hello, i bought the barracuda x 2022 headphones. but the sound is defective, i tried using 7.1 Surround Sound, but it's a bit of the same. as a last option i tried updating the firmware, i followed all the steps as it should be using the dongle, also the dongle adapter, the headphones are on but still the firmware doesn't work, the firmware updater does not give me the option to “update”. 

Tried different devices, browsers, and networks – cart always stays empty. Anyone else having this issue or know a fix?

Can you play games in 2K on a Razer Blade 18 2025 with RTX 5070 TI?

How I’m suppost to get access to my THX code to activate it. I’m currently using the trial.

I put in the serial number and it says “Unfortunately, this product is not eligible for registration.” with that hyperlink to the warranty policy.

The dongle that came with my headset stopped working a while ago, I was using wired 3mm connection as I didn’t want to buy a new headset. I then bought a replacement dongle with the same model number and all, it’s recognised by my PlayStation but my headset won’t connect to the dongle and flashes blue until it turns itself off. Does anyone have any idea how to pair with a new dongle 

I am using a razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed and i wanted to update the firmware to the latest. I downloaded the 1.02.00_r2 firmware updater and tried to update it but it cannot detect the mouse even though i tried to follow the steps. The firmware updater is running on adminstrator. 

My transceiver for razer blackshark v2 pro disappeared during my move and so I can’t use the headset anymore. Is there any replacement part I could buy?

Will Blade 18 2025 be available in Mercury? If yes, when is the ETA?Blade 14 2025 Mercury was released with the Black version. So, I'm not sure if there'll be a Mercury version for Blade 18

Hi, I have a razer wolverine v2 and never had problems with it. But today when I tried to remap the m1 and m2 buttons for another game it doesn’t work. It is stucked in one profile and cannot be changed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and deleting the profile but it will not get off the button it’s currently mapped to.This screenshot shows what I see when trying to edit a profile to remap  

Hi. I recently bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X (USB type A version). It functions correctly, however when I have the 7.1 surround sound enabled, the audio is randomly crackly. This is very annoying as I have to turn this feature of in order to enjoy my experience while using them.I have tried going through synapse to disable THX audio (my headset is incompatible so I can’t change anything on the app), changed USB ports, checked for dirt, etc. Nothing has fixed the issue though.Has anybody experienced and resolved the same issue?

Hi all, if anyone can help me where i have just bought razer blackshark v2 x where when i try to add it, the web page give me that is registered but when i try to open a ticket is says that i need to register it first. I would like to open the 7.1 surrounding system option and get the activation code.Please if anyone can help. 

Hi!My new mouse Razer basilisk v3 pro wheel in tactile mode creates tangible vibrations throughout the mouse body while scrolling. Vibrations are stronger when scrolling forward.Is it normal for this mouse?It seemed to me that before the firmware was updated to the latest version (v2.01.01_r1) there was no such effect.

Just bought a pair of the Razer kraken v3 pro, unfortunately the dongle broke in transit. Is there any way for me to get a replacement dongle?Also, can I use the haptics on the headset in wired mode in any way?

I had a Basilisk x Hyperspeed before, since it was old I decided to buy a newer model. I bought a brand new Basilisk v3 x Hyperspeed and when I tested the dongle it disconnected my internet connection, but the bluetooth mode is normal. I did not have such a problem with the Basilisk x Hyperspeed. Can someone please help me solve this problem thanks. (I tried all channels of my 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi connection, but unfortunately it does not work. Only 5Ghz is connect and work)

Hello, my headphones stopped working a few weeks ago and i unpaired them from my pc and now i cannot pair them again, i have updated my drivers but they still wont pair. I need help

I bought a Razer Trinity mouse and had no luck with it. I requested RMA, since I live in Brazil. From what I understand, they exchanged it and sent me another one or repaired it. Shortly after, it started to have problems again. Now, when the mouse pointer turns on, it stops at the top corner of the screen and it keeps turning on and off. Since then, it has been stopped for a long time. I have tried to contact it and have not received any support. A brand that gives people credibility simply no longer gives me confidence in its products. I will post the photos that I still have of the RMA.I have other images, but I couldn't post them all. 

I'm using a BlackShark V2 Pro headset, and whenever I enable mic monitoring, I start hearing a noticeable static or buzzing noise through the microphone. I've tried a few basic troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem or found a reliable fix?

Hi, My laptop is not even 2 years old and I have been taking good care for it and not been using it rigorously because I travel a lot.Yesterday my charger stopped working and in the progress almost fried my laptop… BSOD, flickering, crashing got it all.now fortunately I got the laptop working again (hopefully without damage) but I am not keen on shelling out a lot of money for a charger which seems to have problems and searching online I don’t seem to be the only one.Now what are my options? as I don't seem to have warranty and because of that no way to come in contact with razer support which is absolutely bonkers…Is there a way to still get in contact as I am not satisfied with the idea to replace a 150$!!! charger which has no damage but '’just stopped working'’ whilst almost frying an expensive laptop at the same time.I am also not keen to get a 3th party one as the all have the same formfactor.Or are there other options I have not seen yet?

Hi all,My Razor Blade has started getting BSODs yesterday and today I was not able to leave the BIOS. Looking into the issue, it seems that my NVME is either gone unattached or has died.I opened my laptop and as soon as I started to remove the screws, the case started to pop opened. The huge gap was created by the battery that has swollen and is now presenting a hazard of emitting toxic fumes and caching fire at any given moment. Having a newborn at home, I am very worried and am thinking of burying this poorly designed laptop in the garden and move on with my life and my poor purchase decisions.Before grabbing the shovel, I was wondering if there was an alternative option, and a safe way to handle this, and maybe, who knows, a chance to save the 5 last years of data contained in it (if the SSD is still working).Let me know your thoughts.Cheers.

Hi guys, I no longer have the USB-C dongle for my Razer Barracuda. Is there any other way I could get Razer Synapse to register my Razer Barracuda? I’ve tried connecting it to my laptop using the 3.5mm cable and the USB > USB-C cable to no avail.

Help Me With My Mouse I am trying to create a system where i tap a button on my MOUSE and it lowers my dpi by 200 and spams left click and then when i let go of said button on MOUSE the dpi will be increased by 200 and left click spamming will stop. And if you are going to help me by telling me to go to the macro tab in the top it does not show up, the only sections are ( Synapse--Keyboard--Mouse--profiles--connect--studios ) this is show in the picture below. Mouse: Razer basilisk X hyperspeed If this is not possible please let me know. Hi all,I'm having a persistent power issue with my Razer Blade 17 (Mid-2021, RZ09-0406). The laptop randomly switches between "plugged in" and "on battery" mode, even though the charger is always connected. When it flips to battery mode, I notice performance dips (especially while gaming)What I've Tried So Far: Tested with a brand-new charger (issue persists) Disabled Razer Synapse and background services EC reset (60 sec power button with battery/charger removed) Updated BIOS/firmware using Razer Updater (all up to date) Inspected power port (no visible damage, solid connection) Disconnected internal battery to run on AC only — issue still occurs Full battery drain + recharge — no lasting effect  Are there any possible software-related causes for this? Anything else I can try before doing a factory reset and sending it over for repairs?
