Headset was working fine, then when I turned my PC on it stopped showing up in my sound settings. I tried everything from windows updates, installing synapse etc. I even tried to use the firmware updater for the headset+dongle, however I can not proceed with this as the update option is greyed out.It looks to me like the receiver is brickedunless I am missing something. Please help. Thanks!

I just bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X, and I tried to register it to my Razer ID, but it is already registered, but when I input my serial number through the support for surround sound, it says please register the device first. I am confused now.

Hello! I will make this concise.I have a severe problem with my huntsman keyboard for over three years now, i’ve shelved this device with no hopes of ever restoring it back. Recently, i’ve tried to diagnose the problems again which are unresponsiveness, delay in the keys, repeating keys and the keyboard usually works in the first hour after plugging it in after a long time but it seemingly goes back to its bricked state. I am on the latest firmware though I vaguely remember Razer Synapse potentially causing this problem when I upgraded the keyboards firmware.  I did mostly everything available online like resetting the keyboard, reinstalling synapse and changing devices. I haven’t tried downgrading the software. Any help is appreciated.

The setting i’m talking about is in mmsys.cpl and then “Configure” on my HeadphonesI've tried reinstalling synapse 4 different times, i tried different usb ports, tried updating drivers and tinkering in the sound settings and nothing. Tough when i connected my headphones to a different pc the 7.1 surround sound option appeared.This has made my 7.1 spatial audio not work at all. Pls help

Hey there are a bazillion post here about this issue why haven't you resolved this tried on multiple PCs deleted whole razer folders no solution do I need to return this a n buy a different product? What is the solution?

Just yesterday, my headset was working fine including spatial audio. However for some reason today spatial audio isn't even being seen as an audio output option. In Synapse, I can toggle the spatial audio setting on and off, but it does not work. On top of this, the light indicator on my headset next to the button that toggles spatial audio no longer lights up. I cant find any reason why it would have stopped working so suddenly. There used to be an audio output option called “THX Spatial (Synapse)”.  

I have a basilisk v3 (wired) and it just randomly broke out of nowhere. I updated the firmware and it didnt work, I reinstalled windows and it didnt work, I reinstalled synapse and it didnt work. Everything appears to not work but the light on the infared sensor on the bottom appears to work but it dosent move my cursor. Sometimes it works after not plugging it in for a long time but then it stops working again. Any Fixes/Extra info about this situation?

I noticed  that supercell games were removed from razer gold and why i was wondering why and if they will be back.

A couple days ago my Basilisk x Hyperspeed mouse stopped working for bluetooth completely, worse part is that i cant find my USB either so it’s completely unusable, is there a way to fix the bluetooth?

TL:DR: mouse is no longer connecting properly and often disconnects and reconnects, but has some occassions that will stay connected for a good period of time till I have to turn the laptop off. I have done every option to check if it's driver, hardware, software, or conflicting issues. But my guess has something to do with the wiring or the mouse itself. My Razer Cobra (USB cable) has this disconnecting and reconnecting issue just a month or so ago, it hasn't even been half a year since I bought it. I have a guess that it all started because I left my laptop on till it died while it was still connected to the laptop (which isn't too long, like an hour or two if left idle). But my other mice and keyboards don't have this issue, only specifically my only Razer Device so that rules out the USB port issue. It was 2 weeks ago that it started to get worse, like just leaving it alone just eat for 30 minutes. whenever i go in any roblox game it shows that my input is a controller, I know its cause it has built in double movement for fortnite but how do i remove it? cause it makes it impossible to play Roblox games.

hello I bought a razer huntsman mini V3 keyboard and not long ago my R key stopped working although the day before it was working very well, I guess it's the switch that died, because I I've already looked and tried lots of tricks but nothing works so if anyone can help me please.

HiI have a Razor Wolverine v2 Chroma, my stick tops are starting to go, where can I get more of them?I love this controller and am a little reluctant to upgrade to the V3 as they have moved the underside finger controls to where they do not suit my style of holding the controller.  Shame…Many thanks for your time.Dean

Hi, I can't use the Razer Nari Ultimate headset. It's brand new, but it doesn't work. I plug the headset into the computer and turn it on. After 10-20 seconds, the connection disconnects. Help.   

Hello, I have purchased a blacksharkv2 x headphone and I have already registered it on the site for the activation code, but now when I want the code again, it is not emailed to me.
