The Razer Armory

I’ve had my Razer black shark v2 pro headset about 10 months ago now and today the right hinge just broke while I was getting it off my head, It has never been damaged or dropped it or anything and I allways treated this headset with extra care because of how much i adored them. Is there a fix for this or a way to buy another hinge to put on? I’ve noticed a few people with similar issues but found no resolutions to it or a response from razer.

Just got a razer blade 2022 15 inch i7 12800h 3080ti ddr5 32gb 4800mhz ram 240 qhd screen off ebay for 1200 after shipping in great condition - feel like I got a pretty good deal on it seeing they are all retaining for 1500+ stillI'm still waiting to recieve it in the mail but more of just curious and to feed my excitementHow's this thing performing in 2025?

Hello there Guys and Gals. I need some suggestions form you experts. My Wife is so creative and she makes almost everything Crafting like Sublimating Shirts/Cups, Print Vinyl designs for shirts, Party Favors, etc. So she first designs then prints. She is not a professional on designing but she has learned over the years and in my opinion her work is very good and she keeps growing.The problem is she is working on a very cheap HP laptop with the worst limitations: Ridiculous Display, non upgrade-able RAM and CPU is slow under pressure. I feel so sad watching her working on a project for hours when it should take her only 30 minutes because of the stupid Laptop she works with. I recently purchased a MacBook Pro and we were thrilled with the display quality and how true the colors show in the display however, I returned it because she didn’t like the IOS and the way Apple limits the user in some ways. So I want to buy her an IBM laptop and I have read Razer is the one comparable to Apple.

Whenever I try to press a key it won’t input anything and whenever I press fn it only lights up the numbers 1-5 which it normally doesn’t

Recent updates to Razer Synapse has bricked the 2.4 GHz wireless dongle of almost every Razer Nari Ultimate headset. I’ve been using the headset for almost 3 years now and the dongle suddenly gave up working one fine day. I am seeing on this forum that multiple Razer Nari Ultimate users have been facing the same issue very recently.The issue:The dongle does not get detected by the PC nor does it connect with the headset. It very rarely gets detected but immediately disconnects as soon as I try to play any sound from the PC.The headset itself works fine when it is connected via the 3.5mm jack. So this is most definitely a software issue that partially bricked the dongle from connecting/updating firmware. Using the 3.5mm jack cable is really infuriating as it defeats the whole point of buying a wireless headset. The headset also doesn’t get recognised on Synapse, therefore none of the features(such as Haptics, Game/Voice audio control, Mute button) work even though they are right there a

So I have an odd issues were the black shark's volume mixer doesn't affect the windows media controls until I unplug then plug in the dongleThis problem seems to happen every time I restart the PC does anyone know of any potential fixesI have tried fully uninstalling the razer software / drives and then reinstalling themI have even tried fully wiping my windows install and starting from scratch but nothing seems to be fixing this issueany help would be appreciated

My mouse just stopped working. No light turns on tried many batteries NOTHING. I don’t understand it randomly just went. I am so confused it seems it just stopped? Nothing shows that it has any electricity running through at all. Is it just fr broken bec those batteries worked in everything else 😭

I am asking this question prior to giving up and returning the Tartarus Pro,  but i would like to get it working if possible as it would be a great addition to my system. I have been able to get the joystick function to work in Space Marine 2 (on Steam) but no keys function. So what am i doing wrong….   I haveI have Joystick set to 4 way from 8 wayturned off computer and re set    (this got the joystick working) I have turned off Steam control and reset computer I have turned on Steam control and reset computer I have done this on pre load of of the game also. I can see the Tartarus in Steam as a controller but it thinks it an Xbox controller ???  i have synapse (4) I have used original synapse settings I have remapped keys to alphanumeric and mapped to a key press Not sure what I am doing wrong or how to find a solution...   Looking to use Joy Stick for movement  (to stop me smashing the W key all the time)  also to free up fingers for key presses as required.  As to keep walking forw

I’ve been using a Razer Core X Chroma with a Dell XPS 13 laptop and Radeon RX Vega GPU, and have been enjoying it. I recently shuffled the Core X Chroma around while dealing with some cords, and it stopped being responsive with my computer. I tried switching to a different cable (Razer thunderbolt cable) and still no response. Then I tried with a different laptop (Zenbook 14 UX3405) and still no response. The PSU fan turns on when I connect it to a laptop, but other than that, there’s no power or ethernet or monitor connection happening. I checked with a multimeter and the PSU seems to be working. Has anyone experienced this before?

This is a feedback, so I don’t really know the right way to submit feedback to the razer team.I really like razer blade gaming laptops, but my only issue with the keyboard is that it doesn’t have “page up” (pg up) and “page down” (pg dn) keys on the “up” and “down” navigation keys respectively and I would like to use them.So, to the razer team, Please I would like these keys “pg up” and “pg dn” keys to be added on those navigation keys I’ve mentioned above for all razer blade laptop series.

I am an owner of every iteration of razers wolverine controller line for Xbox. And I really want to continue that trend. However after owning an elite series 2 controller I now have some accessibility concerns where it concerns the Wolverine v3 and v3 pro.  Mainly in when remapping buttons to the paddles.  Is it possible via update for you guys to implement the ability to map right and left stick directions. This would not only be a great help to me for my uses but I imagine it would be great for those who rely on accessibility controls. 

The keyboard is detected, but it is not displayed correctly, there is no visual image of it. Synapse 4, already reinstall, with admin. with VPN, i thought that image doesnt download because i`m from Russia, but after reinstall its still 0 result

I have a naga v2 pro that feels like the switch on the underside of the mouse has gotten loose or something. If I change it to Bluetooth, it doesn't change to Bluetooth unless I apply constant pressure and will revert back if I stop. Similarly, changing down to 2.4ghz sometimes doesn't work given that the lights are all off.  If plugged in via cable everything is fine, but that defeats the purpose of the wireless aspect.  No warranty, so I'm open to mouse surgery if there's a tear down guide anywhere. 

Hi, I have been noticing the same issue happening on two keyboards now which is when I have it set to turn off after a few minutes with my mouse and monitor, and the they all turn off normally however the keyboard wakes up few seconds after that without touching anything. The strangest part is that it sometimes works normally and stays with turned off lighting but mostly just turns on again.Below are the settings I use:I have tried changing both timers and when to turn off the lighting but nothing helped.Went through windows 11 cmd and turned off all wake timers but still doesn’t work.Closed all processes and apps and reinstalled synapse but still nothing.Can anybody help me with this one as I do not know what causes this, thank you in advance!

I recently got gifted a pair of Blackshark v2 x and the activation code for the spatial audio was missing (yes I know they don'tincluse one). I followed the steps and Razer sent me one via email but when I put the code a message appears that the code is invalid and I can't find any way to get a new code. Can anyone help me?? Hello, I recently got a new Razer Huntsman V2 Analog and while the keyboard does not have any functional problems the high polling rate of 8000Hz is lagging my pc while playing some games, so I was wondering is it possible to change the polling rate in the Razer Synapse 3 software. Thanks.
