Just posting to share my experience with the Blackwidow v4 pro. Purchased around 9 months ago, about a month ago I started to notice occasional double spaces where I only intended to put one. I brushed this off as a typing or software issue on my end and ignored it until it started to happen every 3-4 presses of the space bar. I followed the online guide and tried reinstalling and updating my firmware and synapse software, which made the problem significantly worse. Now it only registers a space bar press about half the time and the times when it does register them, they’re often double presses. It also started to happen with other keys. I’m working through the support process in hopes of receiving a replacement (which, based on what I’ve seen, will likely develop the same problem again another few months on). Just posting this to add to the chorus of people experiencing this issue in the hopes that Razer will eventually address what is clearly a hardware issue and not one of user e

I have a newly purchased Death Adder V2 Pro.It all works fine when connected via the supplied USB cable.  The Synapse app shows its fully charged.  But when I disconnect the cable, nothing lights up, not even the profile light.  At that point Synapse shows its powered off, but I can’t get it to power on.Yes, I updated the drivers.

I have a Razer Blade 15 Mid 2019 Base Model (RZ09-03009E97) and the RGB lighting is not working on the keyboard. Tried reinstalling Razer Synapse, changed the CMOS battery but nothing works. Sometimes the lighting works when it starts from a shutdown but doesn’t hold up.

Hey all! I bought a Viper Mini around 3 years ago, and it's worked completely fine until now. None of the buttons (except the DPI button, which has an issue of it's own, and clicking the scroll wheel) work.I've tried it on my brother's PC, and it made his mouse not work until he restarted his PC, which makes me believe it's a firmware issue.Clicking the DPI button disconnects the mouse, and reconnects it a couple seconds later (confirmed with usbdeview)I've tried updating the firmware, but it says it's up-to-dateIt still shows up in usbdeview as the Razer Viper Mini.It's not a usb port issue, I've tried plugging it into usb 2 and 3 ports to no avail.I also have a Razer Ornata V2 if that changes anything, it still works fine.The mouse had zero issues until today, and I have no idea how to fix it.

Hi!I had this issue for a while, where my mouse sometimes freezes and keys get stuck randomly. I recently discovered, that when I play fast paced games, where I pick up and slam my mouse regularly while turning (like Overwatch), the profile button on the bottom of the mouse gets pushed, when I place my mouse on the desk, and that causes the issues. It’s pretty annoying, when the mouse freezes for ~2 seconds mid game, and it happens every time a profile switching happens by accident. Sometimes even some keyboard keys get stuck (non Razer keyboard), specifically the D and E keys, or the Ctrl and Alt keys, always in pair. When this happened I had to restart the PC to unstuck the keys, now I know a better workaround, I close the razer app, and switch profile again with the mouse button, and the issue goes away.Is there a way to disable this profile button? It's not great design to place it on the bottom of the mouse. Or will any software updates arrive in the fut

I wanted to ask if there was any way to get replacement parts from Razer for my Basilisk V2 sides, as both the rubber parts are worn down.I saw a question that had a link to some “Universal Grip Tape”, but it had a different texture and i didn’t see a way for it to fit.I didn’t know if there was some way to get replacement ones to just take mine off and replace with.If not then the only option is either deal with the texture of the grip tape or invest in ANOTHER mouse again.Thank you for reading and any answers!

so every time when i unplug and replug a razer mouse i have 4 (viper3pro,deathadderv2pro,v3pro,viper8khz)the device works only after restart...even when batteries dies i cant just plug the cable and will work...only after restart.

I have recently done an update with Razer Synapse and have noticed that the battery level percentage doesnt show any longer. It just shows as a red icon and 0% now. Is there any reason for this please?

Hello :) I have a little Question today i buyed a V4 75% and dind´t  look at the layout xD My current Keyboard has German Layout how Z and Y is changed but the V4 has US Layout Can i change the keycaps from Z and Y and thats it to get my German layout? in Windows i have German Typing and Keyboard so here is no Problem
