i have an blackwidow v4 keyboard and whenever razer synapse 4 app opens, lighting goes.my lighting settings in the app is same as before.

I purchased a headset. When I tried to register it, it says the product is already registered, even though I never registered it. Please assist me to verify its authenticity and resolve the issue.

hi there i rescently required a pair of razer kraken 7.1 v2 headphones off my brother and  i would like to activate them iv asked him if he still got the box and paperwork for them but no joy he said he got them roughly 4 years ago thats it!! so is there anyway of activating these , the serial number is S/N: HN1709D04706797 RZ04-0206thank you will look forward to your response

I just updated to Synapse 4 as I was prompted to do.  I felt sate doing it as it said all settings/customizations would be transferred over.  They were not.  How do I get my previous customizations back for my Tartarus?  I had a LOT going on for 2 different games.

Hi, my house was robbed and they took my pc and the dongle was plugged in. I still have the Kraken V3 Pro wireless headset. I was wondering if there is a way to buy the replacement dongle? 

I am trying to update my phone number on my old razer account as I no longer have my old phone number, but whenever I click Phone Number it prompts an SMS Code or the backup code, I do not have the back up codes as this is a very old account.

So I recently had an update that prompted Razer Axon to take over my wallpaper, causing it to make my animated wallpaper (I use Lively Wallpaper) to fade to black on a loop. Frustrated, I uninstalled Axon. My lighting system was working perfectly yesterday- but as of right now my razer keyboard, mouse, headphone stand- EVERYTHING has stopped lighting entirely. And I know that it still can because it cycles the default rainbow when I reboot until Synapse turns on. What gives? I updated Synapse and Chroma because somebody else said it fixed it for them, to absolutely no avail. I don’t want all the bells and whistles I just want my lighting back. What should I do?

Problems with downloading Firmware is not working, and I can´t fix my thing on my own. Really bad mouse! Can I somehow download firmware to fix my Basilisk V3 ? the Razer support now working. 

I was using 7.1 surround sound just fine yesterday but all of the sudden idk when, probably few hours later I noticed that 7.1 surround sound was not active anymore ( it be when I changed to other headphone devices). But ever since then it never appear again, I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, also tried removing any other input/output devices for my pc, but nothing has been working. Anyone have any sort of solutions for this? Much thanks <3 

To activate the 7.1 feature of the Razer Blackshark V2X product, only the QR code appeared. There is no activation code anywhere on the box.

I tried to register the headphones Razer BLACKSHARK V2 X and it said they were already registered even though I just bought it today and i can't get activation code for 7.1 App 

I have the Huntsman V3 Pro tkl. whenever i boot up my pc i have to go into synapse and disable quick remapping before i can use my WASD keys. anyone got a fix? i tried reinstalling synapse and removing the device, but it doesnt seem to work.

I just bought this headset recently and i have been using it but whenever i join voice chat or something like that in any game or discord, other sounds except for voice chat become blurry, muffled, low-quality, it feels as though i’m using a 20$~ headset. Please help, I tried speaking qith supoort but they said it was normal on bluetooth, problem is I CAN ONLY USE BLUETOOTH, my laptop has 2 USB A ports and they’re both being used for my keyboard and mouse. I just sent back a pair of steelseries headphones because their mic didn’t work, i dont want to refund this and wait for a new one AGAIN please.

Hi! The SSD on my Razer Blade Stealth 13" (2020) RZ09-0310 died recently and I had to get a replacement/reinstall windows. I'm trying to find the drivers for the model but I the razer support site only list a Bios updater guide for download. Does anyone know where I could find the drivers (the touchpad one in particular).

I recently upgraded to the new suite and have had to disable everything because it is constantly asking me to log into PowerShell. Never did this before the update. I don’t have any PS startup scripts active. 

Hey there, I recently purchased the Razer Blade 16 2025 model with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 CPU with an Nvidia RTX 5070 GPU earlier this year.  It also has 32 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD blah blah blah.  The new Battlefield 6 Open Beta started last week and before playing through steam I was prompted to update my Nvidia graphics drivers to 588.0. Great, did that. After launching the game I realized I was a day early and the servers weren’t up yet so I hopped to another game, The Finals. I quickly realized that my FPS (normally ~120 on that game) was substantially lower at 30-40 and the longer I played would drop to <20. Doing some digging looking at my task manager performances my CPU and RAM usages were almost maxing out ~80% each. My GPU was fine sitting at maybe 30%. I first tried to update my AMD chipset drivers using their software and ensuring I had the latest drivers. Great, done? nope, my issue was still persisting.   I saw that my total RAM amount was 32 GB but only 16 BG was availabl

Trying to use my $20 off profile completion code on the naga left hand edition. Code says its good for orders over $100. I added the carbon offset program to make the order $100.20 bet it keeps saying the code cant be applied.

I am using Black Shark v2 x, and the mic is capturing my PC system (even when the mic is muted from the button); it's recording everything (e.g., sound from YouTube or Spotify), whether it may be on Discord or another application or any other device.

Synapse 4Cynosa ChromaWin 11 I’m setting gobal shortcuts and while I have shortcuts menu open they work, if I switch between tabs (Synapse\Macro\keyboard\mouse\dock) they work too. But when I switch from “Global shortcuts” to other subtabs (Dashboad\Gamer room\Devices & modules) they get erased. If I leave shortcuts menu open, reboot my PC, right after reboot the shortcuts work too until I open Synapse App where they are erased again and stop working.What am I missing? How to save my global shortcuts?

I recently purchased the Razer BLACKWIDOW V3 and found that no matter how  many times I type in the serial number i get an error stating that the serial number was not recognized and to check for errors, I have tried every combination and still haven’t found a result. Please help me

Hello everyone, I need some help with this issue. My Razer gaming chair broke, the base where the wheels are attached just broke, and now the gas lift cylinder has dropped all the way down to the floor. I’m not sure what to do. Are there any replacement parts you could recommend? I don’t want to throw the chair away — that would be a shame.Another Razer product that leaves much to be desired. I weigh only 50 kg, the chair isn’t even used every day, and I never thought this would happen.🙄It is out of warranty and I will appreciate any help 😊  Thanks  

Hi all. I had been succesfully using my Cynosa Chroma on Manjaro for 3 years. Arch can be a fickle build, so I changed OS to EndeavourOS. (still Arch-based, but supposedly better for games) While this question may better be directed to the openrazer folks, I thought I’d give it a shot here first. The OS is seeing both my wireless mouse, Logitech M570 AND the Chroma as a pointing peripheral. xinput shows the keyboard attached to the keyboard part, but the mouse and the keyboard on the mouse section. The mouse system control panel shows both devices as enabled, but the keyboard doesn’t show anything at all except the generic keyboard. If I disable the keyboard in the mouse settings, it disables the keyboard completely. So because I can’t access the keyboard settings, I don’t know if my keyboard is EN-Australia or EN-US.(One of the games I play isn’t working right mouse-wise, and my GoogleFu shows that a mis-match on the keyboard layout can cause mouse issues)  So my help request is kind

A week ago while I was playing gtav on the laptop the screen suddenly started to flicker white and black lines then the laptop shutdown i restarted it and everything seemed fine. It happened a few more times then i stopped playing I was busy for the rest of the week untill the day before yestarday when i turned the laptop on it happened again but this the the screen went black the laptop was still on thou. I restarted and everything was fine for a while before it happened again. I restarted again and this time it started flashing white and black at the boot up. Went to the bios to see if it needed an update but it was updated to the latest version. One thing i noticed is that in the bios the problem didnt occur I thought it could be a driver issue I restarted it again and this time windows crashed and said it needed repair, did that but the problem didn't go away. I did a local reinstall of the windows keeping my data everything was fine for a minute or two before it happened again che

Does anyone know the best way to get a replacement battery for my Razer Blade Stealth 13" (11th gen Intel® Core™)? The battery only lasts for 30 minutes on a full charge even with battery settings optimization. I'm just looking for the fastest and most reliable way to get a new (legit) battery without having to send my laptop in. I've seen some prior posts from users saying it was very difficult to get Razer to send them a replacement battery, and I really don't want to have to go through hours of hassle; I just want to buy a new official replacement battery.
