As the subject stated, Barracuda X turns off randomly without an actually feedback (no warning), and i have to hold the power button and turn it back on from time to time (sometimes every minute). New item, battery charged, did connected to Razer app to turn off auto shut but still nothing solves the issue.Saw few similar threads on the support forum and Razer team locks the thread for additional reply and resort to private messaging with thread owner, which does not help the rest who have this same issue; like myself.

I can’t get pass 1,000Hz Polling Rate and I can’t find any firmware update for this Mice as well. Any Solutions? Maybe an update for this mice is still too early? I’ll cross my fingers and hope I didn’t buy the wrong mouse Lmfao. (Never mind the earlier comment about not being able to set DPI by increments of 1 when I hit enter it set the number by 50’s or 00’s so i have to avoid doing that...)

ive had my mouse for more than a year and it worked great as wired and wireless. For the last few weeks everytime i try to use my mouse wireless, it doesnt work, there is a white light keep blinking. With wired it still works tho. Anyone have this issue? Also sometimes it works as wireless for like 10mins then it gets disconnected again.So far i tried;-trying it out on another pc-reinstalling synapse-different usb ports, resetting usb hub from device managerNothing worked so far.

I use razer synapse 4. It is working in background whenever i want to open the app its goes to task bar but wont show on my screen. I couldnt find any solutions. Can anyone help me?

Have had and continue having issues with my razer headphones.They will connect, work for 10 seconds givea pop sound and disconnect, non stop until i unplug.I bought the headphones back in 2020 when I was out of work. Shortly after I started working again so was unable to use them much. Anytime I did use them, I’d get some decent time before they would act up.I’ve seen multiple people with they same issues (straight out of package so it’s clearly not a user error), but haven’t seen any way to fix.Is there anything I can do to get them working properly?*i have tried using them on my laptop, pc and even connected to my phone and have faced the same issues*

Hola tengo un problema con el dongler usb y es que el pc no lo detecta, el mouse esta nuevo, de hecho me lo gane en un concurso de Razer. Lo ocupe 3 dias y falló. Actualice el software del mouse pero ni asi lo detecta, en mi pc de escritorio tengo Synapse 3 y solo detecta el mouse cuando esta enchufado con cable, lo cual no es la idea perder la funcion inalambrica. En mi notebook tampoco lo detecta, desinstale el Synapse 3 e instale el 4 pero aun asi no lo detecta de ninguna forma mientras que mis otros productos Razer si los detecta. Probe las actualizaciones y el driver de dongle utility pero no funciona, le di un par de dias quizas lo reconoceria mas tarde pero no es asi, asi que recurro a la garantia del producto la verdad me apena no poder utilizar todo el potencial de este mouse.

When I plug in my headphones not only will no sound play, but it stops programs from working. For example, Youtube and Youtube music look as if they’re buffering indefinitely, Videos that are saved on my hard drive do the same thing when i try to play them and even using windows sound config to test the headphones will lock up and freeze. Everything works fine with my normal speakers (leviathan v2) but if I try to switch back to leviathan after plugging in my headphones, it won’t work until I reset the pc without the headphones plugged in. Anyone have any ideas?

I had an issue where the app did not play back any audio and it was working fine until a few weeks ago. So I uninstalled it and I want to reinstall the app again but I dont know how. I already bought the app before but I dont know where to go.

HiIm trying to upgrade my Windows from Home to Pro version but, after get the original upgrade key from Microsoft retalier, while the progress is in beginning an error pops up telling that I dont have a digital license or valid product key.Based on that Im wondering if you could help me to install de Windows 11 pro verstion without to format or bring laptop to original parameters, in order to keep save all work that I had to organize a big bunch of professional folders and files.Thank u very much

So iv seen multiple posts over the years talking about various (single occurring) issues with the scroll wheel on the bask v3, scroll wheel scrolling up when scrolled down or down well scrolled up, the middle mouse click not working shortly after purchase, the scroll wheel functionality cutting out entirely. All in all the scroll wheel seems to have a major quality issue and I am now very inclined to believe as such. As of now my scroll wheel will no longer register middle mouse clicks (side clicking works fine and has been used as a replacement) and my scroll wheel will randomly cut out in either one direction or both (which seems very weird for how these types of inputs are usually gathered using a simple rotation sensor) and I'm curious if anyone else has had these issues. The mouse itself is basically brand new with only a few months of use on it but I'm already at the stage where I want to replace it and my keyboard (which in itself was broken out of the box and was refused to be

Hi,I have 2 external monitors that I would ideally like to connect to a dock and then connect the dock to a Razer Blade 16 (2025) via Thunderbolt 4 and still enjoy G-Sync or Freesync. My main external monitor is a 2560x1440  @ 144hz monitor using DisplayPort and my secondary monitor is a standard 1920x1080 @ 60hz monitor using HDMI.Would this setup be possible with something like the Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma with DisplayPort-USB-C cables/adapters to connect the monitors to it, and then using a single Thunderbolt 4 cable to connect the laptop with the dock? Or would I have to do something else to also get G-Sync/Freesync?Please help 🙏

I left my keyboard plugged in overnight to charge and woke up to this  in the morning….i am using the oem cable cplgged in directly to my laptop….. i have no idea how this happened as this is something i do every night…. i dont even understand how??!! because i have been doing this for the past 2 years without issue…. its the oem cable and everything….. the keyboard still works but i have no way of charging it again!!!!….what do it do….?i cant seem to find the direct razer support anywhere!!!! 

I am dismantling my razer basilisk v3 due to persistent issues as an effort before the last ditch effort. I found gunk on the board that resides in the top shell, the razer daria 20210517. I don't know much about this area, and couldn't find resources, so can someone tell me if this might be the culprit of the problems? If so, how do I safely fix it? 

Issue 1 - I have successfully installed THX Spatial many times but THX Spatial Audio is not available in Audio OutputsIssue 2 - I have connected Razer Barracuda Pro but it is not being detected by Razer Synapse Application.

Before I consider buying the tournament edition I want to know whether or not the thumb sticks would be comparable with the average stick caps or extensions for Xbox (like kontrol freeks) controllers since it doesn’t have interchangeable sticks to add height.

I’m not sure if it happens in other games, but while I play black ops 6 every other key seems to work except my A and D keys. I just got the Huntsman v2 analog. Thank you for your help

I plugged in my headset, installed synapse 4, restarted my pc and it connects and works with the cable. the problem comes up when I try to switch from cable to wireless and it just doesn’t detect my headset in the razer synapse, it doesn’t let me use the mic on it, AND the audio quality tanks. I have googled, scrolled, and even reread the entire box the headset came in and I don’t know what to do to be able to listen AND talk through my new kraken v4 headphones wirelessly.
