How to buy new wolwerine v2 dongle PS I live in turkey i lost it dongle

hi, there was an update for the 7.1 surround sound and now my audio completly doesnt work it was working earlier today, i use razor kraken x lite

I’ve had the Naga X for about 2 years exactly now and it’s always worked fine, but at of about 4-5 days ago I’ve encountered an issue where the 5 side button will sometimes not work when I click it. It’s not consistent as it will work most of the time but there have been many times over the past few days where the button just does not respond at all. It’s very noticeable as it’s a button I use often as it rest right by my thumb. As far as I can tell every other button seems to be responding fine though admittedly there are a few side buttons I don’t ever use. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, I recently bought a Razer Viper Orochi V2 and I’m having some issues with it.Sometimes while I’m using it, the cursor starts behaving weirdly, like the connection is unstable. It moves in the wrong direction or keeps sliding even when I move the mouse differently.Also, every now and then it just disconnects from my computer, and I have to turn it off and on again to get it working.Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to fix it?

I'm using a Razer Black Widow V4 Pro. I bought it brand new a few weeks ago. All the keys are genuinely problematic. The letter 'O' is often typed twice, and sometimes not at all. Activating the Shift key requires almost a punch. Keys like F1, 234, etc., don't work at all. I've tried everything to fix it, but nothing works. Everyone on forums is complaining about the same problem. When I try to contact Razer live support, the link doesn't work.

whenever i try to perform GPU switching from Razor synapse ,i happen to encounter the login pin error which can be solved for resetting the pin in settings .I tried to uninstall the recent windows updates as well ,i did factory reset as well but there is no solution. I have no idea what to do struggling with this problem for almost a week now . Anyone give me a solution for this ...is it because of synapse or windows or any other issue and how do i solve it 

On my basilisk x hyperspeed, when the mouse goes to sleep the macro stops. Is there any way to keep the macro going?

My Macro stops working once my wireless power saving gets enabled so I cannot afk in games. So is there anyway I can remove the Wireless Power Saving??

Hello, I'm trying to use my Cynosa Chroma keyboard on a Windows 10 computer that basically has no internet. (Technically it has internet but the crazy firewall, which I have no control over, blocks everything). So the Synapse 3 installation wizard cannot connect to the server and fails. I have permissions to install software but I need to copy the installation files over manually and then run them and this installation must not use the internet. How can I go about this? I already installed Synapse 3 on my main computer with Windows 11 and internet access and everything works fine. Just want to use it on my secondary computer. I don't even need all the modules/functionality. Just the basic set of quick effects to toggle between... no visualizer or game support etc required. Any way?

My headset wont turn on, i have plugged in to all my USB ports and tried different cables, still no lights is showing on the headset, SYNAPSE & windows does detect the headphone however synapse is only showing “DEVICE IS SWITCHED OFF” tried holding the power button 10-20 seconds yet no results. it just randomly stopped working.

How Do I resolve this without disabling secure boot?

Keys on te keyboard seems to stop working randomly.rigt now it’s te six and |-| keys.  Or you can figure out wic letters I can’t seem to type in tis post. Tey don’t always not work… tey start working wenever tey feel like it.I’ve updated software, firmware, tried some process olding down the power button and plugging/unplugging te power cable… eld down a bunc of key combinations of Esc, ctrl, caps lock, and spacebar.I dual boot between Windows and Pop OS Linux; one uses Synapse, one uses Polycromatic… Both have the problem.Oh look, the H key just started working.Nothing fixes this problem… started with just the six key a year ago. Feel like I’m slowly losing keyboard buttons and eventually I won’t be able to log in to this laptop.What IS this problem?  I’m not asking for a fix, I just want to know ‘why’ at this point.

If lost I would like to be able to activate a find my device mode that would connect to the device and activate a high pitch "chirp" This would come with a warning to the user to not be wearing the headphones and auto detect if the device is in ear. This would deactivate if the touch sensor is pressed when the device is found.  I find this feature on my Samsung galaxy buds very useful and would love to see Razer adopt something similar.

Greetings everyone:  Own a NAGA Hyperspeed mouse under Win11.  Once my mouse has inactivity for 15 minutes, it completely stops.  I have to pull the battery out to reset its communications.  I went into power saving mode in Synapse and maxed it out to 15 minutes - helped a little.  Power saving in win11 is off.  Don’t really believe in that stuff anyway..   I don’t need to save power when plugged into a wall outlet.  IS THERE A WAY TO DISABLE THIS POWER SAVING MODE IN SYNAPSE ALTOGETHER?  Could be wrong but I don’t think this is exactly a microsoft USB power issue.  Thinking more like Synapse.       I’ve searched this forum on windows setup recommendations and windows is set to never sleep.

Hello,I own a Razer ManO'War headset. It is no longer under warranty, but the ear cushions are starting to fall apart and deteriorate due to age and use.I tried replacing them with third-party “compatible” ear pads, but unfortunately they do not fit correctly into the mounting holes/clips of the headset. [removed by moderator] I would like to know if there are any official replacement parts available, any compatible ear pads that actually fit, or any recommended solution for this issue.Could you please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue?Thank you.

Anyone knows how to get a replacement for a faulty dongle? My Razer Viper Ultimate has stopped working and keeps reconnecting every second via dongle. But its working fine when its connected via wired.

One day BT mode just gone. Saw a few posts in a similar manner. Anything I can do aside from firmware update and reset (done it already 10 times)?

I did not change anything. The app shows that it is still volume up down, but it’s not? How to fix this? Why do you do this?
