Razer Support

I would like to purchase Razer Care Essential, but when I enter my serial number its not recognized. I have registered my laptop so I know the serial number is right. I’m not sure but is there the possibility that I can’t upgrade my warranty? When I bought the computer off Razer.com I didn’t have the choice to buy Razer Care with it (otherwise I would have already). If someone could help that would be greatly appreciated because the 11 month mark is coming up soon.

I have recently gotten a Barracuda X and i cant get the mic and audio to work at the same i have tried many different ways to fix that i have seen to work with other peoples headsets but it still donest work on mine. If i have the audio working the mic doesnt work and if i have the mic working i dont get any audio i was told that it may be that the input and the output are being read as the same device and i have tried fixing it but it didnt work i have also tried using both a cord and the dongle and i still have the same problem. I have also recently run into a problem where if i use a any sort of in game voice chat it kills all the audio for the game and i have to restart it to get it back does anyone have any fixes for this.

step one:  I downloaded the ‘Gamer Room’ app for iOSStep two: tried pairing my new Aether Monitor Light Bars (yes, I bought two).  Neither would pair to the app, and this included factory resetting of each light bar.  The app would see the light bars when initially factory reset as the light bars would go into pairing mode.  But after 5 minutes of being turned on, the light bars would not go back into pairing mode, even after being turned off.  Pairing mode could ONLY be achieved by doing a factory reset.Further to this.  If the RGB rear lights are on, the front light has NO lighting brightness adjustment.  Front light brightness adjustment is ONLY available when the rear RGB lights are turned off.This is a below pair experience.

Hi just purchased a siren v3 chroma mic and I just can't get rid of the side tone when in stream mode tried windows settings and in synapse 4, any one got any ideas ? 

Upon installation of my new mouse  (Basilisk) & Keyboard (Black Widow  V4 X), I have noticed that somehow it has taken over my screen saver.How do I turn the Razer Screen Saver off?

So I bought the Razer black shark V2x wired some time ago. the mic mute button is not working, even on discord or in game. i tried testing a mic tester on website and it still doesn’t mute. Help me with this problem.

I got my viper v3 pro about half a year ago and it’s been working great until now. For some reason my mouse randomly stops tracking when used on my mousepad, I have an artisan raiden xsoft. Sometimes its enough to press the power/dpi button to get it going again, but most of the time I have to restart the mouse completely for it to pick up my mousepad again. The weird thing tho is that my mouse seems to always work fine on other surfaces, like my table for example. Even if the mouse stops tracking on the pad I can still use it on the table without restarting or anything like that. Also, this doens’t seem to happen while playing games, or at least it hasn’t happened yet.I updated the firmware on both dongle and mouse when I started encoutering these problems, so I have the latest versions for both.

i update the synapse4 to verson 4.0.503 tomorrow, but my speaker sound become crackling and sound was very big. So i was reinstall the sypapse 4 but the situation is same, what can i do?my speaker is nommo v2 x

I tried ordering the blade 16 max specs and my order canceled twice. Is razer having a issue with orders at the moment? 

I bought my laptop 1 year ago (not new). A few days ago, there was a storm, it was plugged , and I think something is burnt inside.The fan on the bottom of the picture smell like burn…The power button does not work at all, and there is no blinking light.But the power supplier’s light is green…Do you think my laptop is dead?And if not, how much can repair costs me?

Recently I bought my Razer V3 Pro but the software doesn´t detect any device even if my controller is connected by cable, i can´t configurate the buttons and it´s annoying because I can´t use my controller like this.Please update the app or do something as soon as possible.

There seems to be a bug with the xbox software app when you adjust Eq on a custom EQ it lowers the volume by half with any adjustments at all if anyone has a work around or a way to adjust EQ or have encountered this issues let me know i just want to tune while having good audio levels still id love to know thanks!

Hye i want to know that if i delete my account the device i registered will be unregistered?So the new user can register it. 

I've bought razer controllers for years and have loved them. The most recent one I got was wonderful when I opened the box, but the app razer has to program the controller has been updated. It will not allow you to edit the extra buttons or change any of the settings. The old app never had issues. I reached out to three friends who also use Razer controllers. They were also unable to edit buttonson the app. I spent over 3 hours with the helpline, who just kept running me through the same problem solving issues and then redirecting me to another worker. Never got the issue solved. I will not be buying from razer. No point if you can't program the controller for elite settings. Might as well buy a regular controller. Useless helpline. Broken app. 

Hello my problem The A key on my keyboard rarely is detecting input. Maybe 1 every 10-15 attempts. I have tried everything i could : tried cleaning the keyboard with compressed air,updting the os,synapse,  and everything …my arrow down keys sometimes doesn’t works properly : Delayed input, not responsive ,ect..can anybody help me 🥲🥲??

Hi,I recently purchased a Razer product, but the invoice I can download is issued to a private individual. I need a VAT invoice with my company details (including VAT ID/NIP).I didn’t see an option to enter business information during checkout.Does anyone know how I can get an invoice issued to my company?Thanks in advance for your help!

   How do I change my phone number in login settings? Unfortunately I lost the number and would like to change it to my new number.  The problem, however, is that "2-step authentication" appears to be enabled on the lost phone number, which is the old one I lost!   In addition, I don't remember ever activating "2-step authentication" so I don't remember the “backup codes” either.or that I received an email, etc. to confirm it.   I can't even make a purchase. The whole thing is so disturbing and annoying. that I can't even make "Razer Gold" or various purchases. I have been trying to contact Razer support about repairing my Razer Blade 15 and have answered all questions and forms on the support page but each time, when I am brought to the page where it claims that I can contact Razer support, the highlighted button has no effect, and I am unable to make contact. 

For Razer Tartarus Prowhen will SNAPTAB (SOCD) AND  hypershift locking  features come?You said you were planning these in the future, but there hasn't been any progress on these features for a long time.I think these features should have come to this keyboard in the first place.It saddens me that this keyboard has not received enough attention from you.

One of the earphones stayed with the light on permanently and does not respond to any stimulus and cannot be paired with the box or my cell phone.

I have a 2022 RZ09-0427EE23 It went to sleep overnight, and would not turn on in the morning. I have tried the power adapter cycle outlined in https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1798I have confirmed the power adapter is functional using a multimeter, and it is outputting 19.2V.For at least the first 8 hours after discovering it, I was able to plug a device such as my phone into the left-side USB and charge off the laptop, indicating there was still some USB power going to that one plug. However, no devices were connected to the laptop when this problem occurred. I have tried unplugging the actual battery pack and CMOS battery, as well as removing the m2 SSD from inside and reinstalling everything in an effort to power cycle the board. Holding down the power button only shows a single white flash after ~10 seconds with no other activity.

i have a issue with my hunstman mini i downloaded razer snyapse 4 app on my mac air and when i plug in my huntsman mini in black it doesnt pop up i am using the cable it came with but i am using a adapter with a usb inport and a usb-c outport i dont know if the adapter is like stoping it from connecting to my macbook air or snyapse 4 app so pls can someone help me with this question
