Hello everyone, yesterday when I was playing a game on the computer (RazerTHX Spatial Audio) I realized that I can't increase/decrease the volume of my headphones. I can't adjust the volume in any way. Even if I turn off the sound completely from my keyboard, the music still plays. I can adjust the volume when I exit the THX Spatial Audio program, but not when I go back to the old one. Your help is very important to me. Thank you in advance.Razer Blackshark V2 X

Hello, first of all, I use my headset via wired USB (so not using the dongle) and not wirelessly (to preserve the battery). Sometimes when I'm in a game (sometimes on YouTube), it's pretty random, but it says "Power Off" in my headset and then it disconnects.Sometimes it reconnects, and it says "Power On," but sometimes it doesn't reconnect and I have to plug and unplug. Recently it did some weird noises/sizzling.  It's SUPER annoying because it causes lag in games, and also when I'm streaming, it's annoying because it lags and I have to reconnect to apps. I don't think I need to draw you a picture. Do you know how to fix this? It's super annoying, and I'm going to return the headset within a week if it doesn't get resolved (I'll be disappointed because the rest is good).

As the title says, I am studying in the US and I will be returning to mainland China during the holidays. I need to buy a computer that can get warranty service in the US.Can I get warranty service in the US if I buy it from the Razer website in mainland China or the Razer store in Hong Kong? It would be even better if I can get warranty service in mainland China at the same time. 

my mouse wont work wireless it keeps flashing a blue light from the dpi im using and it shuts off. and when used wired it turns off often then quickly turns this has been occurring for a week now and i have no idea how to fix it ive tried everything i know.

Hi, I believe my razer viper ultimate dongle has gone faulty. I have seen multiple threads about it aswell, I would like to know if i could get a replacement for it so I can get my mouse functional again? Thanks.

Hi, a few months ago I called Razer support and got help with my PC not recognizing my microphone. They made me install Synapse, and it worked again after that. The issue is that a few says ago the issue reappeared. The mic led turns on when I plug it in, and after about 2 seconds it turns off. When looking at the pc device manager, there is a USB device by the name “Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed), which I assume is the mic, as it dissappears when I unplug it. I’ve tried uninstalling the device and plugging it back and it still has this issue. I just tested unistalling Synapse and all Razer drivers, restarting and plugging back in, but it didn’t work. What should I do to have my mic working properly?

I have Razer stealth 13" model RZ09-0239. The adjustment screw for the tracking pad has disappeared.  Could someone tell me the correct size and type screw to replace this?  

I can't update my phone number. It tells me that my account has been temporarily blocked. I have made credit purchases and can’t use them because I need to add my phone number but it tells me that it’s locked.I would like to unlock it.I have not received a response from support yet

Hello, I have a razer wolverine pro v3, serial number: 762508C13503598 It suddenly stopped connecting to my xbox series S. I confirmed the cable is not the issue, nor the usb port on the xbox. The cable and port work with an older version of the razer, which ironically I replaced because it too was having connectivity issues. I bought this new controller so I would stop experiencing connection issues, but they seem even worse now. Hello,I am using Huntsman v3pro TKL.   I am facing the problem starting today, when playing game Valorant, after 1or 2 mins, the whole keyboard just not responding at all. And before yesterday , everything was fine.  and when i quit the game, keyborad s back online.  I didn’t do any software update, or game update, or synapse update or anything. it just suddently not working in the game. and back on desktop. technically it shouldn’t be.  Really really comfused.  And when in the game, couldn’t even alt+tab to shift to desktop, i have to force restart the pc.  When I using my backup keyboard(not razer)to test,  20mins, everything seems fine. so it might be the conflict between the razer software or something idk.  or the key conflict or hotkey locked in game maybe Please share any ideas.  

Hey guys! this is my first question on here and i really need help. Recently my Razer Kracken V3 Hypersense stopped working. It’s been going on and off, but now it isnt working no matter what i do. It’s plugged in, and I’ve tried multiple ports, but it isnt connecting at all to my computer. I really don’t wanna have to return these headphones as these are the best pair that I have. Can anybody help me?there’s also a clicking noise every half a second or so when its plugged in(i know there’s already a question about this, but it was moved to dms and i couldnt get the answer.)

I have a Razer BlackWidow V4 (RZ03-0469).  I have my Windows protected with a pin code.  When the system boots up, the keyboard is non-responsive when I type my pin # in.  I have to use the on-screen keyboard to type the pin in.  Once that happens, the keyboard works perfectly fine.  This keyboard replaced an old Black Widow Ultimate (2014) that I didn’t have this issue with.  Firmare and Windows are up to date.  Does anyone know what could be causing this?

hello,I’ve been having this issue where the laptop does not want to start up. The current situation is that the laptop doesn’t have any fans spinning or any thing show up on the screen when I turn the power on. All I see is a pulsing green light. Keyboard backlight not on either. The laptop was working yesterday fine not sure what happened today. I take good care of my laptop by regularly cleaning dust out every few months and run it on a laptop stand so it gets plenty of airflow. I even got a replacement razor battery a year ago so i doubt its the battery.I have tried many of the common fixes:- unplugged, the battery, and the power cable while holding the power button for 10 to 15 seconds. No work- switched the RAM slots, removed one / swapped its slots then tried the other. No work- switched out the M.2 boot drive out for another. No work- held the power button for 60 seconds (some guy on Reddit mentioned this) no work-removed CMOS battery for 5 minutes and placed it back and tried t

got a blackwidow v4 and a basilisk and a naga.  windows 11.  sometimes..it’s about half the time..the lights on the devices will turn off once windows loads.  i have had this happen with synapse 3 and 4 under windows 11.  windows lighting control is off.  if i uninstall synapse they go into the cycle mode as normal.  i have done everything..even reloading windows from scratch..not just a reset but wiping the main drive completely and reinstalling from ground zero..the culprint is synpase.  Unfortunately the quality of the software has not been good the past few years….hopefully they will decide to address this one day.

Snap Tap key binds are getting blocked when playing games (mainly valorant) and wont let me move in game at all. The chat macros that I also have set up also do not work when games are open.

The latest version of Razer Synapse appears to be completely disabling my Hunstman Elite keyboard. While Synapse is running, the keyboard is completely unresponsive. Once I disable Razer Synapse, it starts working again.This has happened with previous versions in the past as well. Is there a way to rollback to the previous version of Synapse until this has been fixed? Every time I try a clean install of Synapse, it doesn’t seem to resolve the issue. 

Hello!I have a Razer Blade 15 as well as an Eero network in my house.  I have 3 different Eeros around the house and my laptop automatically connects to the furthest one which really messses up my internet.  How can I fix this problem?

Registration Page is saying my serial number is invalid. I’ve made sure I’m not confusing any of the characters for another.Help would be appreciated. Seems like I keep running into issues of some kind around registration or warranty service with every Razer purchase the last 5 years. *sighs*
