I had just bought my first razer earphone which is the Razer Hammerhead TWS pro and everything was amazing until i tried to connect it with my pc and it said connected but i couldn't hear a single thing with the earphone.Does anyone know what the problem is? Desperately seek for help :( 

Viper v3pro: If i disconnect dongle from pc to charge my mouse it just dont connect back. So wireless mode is not working.Neither restart , nor pairing utility are helping.

had many problems first the wheel tansion stopped working now my wheel tansion is back working but my mouse it spamming 789 randomly.

So i bought this headphones about a year ago and never had isuses. Until the day i wanted to use the mic. The dongle is not reconized by the “razer headset pairing utility” and doesn’t work through a hub, only directly in the pc. This way the sound quality is AWFUL. Through bt you can either use the headphones or the mic, not both at the  same time. I bought this headphones because i absolutely wanted some wireless ones. But to use this headphones and enjoy something i have to be connected by cable. Besides this the headphones broke a branche after 2 weeks of utilization. I tried to use the garanty but they couldnt do anything Really disapointed  by the quality of the product and the services provided by razer.Never again.

So I'm having trouble hooking up my Kraken Kitties to surround sound. I don't have the box anymore so I'm having trouble registering it as well as the face they are making me confirm my shipping address and what not. The problem with that is my sister gave them to me as a Christmas gift. She passed away so I couldn't ask her if I wanted too. Its not that big a deal if I can get it activated or not but let me know if anyone can help with this.

Hello, so today my razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed mouse suddenly started moving slowly down on it's own on my screen, I'm unable to move it anymore myself.I cleaned it changed surfaces tried to reconnect it, but the problem persist, I don't know what else I could do.

Razer Synapse suddenly stopped detecting my gpu. I use Synapse with a Razer mouse and cooling pad. My GPU is fine and is detected by other software.

Having an issue with Razer Synapse with my new Clio speaker. Trying to configure the surround settings and when I click on the surround configuration tab it goes  to a blank screen.  All other devices work for all tabs.  Once it’s blank I need to close the tab for the Clio before I can see the other settings for it. Have tried reinstalling Synapse and it did not seem to change the behavior. 

I recently purchased the Kuromi Razer Kraken kitty v2 BT wireless headphones, however the mic quality ended up atrocious and unusable despite the promotion stating it has “crystal clear voice pickup”. Synapse doesn’t even acknowledge its existence and when it does I only have a very basic volume setting. I’ve tried any and all troubleshooting I could but they simply do not work at all for voice chatting and that’s one of the main reasons I purchased. Is there anything specific I can try to solve the issue (other than the troubleshooting already provided by razer or.. well, anything found at the top of search results.) or should i be looking into returns/refunds?

Hey, when I create a no recoil macro in Synapse 4 I have the feeling that the weapon I am using shoots slower than before - meaning I need to speed up the macro somehow. For now my macro is like leftclick, mouse movement and then again click, I dont know do I need to copy it 50 times or any other cuntion usage?  Thank you

I’ve recently noticed that the battery on my 2020 Razer Blade Advanced that I purchased brand new just over 1 year ago has started expanding and bulging. I ordered this headset and it was supposed to come with a code for a “Raptor Glider” There was nothing in the box.  I read online somewhere that it would be e-mailed to me after I register it.  But never got a code that way either.  How do I get my code for this Fortnite glider?
