My Razor Blade 15 laptop (2021) casing is swollen, and the fan is extremely loud, a friend recently pointed out it seems likely to be a battery swelling issue. How can I find a list of certified Razer repairers near me to check it out? Is it safe to turn on to back up any data or generate the battery report that Razer asks for?

Hello! I recently got a viper v3 pro and I’ve been having this issue where after like 15-20 minutes maybe a bit more I get this random disconnect for like a second, I can see the mouse losing connection to the dongle (the indicator lights go off and back on). I tried to reinstall drivers and everything + going to usb 2.0 port instead of 3.2 to not mess with the dongle, but it still does it. The mouse works perfectly fine wired. I did some research on this issue and I came to the conclusion that this might be a software bug. Can anyone help me?Forgot to mention, I tried my older mice, a gpx and a lamzu and they work perfectly fine

Hi. I can’t restart or shutdown PC. Can’t open ctrl alt delete or task mgr ctrl shft esc. Only file explorer and can’t run or open anything but folders. Was hoping not to restore to sys image.

I want to update this forum by stating that on 7/26/2023 at aproximately 11:00 a.m., I turned my computer on for the first time of the day (I usually restart/shutdown about 5-8 times per day, I’d know because I grew up on Windows 95). I noticed that my mouse was non-responsive. It did not light up, nor register a cursor icon when fully booted into the Windows 11 Pro UI desktop environment. I seemed as though it wasn’t even receiving power via the USB 2.0 port (the I/O of a ASUS ROG Strix B660-A Gaming WiFi D4 motherboard)...And, Yes, my USB ports are all doing just dandy. Though I do ponder now, if Razer devices & software can damage your USB ports?So I restarted the computer via using the keyboard navigation/shortcuts. Once the computer restarted, the mouse lights were on, but the mouse did not function and there was still no cursor to be visible on-screen.I shutdown the computer. I unplugged the mouse. Turned the computer back on. Waited until Windows 11 Pro had fully booted into

My controller for some reason some days ago stopped working.  No lights appear on the controller except for when i'm connected via USB.I cant connect through the app or synapse. I've tried all the below options within the forum and none have worked. Thanks

Yes i uninstalled firmware, i reinstalled synapse, there are no macros on the keyboard, i reset it, not a hardware thing because i cleaned it out multiple times. Im honestly hoping there is some special firmware for it but who knows.

Dear Razercrew,  i bought the Wolverine V3 Pro and i really like it. But i was cleaning my Xbox and my Cat was very interested in the USB Dongle and hide it from me. I searched for a couple of hours but he was too good for me. Is it possible to buy a new one ? Hello, my name is Alan, I hope everyone is doing well. In June 2017 I went to buy my first mouse and I decided that it was Razer because as a child I was always excited about the brand and because it is exclusive for Gamers. Unfortunately recently they entered my house and stole it, leaving me only the charging base, like new because very little use it.As I understand the Razer Naga Epic Chroma  was discontinued and the ones I find in stores, are of second use and very poorly treated, without cable, or with cable but with damaged battery or wireles not working.I want to know if anyone in the community has one that can sell me, at this time it is impossible for me to buy a new one for the situation I mentioned.I know I will never be able to recover my most valuable treasure which was my first Razer Mouse, but I hope I can do something. So the switch 2 can use USB keyboards and mice. The Naga V2 pro works fine on the hyperspeed 2.4 dongle but the Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL does not. It does work with a wired USB connection though. Is there any chance of getting a firmware update to the hyperspeed dongles so my good keyboard works on it like my mouse does? 

I tried to plug my mouse into a usb-c port on my macbook air using a usb-a to usb-c adapter but the cursor for some reason wasnt moving, although the buttons were working fine and it lit up, I thought it had something to do with my mac but I have now tried on my ps5 without the adapter and same thing. Would this be due to the usb adapter possibly damaging the mouse, if so is there any fix and should I stop using the adapter, only just purchased it today.

Hi, my mouse is not charging when plugged in. I connected my razer deathadder essential mouse to my Mac using a usb-a to usb-c adapter, the mouse turns on and even the left and right buttons on the mouse work, as well as side buttons, its just the cursor won't move no matter how much I move the mouse. This mouse definitely works on other devices, not sure if its the adapter or if it will just not work on a mac.

Just purchased a new W V3 TE. Did not come with USB cable and I cant use because i need to update the form ware and I dont use a pc.

I have tried a lot, i´ve got a headache because of this problem. When i turn on the headsets and connect the dongle in usb mode it don´t recognise it. The headsets are connected with dongle but not with the pc.I don´t know if it´s a driver problem or compatibility.
