Hello i bought Blackshark v2 hyperspeed and in box a dont have that code can you help me please

Hello,I purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X (RZ04-03240100-R3M1) headset from a seller, but I did not receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code in the box.When I tried to register the product on my Razer account, I received the error “Product already registered.”Could you please help me obtain the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for this headset?Thank you in advance.

I have been register my Razer Barracuda x Chroma but I didnt get the code. I have been try for 1000 times and on the webside said the code was sent to my email but i didnt get it. pls help me inmediately.

Synapse 4 has an unworkable issue with Huntsman V3 Pro TKL.After upgraded from Synapse 3, the Keyboard, Huntsman V3 Pro TKL, got no input response while pressing in Windows system.The background lights work well and response to any key pressing.The volume wheel works as a mouse scroll wheel.Fn+ hotkeys work well as changing profiles.Can alternate key function and trigger options in Synapse 4. The software can show real-time key travel of every key.The KB works well after quitting Synapse 4 and stop working as the software running.Synapse 3 can not recognize the KB after the firmware upgraded to 1.4.0.0. 

When I try to log into any razer app after updating to the new ones, Google login just opens my razer account in Google, doesn't log me in..? I've tried logging in with password but I don't remember it and it refuses to send me a reset.

I need urgent help….  I need to invest in the game today. I play for rankings and I buy it every day. It is in my account history…….but it is not working today, can you help me urgently?

Got the wolverine v3 pro last week within 2 hrs of installing new firmware it will randomly disconnect when using in wired mode, battery is 50% fullThis is the second controller now that's doing it, first controller was sent back thinking its broke, now this one is doing the same thing why

Is it possible for me to purchase just the Razer Iskur Seat Plate (ISKUR Model no RZ38-0277)?  

I bought it 06.07.2023 and it turn into a brick yesteday. without any reason, it even was connected via BT to mac. no firmaware upgrade, no phisical damage, nothing. doesn’t react to usb cable, hard reset, no light at all. But laser works and i can see it at phone cam. doesn’t anyone has anything similar?   

The right earbud on my Hammerhead wont charge but the left earbud and case will charge up.I have had them for over a year but only experienced this problem yesterday but couldn’ t find a solution.I’ve tried cleaning the contact point on the earbuds and the power pins in the charging case and even checking if the pins were suck down to the bottom of the case. A reset didn’t work and the right earbud still wont charge up so i am assuming the battery or something internal has failedI bought the earbuds off a family member around March 2023 so they are highly unlikely to be in warranty.Any help will be appreciated :) 

I bought a BlackShark V2 X headset, and when I tried to register it, I got the error: Product Already Registered. Seriously, wasn’t there a better system for product registration? How could it be registered already when I have the product and the box in my hands? And if someone stole my serial number before, does that mean Razer support can’t help me either?

 After update Synapse 3 to Synapse 4, Synapse 4 is open but not work.And Razer Center show Synapse not running.

I no longer have access to the device that has the 2-step authentication linked to it. I need the 2-step authentication and backup codes reset to add a new authentication method please.

I have a problem with my deathadder v3. So I went afk for like 5 minutes and when I came back my mouse was not working. I checked synapse and it showed that my mouse was turned off, I tried to turn it on and nothing happened, I checked under the mouse and the sensor had the red light turned on. I tried to connect it with the cable and synapse didnt recognized the mouse.I tried to reinstall synapse but it didnt work , still no response, changed usb ports eventhought its not the problem since it recognizes other mouses and the deathadder dongle.

BY2108M25702980I have a 2020 razer  blade 15 advanced. The battery was crazy bloated and I removed it but looks like I damaged the connector for the larger ribbon cable under the battery. What is this for? I taped it in place for now and the laptop seems to be fully functional. Any ideas how to repair this connector?

I just recently purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed and when I came to use it on playstation chat with my friends they couldn’t hear me. my controller was unmuted the headphones weren’t muted so i don’t know what the problem could be. i reset the headphones, my console, and controller and nothing has worked yet

Hi, I have lost a box from my razer Razer Kraken X Lite gaming headset but want to register them in synapse. Can you help me with it?Serial number is (removed),  but I have no product number because it was on the box.

Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation (audiodg.exe) will use 8-14% of my CPU constantly in the background from startup until I uninstall Razer 7.1. It doesn’t depend on what I’m doing, even at idle it spikes upto 14%. I don’t know how to recreate this issue but it has happened more than twice. I guess when my electricity supply got cut off, PC didn’t shut down correctly and this issue occurred. This is Before Uninstall -  This is After Uninstall - 

Hello!I’ve tryed to make 7.1 Surround Sound work with my Blackshark V2 X, I got a code etc.But it seems like there’s no possibility of it working because it’s a jack 3.5…(The computer can’t reconize it as a new device output, and so 7.1 Surround Sound can’t work...)Is it true or is there a way of making it working?
