Razer Synapse 4

Synapse 3 used to have a camera app that worked for my laptop.  After upgrading to Synapse 4 I can’t get the darn thing to show up and Windows 11’s camera app doesn’t allow me to switch between front & forward facing camera modes. Any one got an idea on how to fix it? P.S. Razer….32 apps later, multiple registrations, a requirement to activate my product….your entire process here is a waste of peoples time and confusing as hell.  You need to stop thinking about support crap and focus on user experience.

I dont see it listed as being supported? It does show up in Synapse 4 but you cant rotate the light strips. I knows its a bit of an old piece of hardware but its FAR superior when it comes to monitor backlighting and i strongly prefer it over the wireless light strip kit i also have. Can we get this added please?!!

I recently bought a Razer pro click mini mouse. I have set up some function keys for the mouse on Razer Synapse 4 software. The functions are very unstable, especially the left and right buttons of the mouse wheel. I have updated the firmware to the latest version but the situation has not improved. What should I do?

Hi,I’ve bought a Yeelight lightstrip PRO + 2 bulbs W3 and installed Razor softwares. It works but all my Yeelight products are with only one color at a time. In Synapse 4, Yeelight devices are seen as only one device.Is it as designed ? I was thinking to be able to distribute in the studio each buld and strip.Because I don’t understand how youtube video of gamer rooms are done with a lot of lights. Does another brand can separate devices ? Also, strip led can’t be managed with individual leds ?Thank you

I recently purchased the BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) headphones and have been exploring the various features offered by Razer Synapse 4. One feature I was particularly excited to try was the dedicated esports profiles with THX Spatial Audio. However, after some investigation, I discovered that it is currently not possible to utilize these profiles for gaming.I believe this is a missed opportunity, as THX Spatial Audio offers a significant enhancement to the gaming experience, especially in competitive titles like Fortnite and Valorant, where the precision of sound localization is crucial. The ability to more accurately locate footsteps and gunshots could mean the difference between victory and defeat.Additionally, I would like to suggest greater flexibility in audio profile configuration. It would be highly beneficial to be able to select THX Spatial Audio as the audio output for different applications. For example, when opening Spotify, I would like the music mode with THX Spatial Audio

Within 6 hours of last using my Tartarus V2 and Synapse 4 the bindings of all my profiles have been wiped/reset. There was no Windows update between these the last time the bindings were present and the next time I used it. EDIT: Managed to salvage some of them from an old export. So the age old advice, back your stuff up! This is another annoying issue that has reared its face with version 4.  Report has already been filed through feedback. Synapse 4.0.86.2411140347

I'm using Mamba Elite, Razer huntsman and Firefly. When Im afk in game but leave pc on, its nice for these lights to shut themselves off but this is no longer the case for a few days now. Ive searched around but tbh people just say lights remain off after shutdown which is not my issue. Just the idle option. I have tried the display off option but i think it works with sleep mode and i dont want sleep mode on my pc, really just trying to see why the idle options is broken

Hi,I am using a Viper V3 Hyperspeed and Synapse 4. On-the-fly sensitivity function does not work correctly. It works correctly only in Synapse 3.I assign it to a side button (i.e. button 4 on the side) and then hold down that button. When I move the mouse wheel up or down, DPI status appears in the bottom right but:The bar is not visible and does not respond to mouse wheel up or down Mouse sensitivity is instantly changed to 30,000 and stays there regardless The Sensitivity DPI box shows blank even though it is at 30k This is extremely frustrating as on-the-fly sensitivity is important for FPS games. Any fixes on the horizon? Mouse firmware has also been updated to the latest version.   

Good morning, I can't access my account because it says it is temporarily blocked for 20 minutes, but even after the time it's still the same, I can't change my information because it has 2-factor verification linked to the phone, because I ended up losing the number , but I have access to Google linked to the account, I would like to be able to change the account number information.... obs. I can access it in the browser, but I can't access it in the application.

After updating the app, the volume rocker becomes scroller and can not be adjusted. (In synapse it still shows volume control, but it becomes the scroller on mouse.) Also, the play/pause button stops working. (in synapse, it still shows play/pause.)If I uninstall the app, the keyboard becomes normal again, but I can not adjust lighting and other settings.

Hello, Got the Cooling Pad, Synapse 4. Pad got detected and S4 module installed.Upon reboot and Synapse 4 startup, CPU and GPU temps (and percentages) are correctly detected. After a few minutes, the values will get stuck and the fans will keep their stuck values RPMs no matter what happens to the CPU & GPU temps. Also, a minor nitpick, there seems to be a Chroma segment (no. 2 out of 18) on the lighting bar that has a mind of its own and can’t be synced with the other.

synapse keep showing set default input and output device  warning and reset settings.  but it is default and set. how to fix this? any help

Synapse 4 can’t assign the same .exe file of a program in different Folders.Synapse 3 was able to.When will Synapse 4 will be able to link to games with the same name in different Folders?

With purchase of deathstalker v2 pro I updated to synapse 4 and immediately started regretting it because issues started arising one after another. With synapse 4 running the keyboard suffers occasional keys spam which is evident in gameplay. Not only that, but my basilisk fails to register sensitivity changes made through buttons (sensitivity clutch, stages up/down), or registers them but in a very delayed manner. The issues persist only with synapse running and in wireless mode; I have both devices connected over hyperspeed but when connected wirelessly and separately the issues remain.I have updated firmware for both peripherals and even after reverting to Synapse 3 it seems like the issues persist so I’m really at a loss right now. I know this is extremely specific, but I just wanted to see if anyone else had a problem like this because I tried to look it up and no one else seems to have this problem?

If I'm not mistaken, one of the proposals of Synapse 4 (formerly Synapse Beta) is to make better use of modules independently. This leads me to believe that it makes better use of the processor's extra cores. Therefore, I think that the macro module can also make better use of the processor's extra cores.Given that a game uses a maximum of 8 processor cores, I imagine that other programs, such as Razer Synapse 4 could better use the extra cores.Now, imagine a Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7985WX that has 64 cores and 128 threads.We would have the possibility of creating immensely more robust macros and, even better, parallel macros without losing performance.Of course, I'm considering here the most extreme case I could think of. But imagine having the freedom and option of being able to control 4 or more characters at the same time, for example in the game Overcooked!.Imagine the freedom and security you could have to perform such bold and complex movements that would give you the feeling of

When I adjust the sound settings of my BlackShark V2 Pro 2020 headset in Synapse 4, nothing happens. However, when I use the THX program, the settings change This is my first time buying a Razer product and I'm really disappointed. I wanted to get a high-quality product that I could use without issues, but this problem has really frustrated me😡

Synapse v4 does not support it yet, but it supports older models - will support ever be added? 

I can not rotate my light strips in Synapse 4 for my HDK, this isnt going to work for me since i have 4 strips around the back of my monitor for ambient effects in games. I hope this can be fixed, i have tried Synapse 4 several times hoping it was fixed but its not...

Got my kraken v4 pro this weekend. I’ve created profiles in Synapse 4, but my haptics settings won’t save per profile. I hate haptics in music and want conservative haptics for movies/TV. I like more haptics in games, but different games get different profiles. But any change in haptics settings in one profile immediately changes it for all profiles. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

So the Razer Chroma RGB Studio app is awesome, but I have one small gripe:Why can’t I put the keyboard on the mouse mat the same way I can do with the mouse?When I try to drag it on it it only goes above or below it, and it definitely fits.Am I missing something? 

Razer Synapse 4 currently keeps losing the internet connection.  Although I am connected by ethernet to the internet - it thinks I am not - Please see the screenshot: Does anyone have a solution?

Synapse 4 after update issue with razer nommo v2 pro. Razer nommo v2 pro Tab is blank. Restart doesn’t help. Speakers working but can’t change the settings, light and etc. Anybody with same issue or similar?

When I use my mouse dongle pairing my mouse(DeathAdder V3 Pro) and my keyboard(BlackWidow V3 Hyperspeed), I can not control the lighting of my keyboard. If I use each device's dongle separately then each device works fine. I have never seen this problem in Synapse 3. It seems like I am not alone. 

Razer Kraken V3 Pro showing in Synapse 4, but page not loading so its just grey. But with my keyboard and mouse everything is ok.Anyone know how to fix it?

Due to the large population of RAZER product users in Poland, we Polish gamers would like to ask for a translation of Razer Synapse 4 into Polish!?
