El Programa Razer Cortex no quiere abrir la interfaz, si aparece en la bandeja de notificaciones, pero la aplicación como tal no abre se cierra cuando apenas intenta abrir, ya instalé el C++ de 2015 a 2025 y nada, sigue el mismo problemaThe Razer Cortex program does not want to open the interface, if it appears in the notification tray, but the application as such does not open is closed when it barely tries to open, I already installed the C ++ from 2015 to 2025 and nothing, follows the same problem 

I bought an Iskur XL chair in 2021 and, for a few months now, the reclining mechanism has not been working properly: it does not stay in a fixed position, if I lean back, it reclines all the way back. Moreover, I cannot order parts to repair it because, according to the warranty has expired.

My razer blackshark v2 pro xbox were working just fine a couple of days ago and we’re perfectly fine. Yesterday it just stopped working and no longer connects to my xbox. If I put it in pairing mode and it connects to my phone and works fine. No matter what I try they just won’t connect to my Xbox anymore. When I try to contact razer support it never lets me chat with them it just continuously loads. 

My laptop touch screen (Razer 15 Advanced 2021 3080 4K OLED TouchScreen) has stopped working. The display works but the touch screen does not show up and it seems like a driver issue.Does anyone else have the drivers for the 4K OLED 60hz touch screen from the 2021 model?Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2021) | RZ09-0409CI would really appreciate it if someone could give me a download link.

My new Razer Basilik V3 PRO mouse  doesn't show in the  "devices".I have a MacBook Pro M3 Max 16” 2023.I’ve granted all of the accessibility access.What might be the problem? 

I have already purchased THX Spatial Audio for my PC, as i’m loading all my Razer apps it’s trying to make me purchase THX Spatial Audio again. How do i fix this issue or who can help me 

I've been using it for a few months and when I went to turn on my xbox series x the controller wouldn't turn on either plugged in or wirelessly, ive been playing with it plugged in 90% of the time so I know its charged, it wont flash or do anything at all.

I have a razer blade 15 model 2024. I need recommendations on how I can keep my laptop cooler because it keeps overheating even when the fans are at maximum speed and the laptop cooler as well. As well as the battery, it drains even when I’m playing Minecraft at high end graphics, I enjoy it but should I kick it down a notch with all this? Or should I get a battery replacement, if yes, could I take it to the razer store and ask for a replacement? (battery)

Hi, I’ve been experiencing an issue for the past 30 days with my Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 keyboard on Windows. After installing the Razer Synapse software, certain keys stop working properly — for example, the percent sign (%) and closing parenthesis ")". These keys work fine when Synapse its closed. I've tried restarting, reinstalling drivers, and changing language settings, but nothing fixes it. Any help would be appreciated.

i just got it, brand new straight out the box and it has disconnected and reconnected twice without me doing anythingim on pc, using bluetooth.could someone help me figure out whats causing this? thanks

Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro began to have problems when saving profiles to internal memory. The Razer Naga V2 Pro had a similar problem (discussion link below), the problem took a long time to resolve, but was eventually resolved. i have the viper v3 pro that came with the hyper polling dongle but i lost it now ive ordered one and now trying to pair them together is just not working updated both mouse and dongle tried using synapse 3 and 4 bot not working so now im stuck on what to do

I made a purchase of Razer gold on recharge and cannot figure out how to get my gold.

Recently got my headset replaced due to a different issue so as soon as I received them today I plugged them to the PC and could hear constant static, Morse code-like noises. So after a bit of searching I found a suggestion that turning off the light effects could help, it only helped with the Morse code sounds, the low pitch static still remains. If I cycle through the different RGB colors each color gives its own static so I suspect it’s the headset itself. I tried reinstalling the software, restarting over and over. Nothing helps.

I am currently experiencing problems with my BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed. When I try to turn the headphones on, nothing happens, but when I had my headphones connected to the compuer and pressed the power button, it actually unpaused / paused the spotify I had open. When I connect it to the computer, it says “device is switched off”. I’ve tried to restart the computer and to update the firmware but it did not help.Does anybody know how I can fix this?
