Razer Synapse

while chroma does recognize the keyboard...… it choose to ignore it on the playgroundMy keyboard’s light is gone the second since I have installed Synapse 4 after my first try 3 or 4 months ago, expecting a different outcome - it didn’t. Now back to Synapse 3.Synapse 4 ain’t a beta version am I right Razer?

Hi All,Not sure if this should be in Synapse 4, support or Chroma forums, but I’ll start here. Have moved to synapse 4, and am having some issues.  Not sure if its me or the software.  Before I revert back to 3, which was working fine.  Checking in here for any solution Basically, when starting up - my Govee integration with chroma doesn’t trigger, until I launch chroma manually, and then it always defaults to “spectrum cycle”, which I want it set to “static” Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Synapse doesn’t appear to save my light settings properly either.  I have everything set to “wave”, and while it does wave, its not the same wave as if i manually set wave if that makes any sense?  Its like all the LEDS in the fans are not being detected.Anyway, anyone have any thoughts or similar issues (and suggested fixes) before I revert back to Synapse 3, which was working perfectly….. Thanks 

Has anyone tried multiple Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Controllers on Synapse 4?  I know Synapse 3 only sees and allows the management of one, with discussions of potentially adding more support after they enabled it for the Mouse Dock.

Ever since I downloaded Synapse 4, I have been plagued with the following problems:While mic monitoring is enabled, I can hear a faint echo of myself on a delay, on top of the existing intentional side tone. This means I hear myself twice, once the normal way, and again shortly after and quieter. It sounds like the “Listen to this device” feature in Windows input settings. While mic monitoring is enabled, my output volume is lowered to about half of its output. However, Windows and the Razer Synapse app say that its still at 100%. This makes everything super duper quiet.I have reinstalled Synapse SEVERAL times, going as far as getting more and more exhaustive with my removal methods. I first enlisted the official guide for reinstalling Synapse on Windows, but this did not resolve the issue. I downgraded to Synapse 3, and the issue was still occurring (Only the first issue, with the echo. The lower output volume does not exist after downgrading to Synapse 3). When this didn’t work,  I u

Trying to install Synapse 3 or 4 on Windows 10 and every time it installs Cortex. I have downloaded several times and still installs Cortex not Synapse 3 or 4…….

I'm having a problem setting up THX sound profiles in Synapse 4 for a Kraken V4 \ headset. The program has the ability to create separate game profiles and activate THX immersion mode, but when you change the profile for the game, the sound does not change.However, if you change the EQ settings or switch to a different general profile, the sound changes. I also installed the THX Spatial Audio software, and it has separate profiles for each game, including the THX immersive mode, working correctly.From the description of the headset, it follows that THX mode does not require the installation of additional software, everything must be configured via Synapse 4. However, I don't understand how to configure sound profiles in Synapse 4 properly to match THX\mode.Please help me solve this problem.

I installed the new Synpase 4 and saw that some settings my mouse were not working. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but it didn't work. Should I switch to Synapse 3?

Missing three digit in my Razer gold card 

this notification shows up every time i open the app the audio quality is sh*t and sometimes I get an output device named Blackshark v2 pro 2.4 and when i choose that everything is great but idk how to make it show up there is a Blackshark v2 pro (BT) option but when i choose that both the quality is bad and i cant use headsets mic with it. Please tell me how can i make “Blackshark v2 pro 2.4” option appear because its really annoying I have to waste an hour or something for a 160 euro headset ( I use an usb).

I just bought the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75%. After connecting it to my PC, Synapse gave me a popup for a new firmware update, which I applied to both the keyboard and the dongle. I then downloaded Synapse 4.Now, I can’t change the lighting or the little screen on the keyboard, and the FN+CTRL combination doesn’t work. After trying various fixes and restarting my PC, I uninstalled Synapse 4 and reverted to Synapse 3. The keyboard works fine now, and I can change the lighting using FN+CTRL + number. However, Synapse 3 doesn’t recognize my keyboard. It only give a popup to download Synapse 4.Interestingly, I had the same issue a week ago when I bought the Razer BlackWidow V4 full-size. The lighting didn’t work, and for some reason, the number 5 key was always blue. Because of that, I ended up returning it.Does anyone know a solution? What can I do?

There was an update to the Tartarus Pro, and now it no longers to any key inputs. I have raised this as a customer feedback with Razer. Has anyone else had this issue?

This one is the weirdest bug ive encountered in a program.Ill be talking on Discord and then out of nowhere nope jsut mutes me i have to reselect it in Discord to renable it Never once happened on Synapse 3

Only spectrum analyzing works in Croma Studio (and long before that i could use multiple effects on my Huntsman and Tartarus) the problem also existed in synapse 3 Secondly as you maybe noticed the comma and period and enter are not working

I am beyond lost trying to get my Fortnite to work with Chroma. The keyboard sometimes only goes white. Sometimes, it will turn the color of the profile I downloaded, but nothing is reacting when there are things happening in game. The profile seems to work in Windows, though. Synapse is so confusing with the different possibilities of options set for profiles. Do I enable the Fortnite app in Synapse or do I use the Chroma Visualizer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a Katana Psu is 1200w. I tried to connect its ARGB to the ASRock Razer co-branded Z690 mobo, but it quickly became loose, causing the cable to fall off. I also wanted to connect it to the Razer Chroma Controller, but it still did not appear in Synapse 4. The worst part is it doesn't even show up in the controller. It's just like a standard PSU.The PSU is in one of the two, but one has not been identified, and I'm not sure which. The other is empty.

Hi all,I am a Razer keyboard, mouse, mouse pad user, all of them have chroma support, I also have a Philips light strip hue gradient for my monitor. I cannot determine the capture areas of the LED strip in the Philips application, the software captures colors from certain areas according to its own mind, but I can specify the area I want it to capture in the Razer application.My problem starts exactly here, Razer is color capture does not give vibrant colors and the ambient colors are constantly flickering, it bothers the eyes even if I set the sharpness setting to the last setting.In Philips' own software, the colors are quite vibrant, very soft transitions are never disturbing even at 100% light and the sharpest setting, but the Philips software does not allow me to select a region. From here, I call out to the Razer software team, correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think I am wrong, so please revise this ambient mode and release the corrected version. Razer Synapse 4 on Windows 11 is not working.I did a clean install and while starting it is stuck at downloading.Same for Razer Chroma.Razer Synapse 4 is stuck at downloading 980/16 MBRazer chroma is stuck at downloading 94/3 MBAnybody faced issue like this.
