Hello, When I scroll up or down the page goes back in the other direction. I'm pretty sure it is caused by hairs is the scroll sensor. I've blown compressed air on it, that makes it function normally for a while and than it goes back to being flawed. Lately blowing air on it only helps slightly before it's completely messed up again.What can I do to fix it?

Hello everyone. I have an X Hyper Speed mouse, which I can't use with the 2.4 adapter, because it connects up and down every second. What could be the problem, do you know any solution to it? Thank you in advance for your answers. 

I am not sure what’s going on as this just started about a week ago, no issue before. I have Ornata v3 keyboard, synapse version 4.0.86.2505070637, windows 11. Mute button will light up red when I play any kind of audio, but pc sound is not muted. If I press it twice it goes out, but automatically comes back on in with audio playing. If no audio is playing, it will stay off after I press it twice. I have uninstalled synapse and reinstalled, same issue. Disabling the button in synapse don’t stop it from turning red either, just stops me from pressing it twice to turn it off. Why is it showing red indicating sound is muted, when sound is not muted? Why is it doing it on it’s own? Why does it still turn red if disabled?

i’ve had this headset for over a year now and since yesterday it wont turn on, id hold the power button for x amount of seconds but all it does in blink green for a second then turn back off no sound, no colour or anything. and i’m sure its not the dongle as my pc can connect to it.i can use the headset wired on my phone and its all good and on my pc but i cant hear discord or use my mic i can only spotify or  youtube.if anyone had the same problem and fixed id appreciate it thanks you.

I recently purchased a Kraken V4 Pro headset and, while I’m really satisfied with the audio clarity and quality, I couldn’t make the haptics work. I’ve tried every available setting and the headset simply won’t vibrate. It’s worth noting that I also have a Razer Freyja that works flawlessly and that when I turn the headset on, I can feel a vibration for a nanosecond coming from the headset. Please advise, thank you.

I have an issue with my Razer Blade 14 laptop keyboard. After a few seconds of not typing, the keyboard goes to sleep mode. When I want to resume typing, it needs to “wake up” so my first keystrokes are not registered or I have to wait three-four seconds after my first keystroke to start typing.I tried restarting the laptop and changing the energysaving settings.Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Hello! I recently installed Synapse 4 on my pc to rebind the side buttons on my Razer Naga X mouse but cannot seem to get the software to recognize those buttons? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse, uninstalling my mouse drivers, swapping USB ports, and restarting my computer but nothing has solved this issue. I’m not sure if I’m just missing something or if there’s a bigger issue. I’ll attach an image of the software if that can aid anyone who might have some advice. Otherwise, I’ve had this mouse since 2023 and rebound the keys on my previous pc which I replaced at the beginning of this year. I’ve only recently installed the Synapse software on this pc however.  

Basically my mouse is doing for few past days crazy lighting disco, when its on Razer Mouse Dock Pro. Any sugestions what to do? Everything was fine few days back. 

My razer basilisk ultimate mouse is just being annoying and keeps turning off and on really fast and it makes it where if you try to charge it by its dock or wired itself it just won’t charge. if anyone has a fix to this please lmk.

Hi, I have a DeathAdder v2 HypedSpeed and Ive been usse it for more than 2 years and recently the side buttons become a little bit loose and wobbly. Is there anyway to repair it or making more stiff? (preferably without opening it) Its really a good mouse and I want to maintain it.here is a video

So, I installed it today after my friend recommended it, and I regret it. I already removed it, but now I am trying to fix the mess this thing made on my PC because my eyes hurt now. After optimisation in League of Legends whenever I am moving my nickname (maybe even a champ) is blurry, I literally can't play anymore until I fix this. I don't know what this program did to my PC so please help it. Already tried the most common suggestions from Google and nothing helped.

I make a lot of use of Upscaler after cleaning up images. Today (May 22) I have not been able to get a single image to upload to it. The image seems to upload, but returns blank at the end of the process; no error text is generated during the process. It “thinks” for less than 5 seconds. All the blank space in the image is the blanks it keeps generating I suspended my firewall with no effect on the issue.I suspended Windows Defender, no effect. Re-installed AxonRebooted 3 times (IYKYK - but literally I did)

I recently bought the Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed. It says it fits into USB A. However, it does not fit into my laptop, which has USB A ports. I have other razer mice (deathadder essential), and they fit just fine. I ordered a new one, i figured it might be a broken product, but i had the same issue. anybody had the same issues?  

Dear Razer,This is the second time my razer isn't able to turn on anymore. I work offshore and my pc has been turned off for a long time, that includes my razer nommo pro. When I try to turn it back on, nothing is happening.Tried to turn it off and on again, however without any success.All the cables are correctly, it's just playing dead….. again.I see this issue is not uncommon and around the internet. Might be worth looking into it??How can I fix this issue?
