Well it's pretty simple. Razer.. Just tell us if you are going to make the 3.0 Synapse or all the Mac users can just stop right now to buy all your products and look for something else and don't waste any more time waiting for something that will never happen. Imagine all the people out there buying new products and after that finding out they cant use the full potential of it. Is like buying a new Ferrari with the engine of a car from the 80s.
Like in the title. If I hibernate manually and wake its ok, if I let my laptop hibernate on its own after 30 mins of sleep - it wakes showing no chroma profiles and reverts to spectrum cycling. Resetting doesnt help, I have to make a new chroma profile after I hibernate for longer. I've tried a clean reinstall and the problem still persists.
Ok, I've had enough now of this fucking bad mouse driver software! Installed a brand new high-end PC the recent days, Windows 10, everything fresh and new and what does the latest Razer FUCKING Synpase software do? It still fucking consumes up to 20% to 30% CPU IN IDLE, WHILE DOING NOTHING! Razer obviously doesn't care about this WELL KNOWN, very serious issue and costs us a lot of additional electricity because of their miserable software. This was the last time I bought a mouse or any other product from this company! I've tried every of the solutions that can be found on the web for this issue. None helped! There is no excuse for this company to still not having fixed this issue! I don't care about all the fancy shit they bloat their driver software with! I only expect a fast and efficient mouse driver! NOTHING ELSE! I also don't quite understand why I need to have SIX tasks (5x Synapse*.exe, 1 x GameManagerService) running for this mouse driver to work (and I only even installe
Hi i currently built a new pc. I heard of the chroma connect and tried to use as much nzxt products as possible (because they have the bes rgb lightning). I only did that because i thougt it would work with the beautiful razer synapse software(wich is my absolute favourite so). I downloaded connect installed it and found out that MSI Mystic lights doesnt work as well which isnt a big problem since i only have a graphics card that is supported by Mystic light. Also i searched for like 2 hours straight for a solution but there is no Information on any plattform but the uninformative blog from the Razer press. I know that NZXT isn't supported yet. So my answers are: - When will NZXT be supported? Because it was said that it will be suportet since july. - How can I conect Mystic light, since there is no option to anable chroma connect in the software. - And when will you make a good manual for the installation off third party products since the introduction in Synapse just isnt enough???
Hi, is it possible to get Hypershift work with SHIFT/ALT/CTRL. In my example, I use hypershift on keyboard to chance keybinds on razor mouse. For example, Numbers 1-4 and numbers 5-8 share same buttons, but 1-4 is without hypershift pressed, and 5-8 is with hypershift. Now I like to add modifier. SHIFT + 1 until SHIFT + 4 works fine. But the numbers 5-8 cant get combined with SHIFT or ALT or CTRL. I want to achieve(Examples): SHIFT + First Mouse Thumb Button => Shift + 1 ALT+ First Mouse Thumb Button => ALT+ 1 SHIFT + HYPERSHIFT + First Mouse Thumb Button => Shift + 5 ALT+ HYPERSHIFT + First Mouse Thumb Button => ALT+ 5 SHIFT/ALT/CTRL are correctly bound on hypershift layer on keyboard. Any ideas ?
I am again signal amplifying this issue that I have seen many Razer customers bring up repeatedly. Will Razer ever fulfill their promise to add "legacy" hardware support to Synapse 3? I have a Razer Orbweaver, and functionally the Orbweaver is not all that different from the current Tartarus and was still purchasable up until as recently as December 2019. The product in my opinion is on par quality wise with the Tartarus because it features mechanical keys, better adjust-ability (especially for larger hands) and one more main key where the Tartarus has the scroll wheel. The main issues I have with it is the Synapse 2 software is super buggy and looses sync with the device periodically and the only solution is to reboot the PC when that happens or the Chroma stops working. I feel like migrating it to Synapse 3 would solve A LOT of the issues I have with it. Not to mention there is more and more app support for Chroma, but only the Synapse 3 version. I would love to have my Orbweaver C
To preface - I'm a lifetime Razer product user. Every mouse I've ever used since the dawn of my realization that peripherals impact gaming has been a Razer product. That said... Where do I begin with this amazing piece of software you guys have developed for your customer base? I think the logical place to start is with your awesome resource utilization! Wouldn't you agree? A quick look at my Task Manager reveals that your MOUSE SOFTWARE requires the following resources just while running off a clean boot: - GameManagerService - 49.8MB - Razer Central Service - 26.5MB - Razer Synapse Service - 66.8MB - Razer Synapse Service Process - 16.7MB TOTAL = 159.8MB of RAM used just to run... wait for it... a mouse. I suppose I should be grateful that it doesn't take 160MB of RAM to run your mouse. Onwards to my other bone to pick. Can one of your wonderful "leaders" explain to me why I need to login to a friggin account on the internet to use the features of my mouse? These are not rh
Hello, i have Kraken Ultimate and yesterday i performed a clean Windows 11 installation on my computer in a attempt to fix the audio issues caused by the latest Razer Synapse update, even after format the computer and install the Windows again and the latest Synapse update from nov 16th i'm still facing audio issues, the quality of audio is good but when i go to watch videios or listen any songs on my computer, they have a little delay from the audio in the start of the video or music, i noticed that this issue is more frequently when i go to watch some videios on the youtube, i hope Razer fix this soon.
Hi. Going to dump my naga trinity as I have no intention of installing Beta Synapse 3.0 especially with all the problems I read of in this forum. Quite happy with Synapse 2.0 it works and handles the rest of my peripherals, keyboard, keypad, headphones, etc on a couple of machines here at home. I don't want to break those with driver conflicts. It's a pity because I really like this mouse. The snaps on sides are great when switching from Work to MMO to FPS. It's size fits my hand well, nice button position and unlike the 3 previous nagas I've owned the buttons seem to be lasting much better this time. Anyway my question is what alternatives would you suggest. If Razer it must be Synapse 2.0 compatible although I am now happy to consider alternatives going forward as there seems no end in sight for Synapse 3 completion.
Razer Viper Ultimate Cyberpunk mouse looks pretty on my desktop but there's no version of Razer Synapse that will run on my Mac running OS 12.4 and I can't find anything that says it will ever be supported on my platform. Why wouldn't you mention this in the product description? I wouldn't have spent the money if I knew it was barely supported. I can't change any of the regular mouse parameters (e.g. tracking speed) and can't use any of the chroma. Do I have this right?
I am missing the options screen from Synapse, specifically the option to turn off the splash screen at start up: Could you please bring this back? Currently it seems the only way to get rid of the splash screen is by deleting the software and switching to other peripheral manufacturers like Logitech or Corsair who use other, less intrusive software
Hey guys I'm dying here. A few years ago, i went out to buy a new gamning gear set, a keypad (orbweaver chroma), a keyboard (blackwidow chroma v2) and a mouse (Naga epic chroma). I bought all of them in the same brand, to unify configuration and sync lights and macros between the devices. At first all were good, except that when i tried to download drivers for the mouse, i were directed towards synapse 3 beta, that had no drivers for that mouse at all. I found that strange at the time but thought, ah well the Synapse 2 found the mouse, and all worked well. But then the driver update for the keyboard came, and forced me to install synapse 3 beta. And nothing worked together any more. Again i thought, ahh well synapse 3 is in full development so fortunately it won't be long before all 3 products are able to work together again. That was in 2017! What is going on? Why is Synapse 3 still beta? Why is all your products bought in stores 'legacy' and not included in synapse 3? Why are
Well their out and I own one (Mini). I use Nommo Chroma speakers with usb and they work pretty well with Synapse legacy. As the M1 matures and becomes the M1X or what ever in the future, more and more Mac users will become gamers. Then maybe Razer will look into more Mac support. If not someone else will....
Good morning, I've finally reached the final configuration of my Razer devices, and familiarized with Synapse 3 Controlling: I have: - Nari - Lancehead - Blackwidow Tournament Edition - Mousemat RGB Large - Base Station Chroma - Philips HUE Play - Nanoleaf Lightpanels Everything is perfectly harmonized in my "Synapse Studio" and I am able to select a common effect, working flawless. Now I want to: - switch everything off with one key - switch to a reduce hardware configuration, with one key (aka, no hue play). I've googled also the forum but I found nothing about it: I've not understood if I've to create a profile for each device, or use a macro .. Summering I would love to hit one key to switch between 1. ALL ON 2. ALL OFF 3. REDUCED DEVICES. Many thanks and best regards.
