I’ve got a Razer Blade 14 and I’m finally getting around to applying the 2023 firmware update for USB4/battery optimization.  I’ve followed the instructions for disabling the trackpad and NVIDIA in Device Manager.  I’ve successfully installed the EC firmware update. I’m running Windows 11.  I even found a post recommending running the AMD chip updater and successfully did that.   Windows Hello is removed, drive is fully decrypted, all the stuff the install guide said to do. When I run the firmware update, it brings up the update window, but the only button I can press is cancel and it tells me “Detected components are up-to-date.  I restarted and manually checked the BIOS version and it is clearly not up-to-date.  Pulling my hair out and can’t figure out what could be keeping the update from running.  Any help appreciated.

I recently bought the razer deathadder essential from my friend, but the big problem is that all of the buttons work, except tracking for some reason. When I go to the device manager, it can get either identified as a) HID-compliant keyboard, b) HID I2C device, or C) HID compliant mouse; I've already tried to uninstall all of those drivers and repluging the mouse, but, as expected, didn't work. Furthermore, sometimes the mouse gets identified by Synapse and sometimes doesn't. I also tried to clean the sensor with a cotton pick, removed all razer related drivers and reinstalling Synapse, but that doesn't seem to work as well; 

Ever since the recent update where the background has chanced (feels like less than a day maybe). I  keep getting asked to log into Razer Central. Central Version 7.19.1.904.I see that this has been reported as a problem quite a few years ago but I’ve never had this issue until now.

I haven’t opened my razer acc in so long and I have only used this once and it didn’t require any 2 step authentication. Now, it only requires the 2 step authentication and mind you I haven’t opened my acc in awhile so I haven’t paired this site to any authentication app but for some reason every time I try make a purchase it wants mo to enter a 2 step authentication code or a backup code which AGAIN, I don’t have. And whenever I try to fix the 2 step authentication in the settings guess what pops up? A damn 2 step authentication that I haven’t even set up. Fix this shit it’s pissing me off

I seem to be able to use my headset fine in programs like Dragon and using it to communicate with others. However, whenever I try recording with PowerPoint i keep getting a message that says Your recording device (Razer Blackshark) is not set up correctly or is being used by another device. I’ve checked for software updates. Restarted my computer. Nothing seems to help. If anyone has run into this and knows what to do please let me know. thanks

I am trying to update my Blade 14 to the latest firmware (v1.06 from November 22, 2023) using the BIOS updater.(Link here https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5502) However, when I run the updater, I get this message. Please help me understand why, on a Razer Blade 14, from the correct page, linked above, I get a tool that does not recognize the system upon which it is running.  This is infuriating to deal with, please help. This issue seems to plague others as well. 

After the Razer Synapse update, the razer black shark v2 headphones stopped working via the audio card when connected to a PC, only aux. Technically, the headphones are fully functional, connected to the phone, everything is working fine, and everything is fine with the microphone. When connecting to a PC via an audio card, it only works when the microphone is self-listening.The computer has already rebooted several times after the update, what could be the problem?

I am using this mouse for about 2 weeks, and thumb grid rgb isn’t working. Buttons on thumb grid panel is working but rgb doesn’t want to light up.1. Installed razer synapse 4 2. updated everything​​​​​​​​​​​​​​3. tried with disabling dynamic lighting ​​​​​​​​​​​​4.no other programs for rgb installed ​​​​​​​5.rgb  doesn’t working after using it for few days.6.i cleaned mouse. 

Hello Razer support, i was using Razer Iskur X (ver 1) for about 2+ years and everything was great but recently my tilt mechanism of the chair seems to be broken, i have exact same issue as in the following topic https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/issue-with-tilt-mechanism-on-razer-iskur-chair-72040, i was trying to fix it by myself, but just scared of doing smth with mechanism itself, so maybe you can help me to order a new mechanism or maybe advice smth else, thank you very much in advance

Hi, I need a dongle and mic for my blackshark v2 pro s/n: (removed)

I have logged in to my account but am unable to use the authenticator. I don’t recall setting up 2FA but if I did it was a long time ago. I don’t have Razer on the authenticator and I don’t have access to any backup codes. I have looked at several similar posts and all the links in those just link back to general support pages. Can someone please assist?Thank you.

Hey everyone! I bought a DeathAdder V3 and used it without any issues until one day it suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. It wouldn’t respond at all. I took it back to the store for a return, but they found no problems with it.After getting it back, I tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked. I switched to my old G Pro wired mouse, and it worked perfectly.A few months later, I decided to buy the same DeathAdder again, assuming the issue was just with my previous mouse. However, the new one also doesn’t work. Razer’s software doesn’t recognize it, and my PC won’t detect it. I’ve tried every USB port, but nothing changes—while my G Pro works flawlessly on all of them. Found a way with updating firmware, but can’t because PC/ Synapse won’t recognize it. Does anyone know how to fix this? I’m hesitant to buy another one, fearing it’ll just be a waste.

I unpacked my headset, tried to register it with razer. but when I put in the serial number and all the other stuff, it said that the product had already been activated, but I don't have the product code, what are you going to do about it?

Heyo, I dont know how to change my email/ add my phone to my account because the email I made this account with I no longer have access to, is there any way I could add my phone onto the account without email confirmation or is there some way to migrate my account to a new account with updated information? So about a day ago my huntsman randomly well I was playing valorant and randomly my keyboard stopping inputting anything all the keys and all the leds turned green  and when I open synapse the color changes but it still won’t input I’ve tried everything deleting the driver I tried putting it in demo mode

HelloI recently bought the blackshark v2  headphones and I noticed that the left and right side are inverted which means i the sounds I'm supposed to hear on my right comes from my left and the same goes for other side and front and rear sides are inverted too I really hope you can help me.I am aware of a thread with similar issues and that you already sent some usefull links, but those links are outdated and no longer work (do to being related to an older synapse software version)
