TL;DRLaptop froze without explanation; fixed it, but asking to help me understand what caused it.As the title says, this NYE has been pretty tense for me as my very expensive Razer Blade, 1 year old, suddenly froze completely.No mouse movement, no audio, no nothing.Restarting the laptop didn’t fix it at all: windows would boot completely, then about a minute in everything would froze just like the first time regardless of what I did in that minute or so. I tried opening up the task manager to check if something was soaking up memory but nothing relevant appeared, normal processes with only about 37% of ram occupied, which for the first minutes of startup seems fine to my untrained eye.I tried booting up in safe mode and no freeze.I tried “fixing startup errors” (or something of the sort) from the boot option menu following some threads I found online, but the procedure failed every time without further

My activation works great on my first device, but the second device says it’s invalid. It has always been my understanding that the licenses follow the Razer ID so one should work for all devices.

One of my buttons stopped working, I believe it is a hardware thing since it works if I press hard enough, and I checked a key tester and saw it is not processing.How can I fix this?

Hello,I hope you are doing well.I am using the Black Shark V2 X headphone and have encountered some serious issues with its microphone functionality:The sound from my game, which plays through the headphones, gets picked up by the microphone, and my friends can hear my game audio in Discord and other similar apps. The microphone generates a lot of noise, to the extent that I often have to mute myself.Please note that I have tested this issue across different apps, and it is not specific to Discord. I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 X, and I was asked to download the 7.1 software to use the 7.1 surround sound feature. I registered the code and everything else; everything is complete. However, when I download the software, it doesn't open. When I try to run it, there's no response. I uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but it didn't work. I tried connecting it to the front single jack instead of the dual jacks, but it still didn't work. The software just doesn't detect it, and I can't use it. How can I fix this?

I asked for an activation code for my newly purchased Razer headset. I encountered the problem that the code sent to my e-mail is invalid. I want a new code.

I bought a Razer BLACKSHARK V2 PRO on august 25ty 2024, from a BESTBUY. It is not working. Still under warranty. How do I get a RMA number so I can return it? The activation code you sent me does not work. I am trying to activate 7.1 surround sound, but it says this code is invalid. I won’t share it here, but if you need it, I can send it upon request. I cannot request a new code. What should I do? There was no code in the box, and the code requested by email turned out to be invalid. I have already registered the product and now I cannot request a new code again.

idk why but all my buttons are just turbo left click except left click and i tried factory reseting the mouse but it  didnt work

 Can anyone confirm if the Naga v2 pro will be restocked before the world of warcraft 20th anniversary promotion ends? Or is this a case of “while supplies last”? The mouse has become rather hard to find in stores/online and I’d sure like to take part in this promotional bundle if ever possible.

The static noise varies in tune depending on which color the LED strips are displaying. Brightness also plays a role in how loud it emits. When the RGB backlight is turned off the noise completely disappears. This seems to be recurring theme with your products. This exact same issue was present in the Leviathan V2 soundbar, but was later fixed in a firmware update.So here’s the obvious question, does this keyboard exhibit the same luck to be firmware patched ?2 year old post with the same issue.

Greetings;  I just want to verify with the community, that after a Fresh installation of razer cortex - there should be ‘MicrosoftEdgeWebview2Setup.exe’ inside of the directory. in my case ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer Cortex Dir Installation’  Can never be too careful; only asking because the digital signatures have unknown dates…  

Cant register the Headphones because it says that they already are registered, so now i cant activate Surround Sound 7.1

I posted about this over 5 months ago but it’s still unresolved and nobody seems to have a clue what I’m talking about. If anything goes into the aux jack, and then gets UNPLUGGED, then WIRELESS WILL NOT WORK. Read this over if you have to, I will repeat, THE AUX IS UNPLUGGED, YET THE WIRELESS WILL NOT TURN ON. I have been unable to use my headset for 3 days in a row now, it’s incredibly frustrating! I can’t even get work done! ANY SOLUTION APPRECIATED

Hi! :)Everything was fine until my Kraken v4 Pro headset disconnected from the OLED box.I’ve managed to get it re-paired by unplugging the OLED box and plugging it back in but now the Microphone has stopped working.There is no light on the mic and when you press the button on the headset to turn the microphone on or off, nothing happens, not even the system message that says “Mic On Mic Off”Its detected in Synapse and Windows and everything “Looks” fine except it doesn't work. Thanks.
