The platform fully supports overclocking for Processor Graphics, Processor Core & Processor cache.”FYI. Synapse used 9% cpu and had impact on FPS in CPU heavy titles. Reinstall fixed it and CPU usage went under 1%.  

I’m sure I’m not the first person to post this, but I cannot find a solution that works and I’ve been dealing with this since September.My Razer Synapse 4 will open my Basilisk V3 Pro, my BlackWidow V4 Pro, etc, without any delay.  I can open these items, click through the various settings, and change what I need.  When I try to open the settings on my Kraken V4 Pro however, the whole synapse software just freezes.  I may have to wait 20-30 minutes or more before the headset finally pulls up, and even then, if I switch between any of the tabs within the headset settings, it freezes, and I have to wait again!I’ve tried uninstalling Synapse, even going in and making sure I deleted any leftover folders, and then reinstalling Synapse 4 again.  It doesn’t help.  The very first time I run a new install of Synapse 4, the headset settings respond quickly, and after that, the very first time I try to open those same settings again, I get the lag.Really hoping someone has a way to fix this.  I’m

My Razer Kiyo X camera keeps turning on and off repeatedly, and it makes a sound each time it happens. It doesn’t stay on consistently. I’ve already tried switching USB ports and reinstalling the drivers, but the issue continues. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The problem is as follows. I purchased a RAZER BLACKWIDOW V3 MINI HYPERSPEED, and when connected via a cord, everything works perfectly and without complaint. However, in the case of wireless connection, there are problems with the backlight, namely, the lighting macro may lag or freeze. Also, after the backlight goes into sleep mode, when you return from it, the backlight freezes in a static format. You have to turn the keyboard off and on again to make it work. I reinstalled Synapse 4, but it didn't help. 

Hi Razr Support!I’m reaching out because my Razr Iskur chair has developed an issue, and I wanted to check if it’s possible to purchase replacement parts.Based on the assembly diagram, it looks like the seat base has suffered from broken welds. From what I can tell, the components involved are labeled H and J in the assembly diagram. I’ve had the chair for a few years, and while I know it’s out of warranty, everything else on it is still in great shape! It’s been an excellent chair overall, and I’d really like to keep using it if possible.Thanks in advance for your help!botfk
