Track pad was not clicking properly, so opened the laptop up and battery looks to be swollen.. Otherwise all is OK. Tried several places but cant find anywhere available for a replacement battery (im based in Norway).Im happy to replace battery by myself - but need to find the correct one..Laptop bought online at razer.com Battery is model RC30-0248, 15.4V 5209mAh  Anybody know where to buy a correct replacement battery which sends to the nordics?

I called support and was told there are no replacements for the usb dongle BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset 2023 Edition. this is infuriating tbh a high end 180$ mic is now worthless simply because the usb dongle is lost? I was told on the phone by razer the USB’s are “individually paired” which makes no sense to me. Can someone help or explain I’ve been a dedicated razer customer who loves your products for years. But this is extremely upsetting situation..thanks. Not looking for any kind of refunds simply just want to buy a replacement dongle so the headset will work again. Using it on Bluetooth the voice audio is virtually worthless. 

I can click with a mouse but not move a cursor (Razer Viper Pro v2) how to fix this? I already updated the software and the  mouse. Also using dongle cant detect the mouse

My mouse lights doesnt work anymore, I wouldnt mind that but the macros dont work neither.It is RZ01-0241 , when was last update drivers date? My device manager shows “08/18/2020”I have already tried synapse 4, synapse 3 and the cleaning razer ups driver and reinstalling.

my battery has been swelling for about year to 2 or 3 years now I believe? Im looking for a battery replacement now and potentially fan replacement as that’s been making a lot of noise for about as long. I’ve also had times where i’d turn on the laptop and the fans wouldn’t run but I’d hear a beeping sound instead. Ive called a razer store and they were unable to be of assistance. 

I’m trying to use the Stream Controller as a sound bar while I made my custom action and icon no issues when I pick where the output for sound it does not have a selection to send it through my HyperX Quadcast. But it does still recognize the device is there because one of the options is sound out through the quadcast speakers. (Headphones plugged into microphone)    

Hey, so I got my Razer Viper Mini mouse like less than two months ago and it was really good until about 2 hours ago. Usually my push to talk button is a mouse button and it is pressed repetitively, but out of the blue, it’s gotten very loose and whenever I click it it spams, which makes my microphone sound robotic as it is cutting in and out.

Выпустите ли вы автономную офлайн версию пакета драйверов и приложений для полноценной работы клавиатуры Death Stalker Ultimate?Guys, can you tell me, after disabling Razer Synapse 2 support, how will the drivers be installed on the Death Stalker Ultimate keyboard? After all, drivers are currently being installed through Razer Synapse 2. Will you release an offline version of the driver and application package for full operation of the Death Stalker Ultimate keyboard?

My razer Deathadder v3 pro is connected thriugh the  HyperPolling Wireless Dongle and it works, but no option for 8k pollin appears on the razer synapse app.. 

I don’t have PC to update my Razor Wolverine 3 controller. I need a work around please!!!!The app on console is asking for an update I can’t do without a windows PC so pls make a solution.

Hi. I’ve tried launching the program after it downloaded and it will not open at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. the app doesn’t seem to respond to anything I do even if I try to run it as admin. 

I have just bought me this keyboard and I am able to use it. However I wanted to turn off gaming mode since I can’t use my windows key while playing games.I Downloaded synapse 4 and and checked if it detected my device, however the devices section showed a box with my keyboard’s name but it just shows a spinning circle with “detecting”. I have tried several things like firmware updates and clean installing / repairing.Even restaring my pc did not resolve the issue. I have also found something that I hope helps with helping me fix this: In my device manager, the keyboard does not show up but it does in my devices section within settings.My keyboard is plugged in via USB port on my PC The TUF gaming is my mouse, which appears on both the keyboiard and mouse sections (still works as a mouse).Thank you for your time.

Great to have a mac os app - will i be able to add razer mic and camera soon? Or will it just be for keyboards and mice? Or am i doing everything wrong?

I can't change the DPI on my mouse, I have taken out the sensitivity levels and only play on an 800 DPI but I can turn it down to 100 and it stays the same DPI and even the 800 DPI feels more like 1200 or 1600 but not 800. I switched from my Logitech mouse to this and so far I've only had problems

Hey so I’ve got an old racer blade 14” laptop and apparent it’s out of warranty so I can’t contact customer support but I’m trying to fix the keyboard, some of the keys aren’t working when I type, not all of them but a few of them aren’t, and I’ve tried a few things to try to fix it via YouTube but nothing has worked yet. The right side of my headset has barley any sound, ive tried looking online for solutions but nothing helps or fixes it. i got it in december and havent had any problem previously.i´ve tried cleaning the ports and also tried switching to the wire but the problem persists

While playing any game basically, the audio will go choppy, then silent, then I’ll get two beeps, and about a minute later it will reconnect and be good for about 5 minutes before happening again.I’ve tried all my usb ports, updating firmware, uninstalling re-installing Synapse, turning off the THX surround sound, uninstalling and re-installing drivers, and I’m at a loss on what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.
