I have precisely the same mouse and the same question as ​@silogmi1 asked in their question which was closed.I’m new to this forum, but as a matter of policy it would seem smart to not immediately take this kind of technical question to DMs. The question was generally applicable and there are other people who have the same mouse---the answer may even be useful to people who are considering buying the product in the future.Is high-resolution scrolling supported on the Basilisk V3 Pro?

Hey! SO i recently purchase the razer kraken v4 pro, but however i  have noticed that the volume is so quiet? and not only that i find the surround really unoptical, like left and right audios aren’t there even in thx mode. Games like counter-strike, and call of duty were i require to hear footsteps are so slight and dimmed and for me to actualy hear it i need to go to maxium volume!!???. For example im turning the volume nob all the way to 70-100% on windows just to hear things clearly and fully. I fiddle with equalizers and enchahments but this just hasn’t been working does anyone know an idea or a solution? because if this how they are im going to be really unsatsified…..

I recently bought the Hello Kitty and Friends Headset, as well as the Kuromi one. I love both of them, so much. I think it’d be amazing if they did other Sanrio characters. I think a Little Twin Stars headset would be cute! You could have Kiki on one side, and Lala on the other.

Hello, I have a razor Nari Ultimate but my dongle has stopped workingI see a dongle of a Nari on a second hand website. Can this work with my Nari Ultimate? Kind Regards,Frank Vermeulen

I only ever use my dongle with the green light on the headset but recently it keeps randomly saying “bluetooth connected” my pc bluetooth and phone is off and it has never been connected to either of them. It has only ever been connected via the dongle. Anyone know how to fix this?

What are the Razer chairs like.  I have over 20 Razer Periphs, like 3 Mics, Razer case, 2 webcams, 3 mice 2 keyboards, 2 mouse mats, stream deck, leviathan and nommo, bungee, 2x base station, barracuda, nairi ultimate (honestly prefer my corsair virtuoso and Nova PRo). So wouldnt mind looking at the chairs.

My Razor deathadder v3 pro sometimes randomly freezes for a a few seconds. This varies from less than a second to a few secondes. My keyboard and everything still works fine. Its only the mouse.

I’m looking for a pro controller that I can play on my pc and ipad.

It would be really helpful if we could remap all buttons rather than just the M buttons. This feels like a pretty basic feature that's missing. Similarly, could we please get the ability to bind the buttons (even if it's just the M buttons) as keyboard keys. That's yet another feature that I sorely miss from my Elite 2. There are a handful of games where it's very useful to have the extra buttons do different things such as in Party Animals which has no inbuilt text chat on console unless you press the 'enter' key. I am now yet again incapable of text chat in the game because of my my controller change. Aside from that, I love my switch to Razer.

 I recently bought a Razer kraken v3 X and my mute button does not work :(can anyone help me with that?

Some keys of my keyboard suddenly stopped (spacebar included - I'm using virtual keyboard to use spaces). The issue started yesterday and my ALT, CTRL WINDOWS and SPACEBAR stopped working, only the bottom left ones, the bottom right are doing fine. I have tried every option listed at the website but no luck so far. Please help me

I just bought this mouse and expected a smooth scrolling experience with the two modes and the automatic switching. But when I use the free/smooth scrolling the mouse still scrolls in steps and not at all smooth. Is it possible to change this in anyway? This is otherwise really annoying as stopping the wheel sometimes causes a step backwards and without smooth high resolution scrolling this is a big jump on websites and huge text/source code files. 

So I have a black widow lite storm trooper addition it has orange non hot swappable switch's but I have the stuff needed to switch  it I just need to know where I should get the switch form 

HelloI bought my razer headset some long time ago.Since im playing back shooter games i found out i need to activate the 7.1 sound.But i can't activate the code in the 7.1 app.Not sure if the code past some due some time and isnt available anymore.Thanks anways

Hey folks, I’ve had the Nommo Pro V2 for all of 24 hours and already dealing with a bunch of annoying issues.The speakers themselves:When I start up my computer they’re always off/disconnected, is there any way to make them turn on automatically, they’re plugged in via USB that should be possible.  Turning them on requires double tapping the command pod, how would this work for the non-pro that doesn’t have the command pod?The Command Pod:It will not enter command mode, i’ve tried removing batteries followed every guide online, and nothing has worked. Saw another forum thread where they said only returning the pod and getting a new one fixed this. To all of you people interested in buying this product , i would recommend you stay away , there is a reason why the warranty only is 1 year on it , mine stopped lighting up the whole way around just after 2 years , they can do absolutely nothing about it yet it is a hardware issue and i’ve never even moved this mousepad off of my table

Hi how do I find pin after Purchasing a reload with credit card

My laptop turns on and functions correctly, but the LED Power light located on the front of the laptop doesn’t seem to function correctly. When I first turn my laptop on, it briefly flashes green (maybe there’s a solid green for a short bit, can’t really tell), but the LED immediately turns off once the OS (windows 11 in this case) begins to boot. When the computer goes into sleep mode, the light flashes the normal white to indicate sleep mode. If the battery falls below 20%, the LED continues to stay off rather than turn red. The LED stays off regardless of whether the power adapter is plugged into the wall or not. I can’t quite figure it out. I’ve re-installed the OS thinking it might be a system/software glitch, even going so far as to unplug the CMOS battery for 2 minutes to let motherboard reset. The light simply doesn’t want to function while the Windows 11 OS is active. Any thoughts? 

Hi - just wanted to share my experience with undervolting. I bough a new laptop and before had no idea about undervolting/overclocking etc. so I had to do a lot of research and trials to find the good method. I don’t have much knowledge about it, but here are some important things I found out. I tried Throttlestop, MSI afterburner, but in the end just sticked to Intel XTU, without undervolting the graphic card (4080).So first what I needed to take care of:    - Disable undervolt protection in BIOS    - Disable Windows Virtualization and Hyperwisor (I am using VMWare, and it actually made my VM much faster)    - Disable Memory Isolation    - Disable windows fast startup (was needed for XTU to start automatically, I didn't notice any significant        decrease in startup).    - I configured Razer Synapse not to run on startup, but I keep it installed for any setup needed in the future.
