I don’t know why this started happening, but my dongle just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting when I plug it in. I’ve tried to use other USB ports, but the same issue still happens.When I plug it in, a continuous disconnection sound happens within a 0.5 - 1 second frame. If there are any fixes or suggestions on what to do, I would greatly appreciate it!!

Hello, I have a Razer V2 Pro Wireless gaming mouse and my PC is not detecting the dongle. I have tried all steps available online. I have tried using different ports, updated the mouse, but the dongle is not being detected at all. When I plug in the adapter to my PC it does not make the sound of a device being plugged in. Unfortunately, my warranty has expired. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?Thank you!

I'm trying to find a workaround because my default output device is set to the Razer Black Shark Pro, but I never had this issue before. I had it connected through my setup, and I could still adjust the options, but now I can't do anything. Does anyone know how I can work around this and get the output working fine through Voicemeeter? I also want to be able to use the options in Razer Synaps  

I can use the keyboard using the dongle and the wired USB connection. But when using Bluetooth there is only blinking, and the keyboard won't work. Windows 11 says it is connected , but it just isn't working. Removing it doesn't help, updating software doesn't help. Tried all the “solutions” with regards to Bluetooth connections. 

Hey essentially with my old krakens, I used to be able to change where the sound came from to personalize it. It says you can do it when I open synapse 4 but the button called “configure” isn’t showing up.

Hi hi. I find posts about blackshark headsets’ potentiometers but each post never seems to have a solid solution.I have had a blackshark v2 x for quite some time now and the left / right audio output isn’t balanced with the potentionmeter (volume knob). Especially the right side being softer than the left. I don’t really want to buy new headphones because the quality is still top notch, I just dislike the one ear being louder than the other ear the most of the time. I’ve not a single damaged wire either, I checked  inside, it is all the potentiometer.I’d like to know what are the solutions (if any) that have been found.I know of sodering a new ( P140KH ) potentiometer and contact cleaner spray with low pressure air but that seems to be all that I can find.Any others?

For context, I’ve had this headset since Christmas, been using it on a Windows 11 laptop and it’s been working fine, but as of yesterday the headset has stopped showing up under my input devices tab in the sound settings, so I’ve been unable to use the mic at all. I don’t know whats happened or if I’m just being stupid, but could someone please help me out?

so my headset dropped of like half a meter from my bed and now the power button is all loose and doesn't click at all what can I do?

Anyone else having trouble activating snap tap mode while using on board memory? i dont like to have synapse open in background so i use on board memory but i am unable to use snap tap mode without synapse being open.

I’ve followed various forum posts in an attempt to install the first firmware update to get my BIOS from 1.00 to 1.04.I’ve done the following:Disabled all Device Security Settings (Core Isolation, Memory Integrity, Local Security Authority protection, Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist)Disabled all Real-time scanningTurned off completely bitlocker (no drives encrypted)Disabled Secure Boot, Fast BootPerformed multiple attempts of disabling driver signing on boot and running firmware updateUpdated to the latest Intel firmwareI cannot get this firmware to load. When I click on the loader and give it admin rights, when I hit update and the progress bar jumps and then it reboots.I was able to update the EC / Keyboard firmware without issue. At this point I’m almost ready to give up. Any thoughts?

Hello there, everyone! So, uh, now that the Huntsman V3 line is out, with those fancy new Gen-2 Analog Optical switches, I’m wondering if Razer plans to release a new version of/upgrade to the Tartarus Pro with the aforementioned switches. I’d really love it if they did, but hey, can’t win ‘em all… Another question: are there schematics available for Razer’s keycaps? Asking because I plan to use some of those measurements to make a modified version of those keycaps. Last, but not least: what models from the regular line of keyboards and mice are the Pro Type and Pro Click based on? I’m quite curious. Thanks! :-)

I activated the 7.1 SS on my Razer Blackshark V2 X, but when i had to choose the device i think i put the wrong one and now in the settings it says that my headphones have the Microsoft Audio, while my speakers have the 7.1 SS by Razer, i dont even use the speakers anymore.How to change the device for 7.1 SS? 

I am thinking about buying the Razer Enki gaming chair. I've had a shop around and can't really find much for gaming chairs that I like - I like the bucket seat look and prefer to move away from my tatty office chair - and the Enki looks like a good fit.I'm 188cm (~6ft2), and not sure if it's good for someone over 6ft - my current chair isn't very comfortable because I'm too tall for it - arm rests don't go out wide enough is the biggest annoyance at the moment. I also work from home a decent amount so spend a lot of time in my chair. 

Will the blackwidow v4 pro green switch nordic layout be available again?

I’ve already registered my Razer Kaira X headset. But they only sent me an email that said product registration complete. I didn’t see any activation code for 7.1 surround sound.
