Why doesn't the Ornata v2 remember more then 1 pressed key ? I tested on a site like https://www.mechanical-keyboard.org/key-rollover-test/ In gaming this is super annoying, i can't move forward and to a side for example by pressing ‘W’ and 'D’for example. 

Hello Razer TeamCould we have any schedule, hint, or clues that at any point , support of remapping (using synapse I suppose ) , will be available for this controller ? If it’s a no, let it be known , if it’s a yes , at least tell us that it’s on the roadmap, somewhere ? 

I purchased a new BlackShark V2 Pro in December which I use for work primarily as the quality and comfort in gaming headsets are generally better than ear-buds or office over-ears. I went to put them last week and the plastic connector that connects the headband to the ear-piece snapped leaving multiple sharp pieces of plastic and debris. One piece fell into the ear-piece and when I went to take the headset off it caught my head and sliced me up pretty good. I say all this to give a full picture, I reach out to Razer and calmly explain the situation and ask for some immediacy in resolution because I need to use this for work. I advised them I don’t care about the injury because mistakes happen and I didn’t think it necessary to have a hospital visit as they requested for something this small (in hindsight I should have then maybe this post wouldn’t have happened and I could file for damages). I don’t keep a spare sitting around that I can just plug+play (Work PC is heavily monitored an

I was using my Razer Huntsman Mini V3 Pro as usual while playing Valorant. Right after closing the game, the keyboard suddenly stopped working. The USB-C cable still functions properly — I tested it on other keyboards — but this keyboard does not respond with any other cable either. I've also tested it on another PC, and it still doesn't power on or get recognized. I purchased the keyboard in October 2024 from Memory Express in my city, and I always keep my devices clean and in excellent condition. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

 its working but when i try to hold or keep aiming   its keep getting me  out and  in on aiming and and if i try to  right click  hold in    minecraft  it realises the arrow without me doing anything  i need help with the issue   bec its  expensive  mouse and i cant play video  games  like valorant bec i cant aim  with the  riight click

I’ve used Razer Axon for quite some time now, having recently installed it on this computer after I switched systems. It worked fine for the first couple of days, but now displays grey screens on both my monitors upon launch and remains that way until I relaunch Axon after an hour or so (if I do so immediately the same issue occurs). I’ve reinstalled the wallpapers, but have not explored any other options, as it’s a relatively new issue. If there’s any quick fixes anyone knows of, it would be great to find them. I will try reinstalling the program soon.

So my serial number wont work and I need to warrenty my keyboard because it is not working properly like the keys are broke and it doesnt detect my keystrokes

On you mac, the keybinds and settings carry over via the onboard memory profiles. (except RGB).Is this true? Can anyone confirm 100% that this works? Does the Razer Naga Left Hand Edition have an onboard memory that good that will retain the configuration (key bindings) set up on a windows pc, in Razer Synapse 4? I have a razer huntsman v2 since some months and the ESC and all F keys arent working anymore. i tried to deinstall synapse and reinstall it, ive deleted all profiles and ive resetted it in synapse and nothing helped. is the keyboard damaged or is it a software problem?

I am using Orochi v2 and suddenly in the evening it stops moving and the mouse pointer moves up 1 pixel to the left diagonally. What could be the problem? I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse, changed the battery, unplugged and replugged the dongle, turned it off and on, cleaned the sensor but it still does not move and moves by itself. When I connect another mouse to the computer it works fine.

Hey everyone, I have the RAZER Tarok Pro X by ZEN gaming chair, and recently it started slowly sinking down when I sit on it. Does anyone know why this is happening? My mice doesnt get even 70 hertz pulling rates and when i turn it to 1000hz it still doesnt go up but make my mouse laggy and glitch around.

Hi! My Razer Kiyo started malfunctioning today. I've had it since December 2024, so just 6 months of regular use (usually 1~3 times a week for 50min).Here's a video of what it looks like: https://streamable.com/s4dcgp I've tried:Updating the firmware (unable to, since the message shown is “Plug in the camera to your PC” even though it is plugged, and “Update” button is deactivated) It shows up in Device Manager after a restart, and I was able to Disable/Enable it there, but once I try to use it, it starts to flash, doesn't generate any video, and disappears from Device Manager Plugging it to all of my other USBs, once I replug it, there's a Windows notification for “USB Device not Recognized”Tried checking other threads and videos and couldn't find a similar problem. Has anyone seen this? Is it bricked? Is there any physical way to try a factory reset?Thanks in advance ✌

Okay So when i play video games on my computer, my headphones do weird noises. They sound like im being uderwater? I aslo have conected my xbox controller becose i play on it.Did somone have similar probablem? Before i was able to play normaly with them.

I was looking to buy Deathstalker V2 TKL non-pro (as I don't need wireless connection), but it seems it will never happen, even though full-size version has wired only model.So now I was looking at Huntsman V3 TKL, and as I don't want linear or analog keyboard, only clicky, I found model X.On site it has either Portugese (ES-Design) or Greek layout. But both QWERTY.I looked at different sites and from the pictures on Razer website it seems that this keyboard has US layout, not ES. So what is the difference?Most websites show ES has short SHIFT key, but here it's long as in US layout.Can someone please clarify?Thank you
