>>>feel like I’m going crazy here. Bought a BlackShark v3 today I’m trying to adjust the settings in Synapse. What I’ve found is that an enhancement is ONLY applied if it is actively selected in the UI.For example: If I select Mic Noise Cancellation and set it to 40, I can no longer hear keystrokes in Mic Preview, Sound Recorder, Discord Preview, etc. However if I swap the Enhancement Tab to something else, like Vocal Clarity, the noise cancellation is no longer getting applied and I can hear every keystroke.I tested different USB ports, windows settings, device settings, etc. Nothing fixes this issue. I’m completely at a loss for what I should do.Any suggestions?>»   I am having the same exact issue as this person. Would be great if someone could address it publicly instead of locking the thread and having to repeat ad infinitum

Hello, I have had my Razer blackshark v2 for years (since 2021) and had the slowly worsening issue of my ear pad coming off. I have looked everywhere for a way to have this fixed before I have to attempt to glue the pads back on once they fall off. Razor’s answer to the question for other people are just buy a replacement and follow our guide which their guide has no “how to” on how to get the actual attaching bracket or bit that the newer ear pads connect to. So if anyone has any link to something or found a solution other than buying a new headset that would be great. Heck if Razor actually acknowledged the fact they had done this and would give an actual fix that would be great.This is the only issue I am having with my headset other than that everything works great!

Unfortunately I had a damaged charging port and in trying to fix it I may have damaged the motherboard. Is it possible to source a replacement, and can a replacement be used from a slightly different model number?

My razer devices disconnect and reconnect out of nowhere. When it starts this cycle of disconnects and reconnects, it usually happens for several minutes straight. This is not a USB or motherboard problem. It happens to my razer keyboard and mouse at the same time. My Chroma lighting on my keyboard will revert to default color design when it disconnects, and then back to my preferred chroma settings when it reconnects. It disconnects and reconnects every couple of seconds until I reboot. Even if I plug my keyboard and mouse into different pots, the problem persists. I've tried plugging my mouse and keyboard into USB ports that I know don't have a problem, because I have other devices plugged into them that stay connected all the time. However, the problem persists no matter which USB ports I use. My mouse experiences the exact same problem at the same time, which makes it nearly impossible to use, because when it disconnects, I obviously have no input. It reconnects for a second or 2

I have the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) for Xbox.They work fine, my friends can hear me and I can hear them. The problem starts when I try to stream on twitch through the xbox console, the stream does not here me even though I am not muted, my friends in the party can hear me but not the stream. When I plug in my old headset ( Razer Kaira ) the stream can here me just fine but when I use the Blackshark V2 Pros twitch refuses to detect the mic

hello. I ordered a customized Razer Orochi V2 over a week ago. It was supposed to be here on Saturday (5/30) but as of today, 6/5, I have not had any updates as to where it is. I filed a missing mail claim but am unsure of who to speak to here regarding my item. 

Today the audio on my headset was not working with the 2.4Gh dongle so i switched the source form the Blackshark - chat to Blackshark - Game and got audio but only from Internet Browser but audio from games and spotify would not come through even though the the computer was showing audio playing.  I tested wired and the audio works like normal on the computer. Bluetooth without the dongle on the pc/phone works correctly.

The pad under the 20 key just fell off my Razer Tartarus Pro and I can’t find replacements . Does anyone know if replacement pads are available and where I might buy them?

Brand new Razer Nommo V2 Pro speakers, left speaker RGB works but has no RGB, makes everything look uneven. Is it broken? Or is it something I can fix? Pins in back of connector from left to right speaker are fine. Right speaker is also fine.

Hey, i have been using my Razer Wolverine V2 for a long time, one month ago it had this same issue the solution was Unninstalling Controller. Its currently happening the same but, the fix i sayed doesnt work anymore.Whenever i click the Xbox button windows does the plugging a device sound (even tho i didnt unplug/plug) and windows says “USB Device not recognized” and it blinks twice. Razer Controller doesnt pick it up does neither an online controller tester. (PS: Sorry for bad english, i am not a native english speaker and it doesnt have a warranty) 

When muting the mic from the headset Synapse instead turns the microphone off instead of muting it that zeros the mic volume. When you un-mute the volume stays at zero.

These headphones are terrible—the microphone quality has dropped significantly in just a couple of months. At first, the microphone quality was very good and it worked fine during the test in the Synapse software, but recently it has stopped working. The computer detects the microphone, but the software doesn't. The mic sounds like it belongs on a $1 pair of headphones. The price of these headphones makes no sense given such poor performance. If you use the headphones on another Bluetooth device and then switch back to Hyperspeed mode, you’ve already ruined the headphones. This is the last time I’m buying Razer headphones.

Hi everyone,I've recently started having an issue with the R key and 4 key on my keyboard. Other than that, the keyboard has been excellent.So far, I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:Performed the Esc + Caps Lock + Spacebar reset. Tested the keyboard on another device. Tried different USB ports. Cleaned underneath the affected keys. Updated the firmware and drivers. Removed the wrist rest and tested without it. Closed all Razer software and tested the keyboard.One thing I've noticed is that when I press the R or 4 keys, they do not register at all. In Razer Synapse, pressing other keys triggers the ripple lighting effect, but pressing R or 4 does not trigger any lighting effect either on the keyboard or within the software. The keys appear completely unresponsive.Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on what else I can try?I attempted to contact Razer Support, but it appears my warranty has expired, and I wasn't able to find a way to reach them di

When I launch Razer Chroma RGB app it immediately gets stuck in “Updating...” and never finishes.  I have tried reinstalling it but that does not work.

Hello,My mute button randomly just broke by itself it is the small while plastic under the black mute button. Is there any way to get an replacement of this part?
