Hello, so i have a problem with the latest Synapse Firmware update. Bevor the latest update everything worked fine. But after I updated the Software today, I cannot get a wireless connection with my keyboard (Deathstalker V2). The wired connection with the usb-cable still works. I also have the Razer Viper v2 pro which still works. Also these two devices are no longer recognized by the Synapse-Software and the drivers in the windows device manager are messed up. So when i try the keyboard only over the wireless connection i have two drivers for the viper v2 in the Windows device manager and as soon as i connect the keyboard to the usb cable i get the Deathstalker connected as seen in the pictures. Also when i completely deinstall the Synapse Software everything works fine. I get the keyboard and mouse in the device manager and the wireless connection works. But as soon as i install the Software everything gets messed up. So my guess is, that with the latest update, the wireless dongle
I had high hopes for the Razer Deathadder V2 Pro mouse, as I have heard great things about it from other gamers. But, the mouse lag issue was a major disappointment and made it difficult for me to use the mouse effectively. I had tried a number of different solutions before watching a video that offered some potential fixes through the Razer Synapse 3 software. Despite my initial skepticism, I decided to give it a try and installed the software. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a complete disaster. Not only did my mouse lag issue persist, but the installation of Synapse caused even more problems. My mouse stopped working altogether and even caused my entire PC to crash and blue screen. I am now left with a non-functional Razer mouse and a PC that is unstable. I am not sure what to do next and would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. The lag problem used to also happen with my Logitech G502, so it is not just a problem with the Raz
Recently bought myself a new Razer headset and ended up installing Synapse. But, gosh, Mixer tab is so annoying. Usually it adds new apps/games to thx spatial audio list just fine, which gives me a chance to manually change audio output to stereo, surround or smth...smth. BUT Synapse seems to never detect some games (like RE2 or RDR2), no matter how many times i open or close them. Why is there no way to manually link them? Not even gonna talk about random Synapse crashes after closing or opening apps. I did try a clean reinstall of razer synapse a few times, same result.
Hi, I have a Razer Blackwidow 2014 and have just purchased a Razer Naga Trinity. However, they both require different versions of the Synapse software to configure. The Blackwidow keyboard works on Synapse v 2.21 whilst the Naga works with Synapse v 3.4.... Am I missing something to get both devices to be configured using a single piece of software or do I have to have both softwares installed? Only having the one piece of software was one of the reasons I bought another Razer product.... Thanks
Looking to purchase a wireless adapter so I can run my Kaira pros to my PC. I have a wired version the black sharks and love the sound. I would like to go totally wireless. Will razer synapse still work with this product through the adapter? Will the sound be as good? If not, is it possible to buy the same wireless dongle that is used for the Blackshark and use it for the Kaira?
I'm surprised that Razer has made the strategic decision to abandon 15% of the new computer market, and not support Macs. I run a medium size company that uses Macs only, and we have found over the last 5 years that almost every vendor has significantly increased their support for Mac computers. Razer is the only one I've found that is discontinuing their Mac support. Synapse 2 was marginally supported, and is not supported on the latest 2 OS versions. Synapse 3 is not available. I assume that Windows computers must make up a large percent of the gaming market, but I personally know multiple Mac gamers (mostly on WoW) who are moving away from Razer devices, or moving to open source driver projects.
I've got me one Razer tertarus , then realized that Windows is only seeing it as a part of the main keyboard ( as it represent the left side of the main keyboard) not as a new set of keys, so you can only assign a key or combination of modifier and key to each button , that mean the possibility of sending order while typing on the main keyboard still there. I couldn't solve this problem in the Razer software itself. I don't know if any other member in community is using it in a different way. I'm looking for a way to use it as additional keyboard (for hotkeys and shortcuts) and let Windows deal with it as an additional set of keys ( so you'll have the 104 your PC keboard keys + the keypad kays which mean no more in interference, no more shortcut triggering while you moving typing : say I have a shortcut Shift+s that mean any time i type S capital letter using the combination Shift+s it will trigger me shortcut ) anyone of community have an insight about this issue pls?!
Hi, I don't seem to find any answer to my question, so I'll it ask here : I use a key holding to change profile, I press my key and once on the 2nd profile (key still down), I would like to recover my key (read by the 2nd profile). Like I hold key 16 on the first profile to go on the 2nd one. Once on the 2nd profile, key 16 is Alt and key 17 is tab. So I just hold key 16 (to change profile and press Alt) and press key 17 as much as i want to navigate with my windows. Thanks, Peter
Synapse is single-handedly the worse piece of legitimate software that I have ever installed. For the last two years: There's a 50/50 chance that Synapse will crash on Windows startup. I have to regularly reinstall the program for it to function at all. During gameplay, the pointer can get "stuck" on the screen. Synapse regularly has seizures and crashes. I've never had these issues with cheap gaming mice from China. Honestly, I'm hoping my mouse will die so I can finally uninstall Synapse for good. If you never have these issues, you are a truly blessed gaming soul. Enjoy your shiny mouse.
I just got the Razer Mamba Elite works great am happy with it but i dont like that i cant edit or add light effects to it because I am a IMAC USER and if Razer can get razer synapse 3 by This december on christmas that will be great and I would really enjoy using my mouse.
Hi, I've recently purchased the Razer Naga Pro, and while I enjoy the lighting while I'm using it, I'd rather not have them on while I try to sleep. I can't find an option to turn them off when I've turned off my computer. I've looked around a fair bit for solutions, the main two repeated being either turning off the USB power while PC is off and Synapse 3's "Switch off lighting: when display is off". Neither work for me, as I need the mouse to charge, and Synapse's settings only work if the mouse is not docked. Has anyone found a solution for this issue? Thanks.
Hello, I just bought a brand new Huntsman V2 TKL. When plugged in, it auto-popped the Synapse software and congratulated me that the Huntsman V2 TKL keyboard was successfully connected. After Synapse was installed, there was however NO device listed. I tried every USB port, reinstalled Synapse 3 many times, used the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool, reinstalled my Windows 10... nothing worked. The keyboard is still not detected by Synapse. Other devices such as my Razer DeathAdder Elite get detected by Synapse without any issues. Why can Synapse not detect the keyboard? I also unplugged the keyboard many times, doesn't help. What can I do to resolve this issue? I cannot use any of the functionality that I paid for (polling rate, colors, macros etc.). Thank you. I hope that this is solvable...
Hi, I recently noticed that Synapse 3 (and Synapse 2 as well) constantly writes to disk saving logs in various files. I found these paths for now: ProgramData/Razer/GameManager/Logs ProgramData/Razer/RazerCentral/Logs ProgramData/Razer/Synapse/Logs (probably Synapse 2, but still annoying since I'm using both) I did not find an option to disable logging, and would love to, since it's a CONSTANT write operation on my C drive that I do not want happening. Apart from the constant writing, the issue is that these folders just keep growing. Older logs are not auto-deleted, they just keep piling up. I just reinstalled Windows about a week ago and we are already at about 250MB of logs file alone, insanity. I would rather avoid having to fiddle with folder permissions/security/ownership to stop these logs. Please just give an option in the general settings to disable this feature. Thanks.
Okay. You can't toggle hypershift on or off, so I've been trying to create a macro to hold it down for me so I could use the turbo function on my left click. I figured out that doesn't work because the button it's trying to hold down is no longer that button, it's Hypershift now, and you can't bind to that. So after wondering for a bit, I've found the answer! I know some of you already know this, but this is for the noobs like me that had no idea: Bind left click to you wheel click of something other than left click. Then chance left click from default to mouse function, select left click, and turn on the turbo to however many clicks per second you want. Rebind mouse wheel to default and bingo! You've got yourself a turbo left click without Hypershift at all. I highly suggest making a button combination to switch between a profile with auto click and one without, because it gets kind of annoying having to change it manually whenever you're not in game, or when you just don't want it.
Writing to help anyone facing this issue I had issue where suddenly FN key stopped working and I wasn't able to use all FN functionalities on blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed. After checking BIOS, reinstalling device drivers or checking for any custom profiles/bindings on the keyboard, none of them worked. Found that FN key stops working when Razer Synapse starts. Anytime I kill the Razer Synapse app, the FN key starts working properly. Solution: Completely reinstalling Razer Synapse and other Razer software's fixed the issue for me
I am using the trinity thumb pad to bind inspiration keys (think potions), and would love to be able to bind each key's color to the same color as the inspiration -- green for heal, blue for endurance, yellow for accuracy etc. I can't find a way to do that in the software, so consider this a combination of "how to?" post and suggestion for future functionality. If anyone knows how to work this bit of magic, please enlighten me (see what I did there?). Thanks. Janrith
Prior to following this guide from user: Avaddon - https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/649829?answerId=646433022#646433022 I had similar issues to most people. After updating the OS Synapse 2.0 was unable to recognise the device. I followed Avaddon's guide and to my surprise the software detected the mouse. However, I was unable to assign buttons using the keyboard function. No buttons I pressed were recognised and the 'ok' button was greyed out. +The basic functions were still working, of course. But you don't spend hundreds of pounds on a mouse, which has more than 12 buttons, to use it for its 'basic' functions. I'm wondering if the keyboard security function, brought about by the Big Sur update, is preventing this and question if there is another command which would help bypass/allow its free use. I hope I made sense! Sorry and thank you :( Product: Razer Naga Trinity
