Razer Synapse 4

When I turn on my PC every time and I open razer synapse, the program doesn’t detect my Razer Blackshark V3 unless I unplug and then plug back in the USB dongle. What should I do? 

The cooling pad does not work after the firmware update. Only the red light blinks, it doesn't check the temperature, and it doesn't work at all. I deleted and reinstalled Synapse 4 and even formatted the PC. What on earth was this update for? Please take quick action.

I can't add any games to Linked Games. The games are visible in the list (under the + button), but nothing happens when I click the "ADD" button. If you have problems:BSOD randomly due to kernel level issues. Any browser web pages crashing with SYSTEM_ACCESS_VIOLATION error. Any programs (especially games) may be random crashed without a specific reason.And also:Laptop with intel cpu 13th or 14th gen. Any updates for system / firmware / drivers / programs - not solved issue. System tools dism / sfc / chkdsk and RAM memory scans - not found any problem.Then most likely next actions will help you fix these problems. TL;DR:Install Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (only Windows 10+). Go to "Advanced View", then to "Advanced Tuning". Set "Performance Core" values so that the panel on the right displays the values as in the screenshot for the underlined parameters, and click "Apply".That's all you need to fix it. So as the title says, these are what I am using. I am setting up a default profile and I realize this mouse only has 1 onboard memory. That being said I have to ask, how do I save a single profile to the onboard memory. I have 3 profiles but I m only using one, but in synapse 4 I see no icon or anything to “save to memory” like I’ve seen in synapse 3.As some back history, I am dual booting Linux and windows. While the keys default to the profile I pick which is default from the factory, all numbers to its corresponding mouse button number. Greetings, since I started using Razer Synapse 4, and unrelated to living in Türkiye, I've been experiencing issues with the macro section. Previously, I could set delays like 0.002, but after adding a period (.), it started directly printing 0. This was resolved by changing the decimal point grouping and the decimal symbol to a period (.) or comma (,) in the additional region settings in Windows' region settings. Today, when I tried to create macros again, the same problem occurred, even though it was happening yesterday. This is really frustrating me. I kindly request that the administrators allow me to create delays here like in the Synapse 3 macro system. Otherwise, I'll go crazy. I need these macros for my work, but I can't seem to figure it out. Please help!

Hi everyone,I've been experiencing multiple serious issues with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed running Synapse 4 on Windows 11. I've already had the headset replaced once – the problems are identical on the new unit, which confirms this is a software/firmware issue, not a hardware defect. 1. Dongle not recognized on startupWhen I turn on the headset, it is frequently not detected by Synapse or Windows. I have to physically unplug and replug the HyperSpeed dongle to get it recognized. This happens consistently and is reproducible.2. Volume extremely low until a profile is selectedEvery time I power on the headset, audio is barely audible until I manually switch to or re-select a profile in Synapse 4. Only then does the correct volume apply. This happens on every startup.3. Microphone randomly stops workingThe microphone frequently fails to pick up audio. Hi there,posting this because the usual “clean reinstall / use the Razer cleaner / check services” advice did not fix anything.Issue:Razer Synapse 4 stopped loading correctly on Windows startup. The Razer tray/container starts, but Synapse itself does not fully launch. Opening Razer manually shows that Synapse is not running or only partially initialized.What I already tried: Full uninstall of the Razer package Razer cleaner tool Fresh reinstall Windows Fast Startup disabled Razer Elevation Service set to Automatic for testing Task Scheduler delayed startup None of that fixed the real issue.What the logs show: RazerAppEngine.exe is running. I would like to report a reproducible issue with the Razer Tartarus Pro on Synapse 4. After a cold boot, the Tartarus Pro fails to output default keyboard binds and custom keyboard binds. The device is still detected by Synapse 4, profile switching appears to work, and macros can still work. Keyboard-output binds do not function until the Tartarus Pro is unplugged and reconnected. The issue appears to occur when the previous shutdown was initiated using Windows shutdown.exe with a timeout value greater than zero, for example: shutdown /s /t 60 Microsoft documents that when the shutdown timeout period is greater than 0, the /f parameter is implied. Microsoft also documents /f as forcing running applications to close without warning users. The issue does not appear to occur when using a full shutdown with no timeout, for example: shutdown /s /t 0Windows commands - shutdownThis suggests the issue may be related to Synapse 4 or the Tartarus Pro driver stack not handling Windows forced app

Hello, after installing Razer Synapse 4 and uninstalling Synapse 3, I encountered an issue where the Chroma profile does not switch to the one set in the Linked Games tab/module when launching a game. Have someone else encountered this problem or is that just me? And do you have solution for it?Thanks! 

someday i installed razer synapse 4. it was perfectly working for over a half year. one day my hedephones razer blackshark v2 didnt connect to the pc(they were working but i couldnt change setting). after some time synapse stoppped opening. i delete all files connected to the razer and set my pc to factory setting(with all my files). i reinstalled synapse and it still doesnt open. i did all things from guide on youtube and it didnt help. my website version of synapse also doesnt see my devices(basilisk v3 and blackshark hyperspeed v2)

Everytime I press the mute button on my headset, my mic volume drops to 0.I’ve seen that a lot of people have this issue and although I tried everything to fix this problem, there is no solution yet so I’m waiting for Razer to correct it…

Dear Razer Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset microphone.Details of the problem:  - When Razer Synapse is uninstalled, the microphone works normally.  - Once Synapse is reinstalled, the microphone stops working completely.  - I have already updated both the headset and dongle firmware to the latest versions.  - The device is recognized by Windows, but the microphone input remains at zero.  Could you please advise on further troubleshooting steps or provide a patch to resolve this issue? Just bought a new Barracuda Pro headset and a Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse. Whenever I launch installer for Synapse, I get Server Access Unavailable. Went through all of the troubleshooting steps found online with no luck. Tried to updated BIOS, turn VPN on/off, turn Firewall & Windows defender ON / OFF,  add exceptions etc to firewall, change IPV4/IPV6 settings,  launching installer through earlier versions, trying to install other razer apps first (can’t install anything, same error every time), made sure network drivers and windows is updated, tried wired connection, tried mobile hotspot, WIFI, removed all razer devices and their drivers. Probably forgot to mention a few more since I’ve been at it for hours.Literally nothing seems to make a difference and at this point I’m losing hope which is a shame since there’s so much of the headset features locked behind Synapse and I just bought them today. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Razer Synapse 4 just randomly crashed on my PC a few days ago, and since then, no matter how many times i reinstall it, it crashes on launch every time, and i think it is because it doesn't have the services that it needs to work. It only ever installs the Razer Elevation Service, and I think it cant install them because it can't get the services package from assets.razer.com, or something. It also just doesn't install the C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer Services\ folder on my PC. Does anyone having a working synapse 4 installation and has this folder so i can install it through cmd or powershell? Maybe through google drive or something. 

Since the update V4.0.86.2605190956 of Razer Synapse on Windows, the button 9 of the Razer Naga V2 Pro mouse cannot be modified at all. Here’s what button 8 looks like, what is expected: And here is button 9. Notice that the turbo function simply isn’t present: Since turbo was activated prior to this update, it still works. However, this update changed something in the behavior which make the function behave extremely herratically. To fix it I had to tone down the turbo on the button 8 for scrolling up. However, due to this bug I cannot do the same for button 9. A partial fix comes in the way of closing Razer Synapse completely. Even though both of these function uses Razer Synapse, closing it seems to make it behave non-herratically as it did before. However, I change between two profile often so having to re-open Razer Synapse, change profile and close it again is not convenient at all.

I'm experiencing an issue after logging into Razer Synapse. There's an undeletable default app profile that seems permanently saved in the cloud. It syncs back to my local device every time I log in, and it sometimes prevents me from adding new profiles.

Tired of using Rawaccel every time I turn on my PC I need to open the program. I want to ask you guys when is Razer going to enable me to fix the rotation of my mouse? Or the hardware is limited and the Razer programmers will not make my Deathadder v3 Pro have mouse rotation? I already sent two feedbacks months ago and still no mouse rotation feature. I need to know so I can make up my mind to buy another mouse with mouse rotation built in.

You ruined my ability to make lighting profiles. Haptics have been a huge mess. I'm done. Can't take the abuse of the new Razer. My Razer mouse indicates 2 states via LED: 1. Awaked from sleep and no Synapse detected (Spectrum Cycling LED) 2. Synapse detected and just linked teh mouse (Switched profile’s color LED)Issue: My Razer BASILISK V3 X HyperSpeed does totally not remember my customized DPI and every awaking from sleep reverts its DPI to default. (400/800/1600/3200/6400 DPI) Then Synapse 4 applies my customized DPI list to my mouse again but it spends about 5 secs until the DPI reapplied so it makes me goes mad.The mouse works cool but its software’s awful and completely spoiling customer experiences.Do NOT tell me to update or reinstall Razer Synapse.

Hello all,On one of my PC Synapse 4 is not starting up properly.  During the startup phase, it is downloading files but it doesn’t complete.  It downloads files non-stop reaching 50 000 % + and keep rising. I have all the latest update of Windows 11and without any razer devices connected but it is always bug at this place. Anyone encounter this and have a workaround? Thank you!
