Razer Support

I have the Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds [Model: RZ12-02970] I only used them a few times before I thought that I had lost them. Well, I found them yesterday, put them on the charger overnight and ensured the light on the case was green.  After opening the case, taking them out, pressing the function on them, I hear no sound. No pairing, nothing. My Razer app won’t detect them and neither will Bluetooth.  I do not know if they were paired to my old computer or my old phone but I cannot get them to pair to my current equipment. They don’t seem to want to power on.  Any fixes? 

Hello Guys,Anyone ran into the issue with Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 Edition when you mute the microphone with the side button, then try to unmute the microphone, with the same button, the mic actually does not unmute? It stucks muted until I either restart my PC, or I turn off/on the headset. Which is kinda frustrating.I had upgraded the firmware as it was recommended by the Synapse, however I don’t know if it worked before the firmware upgrade. :(Anyone have some suggestions how to fix it? Or maybe there will be a future firmware upgrade or Synapse update to fix the issue? Edit: nvm. it’s just started to work now.😂

Razer Synapse 4 is giving me all sort of random issues that I never had using Synapse 3. I will have issues where my profiles won’t save to my devices. I can’t adjust my lights through Razer Chroma, or anything for that matter. It says that Dynamic Lighting is enabled, but it’s not. All of these things I’ve experienced on Windows 11 24H2 and I can’t get the software to run correctly after the 6th reinstall at least. I’ve honestly lost count at this point, I even just reinstalled windows and it’s still giving me issues. So I am now going to try Synapse 3, if that doesn’t work with a clean install I am going to use a third party software because I am at my last straw at this point.Maybe it was fake, but it was back in 2022 or 2021 I was contacted by a Razer Support representative because I put in a support ticket about the buggy software that is synapse and how it kept messing up my Razer Chroma. I’m reaching out for some help because today, out of nowhere, the m key on my keyboard suddenly stopped working. It was working just fine yesterday but now suddenly it’s stopped working,  I’ve tried following tutorials on how to fix it such as,  resetting my PC, updating the drivers, deleting the device from device manger, checking to see if i have a macro setup in razer synapse  (which I don’t), resetting the keyboard itself with ESC, Caps and space bar but that didn’t work either. Nothing has worked :( I didn’t spill anything on the keyboard and all the other keys around the M key work just fine. I even made sure to clean out the keyboard in case anything was jamming the key but that didn’t work either.  Is there anything that can be done? I’d really appreciate the help! 

So, a couple of issues….  I have to tap/press keys quite hard to get anything too type… When gaming I get some drift to the right as if I have pressed a key (but haven’t)Any ideas or advice please?

I can't update my phone number. It tells me that my account has been temporarily blocked. I have made credit purchases and can’t use them because I need to add my phone number but it tells me that it’s locked.I would like to unlock it.I have not received a response from support yet

Hello,I just bought myself the Blackshark V2X USB and the THX spatial audio standalone app (since the headset is not compatible with synapse 3 and 4) and I have some issues.When starting windows, I need to “kickstart” it, by disabling and reenabling it for it to work or switching to another equalizer setting Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, when i’m playing a video on youtube and I pause any audio for whatever reason, it switches back to stereo. Sometimes it switches back to stereo randomly in game, there’s a wierd “click” when it switches back to stereo or I switch it back to 7.1 It doesn’t work in Forza Horizon 4, I managed to make it work once, but now the setting is on THX spatial audio but it is still stereo, tried restarting the game and the app nothing worksI tried uninstalling both Synapse 4 and THX spatial audio, restarting and installing them both, it worked for a day and the issues came backI need to play with the settings constantly for the app to work properly, tr

Hi! I have a problem with my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headphones. I have had these for almost a year now and it all worked fine until yesterday when the head phones just won’t turn on while wireless they work fine while wired. It is not a problem with Bluetooth as the headphones won’t eben turn on. It is not a battery issue either as on Synapse it shows 68% battery.

Hello as the title says, i bought a blackshark V2 X, the issue is that when im in discord, all the sounds from games, desktop videos , music etc can be heard by others, including myself even if i mute my mic  how can i solve this issue? , Stereo mix is disabled , Thanks in advance

I recently purchased the thunderbolt 4 dock chroma and it was working fine for about a month. I went to go turn on my laptop yesterday and it wasn't being charged any longer. I've tried different outlets and different cables but nothing seems to make a difference. It just will not turn on and it will not charge anything. I've submitted a support case as well, but wondering if anybody has any ideas or if I just got a lemon dock. Thanks!

Hi, my Razer Blackshark V2 X headset just arrived today. When I tried to activate the 7.1 feature, it said the code has already been activated. What should I do? 

Good day, I have a problem. On JUNE 23, I buy headphones (Razor Blackshark V2 X). I ordered them through a local marketplace. I didn't find my 7.1 surround sound activation key. I tried to register the headphones via Razer ID, but they wrote to me because the headphones were already registered. I have the box, all the other papers, the headphones themselves and the purchase receipt. Can you do something about this?

After upgrading the Razer Blade 18 (2025) to BIOS 2.00, the fan speed control in Razer Synapse is behaving abnormally.  In Razer Synapse, whether in Balanced Mode or Silent Mode (with fan control set to Auto), the system's fans can only operate at a minimum speed of 1500–1600 RPM or higher during low load or idle. Occasionally, switching between Balanced and Quiet modes causes the fans to turn off for a few dozen seconds, but once the temperature rises slightly, they return to 1500–1600 RPM.  Additionally, Manual Fan Curve settings cannot reduce the speed below 1600 RPM. While the System Monitoring display shows the adjusted speed when set below 1600 RPM, the actual fan noise confirms that the speed does not decrease. Tried going through chat several times to get support for my deathadder v2 pro, which has developed a fault with the right click button. I successfully uploaded my contact details and invoice through the chat, but every time I finish typing in a detailed description of the fault, as requested, the chat does not respond, losers connection and will not reconnect. Can you please provide me with an email support contact address instead? As Razer doesn’t seem to provide a support contact phone number for UK customers.

I own a Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse that has been working perfectly until recently. I take great care of it: I clean it regularly, it has never been dropped, and I always use the original cable to charge it through my laptop, as I usually do.However, the last time I connected it to charge, I noticed that my laptop kept making the USB disconnect/connect sound repeatedly, as if the mouse was losing connection on its own. I left it charging for about an hour, and when I came back, the mouse was no longer turning on or being detected by my PC.I’ve tried different cables, USB ports, and even charging it through other power sources, but there’s no response at all—no lights, no detection by the system. It’s as if the mouse is completely dead. Model - RZ09-0367x So laptop screen stays with these vertical lines but I'm able to connect to an external display with zero issues on the display. Sometimes the laptop only boots up to a black screen. I've tested battery issues, swapping out ram, cmos battery, system restore point, reinstalled drivers, hard reset (holding power down). Do I possibly have a problem with the lcd cable? Is there anything else I can try?Thanks in advance.

I've hit a roadblock and was hoping some of the experienced devs in this community could point me in the right direction.The project is a simple puzzle game I call "Merge Fellas". The goal is to trigger a quick, red "shake" or "pulse" effect across the keyboard whenever two game objects ("fellas") merge successfully.The Problem:I've managed to get the event to trigger, but instead of a single pulse, the effect gets stuck in an infinite loop. I recently faced an issue with my razer Deathadder v2 pro  , its usb dongle isn’t working and its not the first time i had this same issue . last time when i had this same issue it automatically got solved somehow don’t know how ,but this time it seems to be a permanent problem . Is there any way to fix this for once? I am thinking of draining the battery and trying it again (ig thats how it got fixed last time) . Just for details the mouse works wired mode , bluetooth mode perfectly its only the usb dongle which seems to be the issue , also i mostly use it wired mode while playing but when i am working i switch to usb dongle.please help with this ! Thanks in advance

Hey guys, so I recently noticed that my headphones had a ear led going off and on on the right side. It works normally only if it's not stretching, but when its stretched, for example when I wear them the light goes off on the ear, but the razer logo on the right ear cup changes color. Does anybody have/had the same problem, if so how did you fix it?

My computer wont turn on, took it to a shop and they diagnosed it was dead IEC chip on motherboard and couldn’t be repaired. Is there anything razer can do?
