Need base that wheels go in. one of the metal guides for one of the wheel to go in is bent. Can you advise if i can buy the part?

I started having issue where I have tactile selected and is stuck on free spin today with the update for 20230519. Hoping this gets fixed quick. I have tried uninstalling/reinstall, restart/shutdown pc, create new profiles, and cleaning mouse with no luck. Was not an issue earlier this morning, but as soon as I updated it became an issue. Please Razer fix this asap like you did before with the v3 pro!

I have a Razer Laptop, the RZ09-0409X. I’ve tried everything: tried updating driver, uninstalled then reinstalled driver, reset, network reset, tried connecting to router with Ethernet cable (wasn’t sure if it’d do anything but I figured I’d try), etc. At this point I’m thinking it might be physical damage within the computer. I really don’t want to have to bring it in somewhere for a fix because $$$, but at this point I don’t think I have much of a choice. If anyone has a suggestion or solution it’d be appreciated!

Just recently bought the Viper V4 and unboxed it. Downloaded the software and drivers then suddenly it just moves on it own while idle. Uninstalled Synapse 4 and reinstalled drivers yet it still does it.It seems to do it more often when using the USB dongle (2.4ghz)

Hi,I’m experiencing a specific issue with my new Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023).There is a noticeable delay only when adjusting the volume. It takes a moment for the new volume level to actually apply.To be clear: There is no audio lag in games or media (footsteps and voices are perfectly in sync). The delay is strictly limited to the volume adjustment itself.According to my Windows settings, "Audio Enhancements" are set to "Device Default Effects" with THX Spatial Audio active. And I wanna still use the EQ if I turn this off then the EQ doesnt work anymore.Has anyone experienced this or knows a fix? Thanks. 

i am only getting side audio even after updating drivers and trying to configure them in windows (when i tried i didnt even get the test audio and its a little upsetting)

HI please need help and support i have the  BLACKSHARK V3 PRO COUNTER STRIKE EDITION headphones brand new worked okay for one or 2 days than suddenly there is a slight buzz on the left side of the headsets and also the headphones stopped charging and connecting to my PC the only way to work is  if i connect my audio jack on the pc and the usb c type on my headsets that does work and i get no buzz anymore . i looked online they  said to  update the firmware which i did and i did.. update my dongle but when i updated my headphones due to them being very low maybe 1 percent cause they wont charge more .. the update failed so it was impossible to  update so thats my doubt there… please i need help or otherwise im gonna just return them ,

This has been an issue since purchase, starting with A, then S and, now SPACE.  Sometime they work, other times not, and occasionally the SPACE doubles.

Hi, Since yesterday the touchpad on my laptop suddenly stopped working. I’ve tried the normal fixes, a.k.a. reinstalling the HID-drivers and the I2C-controller since I had a similar issue a while back, this time however nothing seems to help. Since I’m out of warranty I also have checked for battery bloat since I had Issues recently with that on a previous 2020 15-inch model. No bloat on the battery and the touchpad clicks just fine, physically atleast. Retracing the previous days I did note that the touchpad did seem slightly “delayed” when using it, but it still worked so I didn’t think more of it. Yesterday however, when I started the laptop, the touchpad now was unresponsive. During some simple testing today just before writing this I also noted that the physical clicks actually still register, but the touch-function in itself has stopped working. My take here is that it’s unfortunately hardware related, anyone has experienced anything similar or is sending it for service/just use

Many, many years ago, I got a razer ornata keyboard for a Christmas gift. I love this thing. It is RGB and beautiful and clicky-clacky, all things I look for in a keyboard.However. It is. Quite old. It’s a very functional keyboard - an AMAZING keyboard by all standards. It’s lasted for quite some time, after all! BUT all of the keys are… well, faded. The most-used keys? The alphabet, ‘enter’ and ‘shift’ and ‘ctrl’ buttons? They’re completely gone and unreadable.It’s been a while. I am almost confident this is not the ‘v3’ of the ornata.Anyway, I’m looking into a silicone mat or new keycaps or BOTH. I’m just wondering if the keycaps sold here on the website still fit the ornata despite it being an older version? Or if I might have some luck on Amazon (and a lot more options for customization. I’ve seen these REALLY CUTE kitty keycaps...)Just some advice on replacing these keycaps would be fantastic, so I can actually see my keys again. I type mostly by memory so it’s not the biggest of

 I've been having a problem with my mouse for over 2 months but I haven't been able to contact support in Brazil. The email address provided on the Razer Brazil website no longer works. I tried sending a message to that email address, but the response was: “The partnership between Grupo Multilaser and Razer has ended, and in order to continue receiving support for Razer products, the request must be made directly through Razer’s official support.”And I don't know what else to do since all the other ways to contact support are only for support outside of Brazil.

How do I get the Razer API?

The noise goes away when the LEDs are disabled and increases in intensity the brighter the LEDs get. I’ve tried the suggested ideas such as making sure it’s connected to the computer directly, enabled and disabled all the Chroma stuff, all software and firmware updates are applied. It is almost like a squealing capacitor. I’ve seen multiple reports of this problem but never a solution posted. I just bought the keyboard and want to keep it, but I can’t use it like this. Any other suggestions? Do you just live with it?

I just got my Huntsman Pro and it was working, but the Fn + Tab wasn’t working when following the instructions from the Quick Actuation Point Adjustment in the “quick start” card included with the keyboard.I didn’t realize this is by design for the “default” profile since some of that was mentioned in the fine print on the card, so I followed the steps mentioned in other questions on these support forums. This included:Removing the keyboard from device manager Factory reset using Space + Caps Lock + Esc Uninstalling Synapse and other Razer apps Restarting windows Reinstalling Razer apps/drivers Trying a different USB portThe issue is that after the factory reset, my keyboard stopped working and now just has a lighting pattern of “waving” through the colors from left-to-right. If I hit a key, the lights stop and do a “burst” pattern of green from the pressed key, goes dark, and then resumes the “waving” pattern.I wish there was a better “quick start” guide so I knew the default profile

While i play game Sometimes the mouse flicks randomly and sometimes the crosshair gets stuck even if i move the mouse for around 1 second. I cleaned the sensor and the connector and tried again but the flicking etc. Is still happening while i play,.

I just purchased this headset 3 days ago and it is already causing me issues. I have tried every troubleshooting step in the “How to resolve a headset with no sound, poor or no audio, or uneven audio balance” article, as well as updating my drivers and firmware and there has been no difference. This is really disappointing considering so many others seem to have the same problem. I would greatly appreciate an actual fix for this. 

i have used my deathadder v3 pro for more than 2 years, and now it got scroll wheel issues is there anyway i can send this mouse to razer for services even though its not on warranty anymore ? i dont mind paying for service fee

I bought a Huntsman v3 Pro TKL 8KHz keyboard around a week ago, and already I am having a really annoying problem. I bound the right arrow key to space bar to use for Geometry Dash. Today when I tried playing, I noticed that when I released the key and immediately started holding down again, the input appears to have registered twice. That is to say, when i let go of the button and immediately started holding it, the keyboard registers a light tap followed by the input where I hold it down. From what I have tested, it seems to only happen with the right arrow (which probably has registered more inputs than every other key) and when rapid trigger is enabled on the right arrow. No other key has this problem. Anyone know how to fix this?

I tried updating from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4 today. After the installation finished I tried to launch it but it never opened. Then I tried to run it as administrator and it still did not open. I thought using the repair tool might fix the issue, but it also did not. My next attempt was to reinstall it after using the Razer Driver Clean Up tool, but this also failed to open up the application after being done. The RazerAppEngine is not blocked by the firewall, and there is no RazerAppEngine in the task manager. Is there a solution?

So right after the update. Synapse 4 loads, but when I click on it, nothing happens for 30 seconds or so, then I get the pop up window to select, just navigating the screen is painfully slow.  My chroma effects all kick in and freeze.  Opening Chroma and selecting studio just a black box, and then it crash’s after about a minute.  Anyone else having this issue? Google says I should completely reload synapse 4 after every update, I do not accept this coarse of action.Thank you.
