Hi! I recently got the BlackShark V2 X and I cannot get my laptop to recognize the headset in the audio input. I’ve tried updating and reinstalling my microphone drivers , but they just default back to ‘ Microphone Array ‘ which is the microphone that is at the top of my laptop by the webcam , which isn’t horrible , but I bought this headset for a reason. I cannot use the splitter cable either since my laptop ( Acer Aspire 5 ) doesn’t have two headphones jacks , just the one combo port which you’d expect to work. I’;ve also tested the headset on my phone , which it works just fine?I’ve looked up countless videos , articles , reddit posts , etc. but I still haven’t found a fix.  

So, I made a Razor gold purchase for a 1 month Xbox ultimate subscription. The purchase went through, and I got a receipt, but when I went to redeem the code in my email on my Microsoft account, it didn’t work. I wasn’t too surprised because it was a very odd looking code?  It’s over 25 characters, has upper and lower case letters, numbers, and ends with an equal sign(=) for some reason? I have no idea what’s going on, but I have contacted support although they closed a ticket for a different matter without even getting in touch with me….. So I dont have high hopes. I figured it was worth a shot posting my issue while I wait to see when/if Razer Support gets back to me.

I completed all information that razer need, and they send me the activation code, but it’s not working in THX Spatial Audio app, I don’t know what i need to do.

Hello!I am having an issue where if I click a side button, rarely it will spam the button (for example 3333333 if button is set to 3) until I press it again. 

Hi, I have the same problem as everyone else with the dongle... First it connects and then after 2-5min the dongle disconnects. I have already done firmware updates, resets etc. Seems to be hardware related.

ive had my razer viper ultimate for a year the first 8 months it didnt do this but now it is worse than ever. it stops tracking every 3 seconds is there a fix for this?

Does anyone have experience with the Strider Chroma Mat Goliath XXL?​ The RGB on my mat only shows for the top right corner and will not go all the way in a full circle. Can anyone help with this issue? I have updated my Synapse and plugged in my Chroma Mat into all USB ports and its still not working. Please let me know if anyone knows how to fix this.​​​​

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

I couldn't find a way to get it changed and I couldn’t find an email contact on the support page. Please help.

  I bought a Razer Black Shark V2 X and when trying to register it it it says it has already been registered. 

I have a Tartarus Pro controller and it used to work great but all of a sudden the 8 direction mode of the d-pad has stopped working. 4 direction with wasd works fine but 8 direction does nothing and it makes the controller basically worthless on any game you would use the d-pad to move.

hello i own Razer BlackShark V2 | RZ04-03230 headphones with the usb? i was wondering where i can get a replacement usb? sound card? i have lost it on my move to a new home. i hold this headset dear to me and i dont want trouble of replacing my headset. this was gifted by my uncle, who had a huge love for gaming. till this day i still wear this headset proud and prosper proudly with gaming! any help would be greatly appreciated <3

Hi, There is a problem with Razer cloud when using Razer BlackShark v2 Pro. App constantly show prompt that My local settings doesn’t match with cloud and try to overwrite my settings, which I exported to file and I got plenty of profiles such as: Default, Default (1) etc. Issue appear only with this headset in other gear like my mouse DA v3 Pro, keyboard Huntsman v2 and camera Kiyo Pro, profiles don’t try to overwrite. What problem is with your cloud that it can’t sync???

I bought Razen Kraken headphones. There was an activation card with a code. I enter the code in the application and it says that the entered code is not valid. What to do?

My current registered email address cannot be used. But I know the password for my current account. I want to make a purchase and it requires an email verification code. And I didn't. How do I change my current email address. What do I need to provide? The historical email address i have used, or the activation code that my account has used before?

I have a Basilisk V3 Pro and a Naga V2 Pro on my desk. When I set the Basilisk to free scrolling and apply some force to the scroll wheel, it spins for many revolutions, with very low friction. In contrast, when I set the Naga V2 Pro scroll wheel to “smooth mode” or to zero tension in the custom profile and apply the same force, it stops after like a revolution and a half. Is this how it’s supposed to be or is the free scrolling more supposed to work like that of the Basilisk and I just got a faulty unit?

Hello, i have a razer viper v2 pro. I updated the frimware that was suggested in Razer Synapse after that my mouse stopped working in wireless mode. Also i see that it is recognized as a keyboard not a mouse. I dont have Blackwidow V3 Mini

Every time I use these headphones they freeze/cut off audio and then my computer entirely freezes as well. I’ve uninstalled the apps and reinstalled them, I updated my drivers. Not sure what the problem is
