I just bought a Blackshark V2 X and the activation code for 7.1 surround that was send to my email is invalid. Please help!

I recently purchased a headset and registered its serial number on the site. Unfortunately, the microphone is not working, but it shows up on devices.  

I just bought my Headset, and after 2-3 hours I muted myself on the headset, unmuted it and nobody on Discord could hear my anymore. I restarted the headset, restarted my pc, reinstalled the software, even reinstalled realtek audio drivers but nothing helped. Then I found out, that basically if I’m on 100% volume of the microphone I’m crazy loud as you would expect. 90% now is perfect and 75% is still ok. But everything below 70% microphone volumen, nobody is able to hear me as the microphone is not capturing my voice at all. Is this a known issue? Is there any possibility to fix this??

Hello everyone, I’ve received a Razer Nari Ultimate for Xbox headset. I own both other variants of this series (Essential and mid-line Nari) and they have been wonderful. I’ve noticed that this Ultimate set however has crackling and temporary disconnect issues. Has anyone found any solutions to this? I’ve purchased a replacement Xbox Wireless adapter to see if this helps. Thanks!

Hello, Good day Aero, Just wanted to ask for your suggestions if you don't mind? 1. I have a Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X and the left side earbud is draining fast after a year. 2. I have sent it to a service center for a replacement and they did. They have replaced it. 3. However, the problem is, the replacement unit is also draining battery fast. It's even worse than my previous earbuds. Both sides. 4. Is it really that bad? I mean, the replacement is brand new, and just got out of the box. Charged it for 60 minutes. And even more.5. I tried to connect it to my Razer App, to check the battery level, it's way below. I am expecting a 100% charge.6. I can't even update the firmware since it's below 75%. I even try updating it while the charging. But it got stuck to 51% since the battery will make the earbuds turned off.7. My question is, is there a troubleshooting method to use about this? I need an activation code to activate 7.1 on my Razer Kraken X Lite.I bought the headset a while ago and didn't activate it because I used it only on a PS4.Now I want to activate them because I'm playing on PC.I don't have the activation code or proof of purchase.How can I activate them?Edit: I've already achieved it, I was trying for a long time and I didn't get it.10 minutes after opening the thread I managed to do it. 😂🤣😂🤣

My ''O'' and ''.'' keys stopped working, maybe I disabled them but I don't know how to fix it. Even if I activate the ''f'' key to activate a macro for example, all the keys blink, except the ones I mentioned. It's worth mentioning that the RGB still works.

I have a Blackwidow V4 X, and a Naga Trinity (wired). I bought the naga, because I love the fact I could map buttons in it… I play WoW, path of exile, and the like. And this is a solid for me… It worked for awhile, and now… it doesn’t anymore. Ever since I switched  from my laptop to pc, I have been having problems with these products.  I even replaced my naga with a new one.. Problem persists. I formated my computer, clean… Problem persists.  I literally upgraded my whole PC. Desktop, CPU, RAM, Motherboard, SSD, and the like. Problem persists…  I tried windows 10, windows 11. PROBLEM PERSISTS. i’M LITERALLY DESPERATE. I pay so much… so much for these products. I have to sacrifice, to have these little neat things and yet… Nothing works, nothing. Damn… nothing.  I’ve been having this problem for more than a year now. I posted on reddit. I have posted here before. I searched far and wide

I still have access to the email used in the account and I also have a proof of recent purchase of Gold credits. However, I can’t use the credits since it will request OTP or it needs a back- up code in which both I no longer have access. Need help on this. Thanks!

Every time I look into device manager or try to adjust my devices it doesn’t show up, but in Razer synapse it does. I have also tried looking in device manager to find it but it isn’t there at all in any category. I should note I also have a Razer Kraken connected but I have no clue if that has any bearing on it working or not. I also am using the USB and not an audio jack for it. It also showed up for a moment before I updated my drivers.

What happens is that every time I am connected to my headphones with the USB C port, the audio from my microphone is heard well, but after a while my voice becomes distorted as if it were robotic. This is solved by turning off the headphones and disconnecting and reconnecting the USB C port. How can I avoid it from sounding like that?

I was trying to get a $10 apple gift card on razer gold but I couldn’t find one. Then I searched it up and I found that you could get an apple gift card with razer gold. So I tried to get it but it told me the content is not avaible in my location and that the apple gift card was out of stock. Does anyone know when it will restock or where it will work? Thanks
