Hi,I have a Razer Blade Advanced from 2021 and I am also affected by the bloated battery (as mentioned several times in the forum already). The device is out of warranty and I am searching for a replacement for the battery model RC30-0367The model of the laptop is RZ09-0409AGD3Was anyone successful in finding a replacement for this model? It looks like it’s really hard, because the big battery resellers do not list this model. There are other like the RC30-0248, which are available, but according to a reddit thread, it fits except one screw. If possible, I would like to get a proper replacement.It’s really sad that there are so many reports about that issue for a laptop, that cost 2,5k back then…Thanks

I'm having an issue with the wireless dongle for my Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro. The mouse used to work perfectly fine wirelessly, but at some point it stopped connecting to the dongle.When I plug the wireless dongle into my PC, all three lights on the dongle light up solid white, but then they eventually turn off. Hello Razer Support,I have a Razer Enki X chair, and one of the legs of the 5-star wheel base has broken. I purchased a replacement wheel base, so I am trying to remove the original 5-star base from the gas cylinder in order to replace it.However, I have been completely unable to separate the base from the gas cylinder. The gas cylinder itself can come out of the chair normally, but it is extremely firmly stuck inside the 5-star wheel base.I have already tried using penetrating WD-40, letting it sit for around 15 minutes, repeatedly applying force and hitting the cylinder/base as recommended, and trying to separate them from different positions. I have attempted this many times without getting even the slightest movement.At this point, I am concerned about damaging the cylinder or the base if I continue using more force.If it is possible to purchase or receive a replacement 5-star wheel base directly from Razer for the Enki X, that would actually be my preferred solution, as it would s

I bought this headset a bit more and a month ago, I use it play fortnite, i make sure the dongle is well connected and set to “xbox” mode. However my friends keep telling me my microphone is cutting from time to time. However I use the same headset for work (dongle set to “usb”) and no complains in my meetings. I find it a bit ironic and sad because i bought them for gaming mostly.If I install the xbox app and activate the mic monitoring it gets slightly better or the issue disappears. But then it comes back again. So what do I do? maybe my device or the dongle is faulty? it’s an xbox series x that i bought 8 months ago.

Unfortunately, I cannot update my razer kiyo using the firmware update software (v2.3.2_r2).Once I open it I get the words, “To proceed with the update, please contact,” and the update button turns out not to be clickable.(On the bottom left it says the latest version is 2.3.2 but my device is still at 1.0.1)

I have a BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed and I’ve been having trouble getting THX to work properly. I tried fully uninstalling Synapse, cleaning registry, temp, driver cleanup tool, etc. Everything. Turns out that turning on Windows Audio Enhancements seems to have made it work? But I’ve been checking on Goggle a little and in other threads it says that I should actually turn it off. Am I that dumb? Which is it? And if Windows Audio Enhancements is what turns it on, then what’s the use of having Stereo/THX options in Synapse 4? I’m completely lost here. Any tips?

I have a veritable 6 years old razer basilisk x hyperspeed mouse, which i honestly know it’s old and maybe deserves to retire, but the only issue i got recently is that when i try to scroll, the page goes up and down, and scroll is not working properly anymore. Clicking it also is not working all that well. I click on it and nothing happens, I have to press harder, and that means breaking it in the near future. Can it still be fixed? mechanically speaking? or is a real goodbye? I liked a lot this version. I know there is V3, but i haven’t seen any good feedback about it, and i don’t want to switch to it.  Thank you~

Hello,I would like to ask for help with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) headset on Windows 11.I am experiencing crackling audio and random volume shifts during use. The issue occurs during normal playback (music, games, voice chat). The only temporary solution I’ve found is disabling “Audio Enhancements” in the Windows Sound settings (Control Panel). Once I disable them, the crackling and volume fluctuations stop. However, this is not an ideal solution because EQ presets and other audio enhancements do not work in Razer Synapse 4.Here’s what I have already tried: Reinstalling Razer Synapse 4 Completely removing headset drivers through the CleanupRazerDrivers.exe and reinstalling them through Razer Synapse 4 Cleaning registry entries related to the Razer  Testing different USB ports Unfortunately, the issue persists unless Audio Enhancements are disabled.Could you please advise on further troubleshooting steps? Is this a known issue with the BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) on Windows 1

Tried following another thread that had someone get their base replaced but i cant submit the ticket outside of wearranty.Id be happy to pay for it or something, so how do i get a replacement if my warratny is out?

Good afternoon,  I purchased the viper 8k ambidextrous mouse and it arrived two days ago, since then the left click has completely stopped working, probably at least 10 times by now. Having to unplug the mouse and back in again to get it working or use a different mouse to be able to go through options.Things I have tried.Tried multiple different USB ports on the computerUninstalled and reinstalled the firmwareUninstalled  Synapse and reinstalled itTried using the mouse with and without Synapse being open.Tested my other mice to make sure it wasn’t a USB port issue, they worked fine.  I have gone through the forum and it seems those are the main “fixes” that have been given to test so I have gone through them and it’s still happening. It is a shame as I’ve never gone with razer before and saw I could finally get a mouse for left handed side buttons which are seemingly rare nowadays. If there is a fix for it I haven’t yet tried I will happily give it a go. i lost my razer orochi v2 dongle can i somehow get a replacement dongle .i liked this kice verymuch as it fitted into my hands perfectly being a guy with small palms, also being a gamer and software engineer i needed somthing in between not too flashy but was still precise to play fps games with great accuracy. but recently i lost my dongle and ive been searching for a replacement but i cant also buying a new one is kind expensive and sad in my opinion, as i bought this mouse when i was at school saving lunch money 

With my huntsman v3 connected whenever I launch a game it will automatically detect a controller present and default to the controller controls, therefore not allowing me to use my keyboard to do anything, and with games where I do want to use a controller, because the hunstman is the detected controller my other controllers also do not work. Essentially, all I Want to do is completely disable the controller aspect of the hunstman v3 as I never plan on actually using it. I’ve tried everything I can think of, including removing and even deleting all of the “HID controller” devices from my devices manager and nothing is working. I have to unplug my keyboard, launch the game, then plug it back in, and sometimes the game will still just switch as soon as the keyboard is plugged back in. Can anyone give me a definitive way to just get rid of this stupid feature I would never have used in the first place?P.s. I’m on the new Razer Synapse Beta in case it’s important.
