Why has Razer removed any ability to have ambidextrous mice for left handed people? I can understand why they don’t build specific left handed editions if the sales aren’t there. but if you are going to make something ambidextrous like the cobra or the viper. is it so hard to add an extra 2 button on the right side of the mouse? I have every product of Razer and the fact that they are excluding left handed people and now i need to go get an LG or Corsair is pissing me off. I wanted thing to match and keep it in the family. in the past, the support by razer has been fantastic - this is making me want to sell all of my products and go away from Razer. I have their leviathan v2, kiyo v2 pro, Seiren V2 pro, Huntsman V2, and my mouse, lancehead te which is dying.  they have a wireless naga mouse for right hand people with 3 different places - which would be perfect for me with a left hand, but of course they only give me an old version. If they don’t start at least catering to left handed p

HelloI recently got the Blackwidow 3 tkl and I happy with the purchase but I want to change the Keycaps. The keycaps are cherry profile. Do every keycap with cherry profile works with this keyboard or theres something more to take in count before buying anything?Thank u for reading!

Recently I’ve encountered that my mouse’s right click works poorly (in a fps games when I aim down sight it would twitch between aiming and not aiming), so I am looking to buy a new mouse, but they do not make the all black model anymore, is it the one with green wheel the same as the one with black wheel or I should go for a different mouse that is similar to it, if so, what mouse should I get?

hi, i just tried using razer nexus remote play, but no matter what i do the app just doesn’t connect to my PC for some reason. Anyone know what might be the cause? (in the “unpaired computers” there is literally nothing other than the add manually button which asks for your PC’s ip address.)

I lost the use of my left hand but would still like to play games on my PC. I need a pointing device with programmable keys. 

Ive had this mouse for probably 6 months and from the first week I noticed that the DPI/Sniper button would stay activated randomly. The button isnt physically stuck, but it acts as if it was. Then a few days later the DPI up button started doing the same thing. Those are the only 2 that do it. It never was a huge issue, until I went back to a game where I used them alot as I use the sniper button as a hypershift toggle. 

Hi,  I recently bought a Basilisk V3 Pro 35K and the Mouse Dock Pro. I’ve setup my RGB lighting on the mouse to just static but had to use Chroma since I wanted a different underglow colour. For some reason though, I cannot set the dock to just use quick effects since I want the lighting on it to just display the battery level. Is there a way to do this or does it really need to sync with the mouse lighting all the time?

My mouse viper mini lately is quite strange with his cursor, it's crashing and sometimes it doesn't even work when I move the mouse, but the clicks work. Basically that's it, his cursor is not working and when it doesn't work I basically uninstall his driver and it works again but it's not 100%. Could someone help me? I tried to talk to razer's support, but I couldn't.

Hello, I am interested in purchasing the razer blade 14 for my girlfriend for her upcoming birthday this month. It appears that these laptops are out of stock and I noticed that people have been posting on reddit that this model has been unavailable for 3 months now. Does anyone have any inside information on when they will be selling this model again? One of the key reasons I wanted this model is because it doesn’t have soldered on ram, being able to upgrade ram on a gaming laptop is a major requirement which many gaming laptops don’t seem to fill these days. It is my hope that razer doesn’t jump on that bandwagon with their next release. I was going to buy the dock just so I could give her something on her birthday with the promise of getting the blade 14 when it is available, but I don’t want to wait if anyone happens to know if they intend to make their new models with the soldered in ram. My girlfriend wants a 14 in laptop so this is the model I have chosen after checking out all

Hey guys! Just upgraded from a razer nari essential to the blackshark v2pro 2023 edition. I immediately noticed, that even with the knob turned to 100, and all my volume settings on low it still has quiet audio. I mean with the nari i never turned it all the way, i did not need it. The nari’s volume adjustment did not interfere with the pc’s own one. The blackshark’s volume control directly adjusts the pc setting, that seems wrong to me. However with the blackshark’s full volume im not pleased at all. Low for gaming, low for music. Disappointing Is there a fix for this?

When I get to the payment section, it is asking me to choose between PayPal/credit card information. Can I fully pay for an item using silver coin only? Recently grabbed myself a wolverine v3 and I must admit it is definitely one of my favourite controllers nowadays. The lack of software options however, options that are available on much cheaper offerings from the likes of Gamesir, is nothing short of disappointing for the price. I really hope we get a firmware/software update in the near future that adds at leastTrigger dead zone adjustmentAnalog stick response curves (disabling sticks as well)Default button remapping (not just paddle assignment and with keyboard/multimedia key support)Profile switching onboard and shift layers(the profiles are already saved to the controller board)I don't believe there are any console restrictions here because the elite series 2 supports all of these. Knowing razer there's probably a controller in the works with these features for twice the price of the v3 but I really hope I'm wrong

Hammerhead True Wireless - 2 defective pairs. Unlucky or outdated product?I ordered two pairs of Razer’s old style gaming ear buds with no silicone on the ear piece. The second pair was because the first pair didn’t and still doesn’t work, opening the case when it’s fully charged does not “play an audible cue” that indicates it’s attempting to pair.It just does *nothing*. There’s no audible cue and it never shows up on any of my devices (phone, Xbox or PC) as a pair-able device. I’ve tried everything, from charging the case without the ear buds, to charging one ear bud at a time, and of course charging both earbuds. They are both basically overpriced paper weights.Someone from razer actually reached out to me and informed me the seller I bought it from on Amazon HDD Shop, isn’t an authorized reseller for razer, so I can’t get a warranty on either one. All I can do is return them back to HDD shop since razer can’t find the S/N I provided them for both products.Am I really just unlucky?

When I map the left stick click to m6 or any back button it simply makes my character walk slower. The left stick click sprint works as it always has but i want to map it to back button. Just can't get it to respond properly. I've mapped it using the controller app for wolverine v3 pro TE and using the function button on controller. Same results. Any insight into what I am doing wrong?

Since I installed Windows 11 after 10 version on my 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced model rz09-0367x (nvidia rtx3070 mobile gpu), I have been experiencing blue screens with the message 'Video Memory Management Internal' and Kernel Power source issue on event viewer, even when the computer is doing nothing. I have also noticed that, compared to before, the fans are running loudly even when the computer is not performing any major tasks.I have tried all the solutions I found online, such as reinstalling the graphics drivers, cleaning the registry via CMD, and even formatting the laptop, but the problem persists. Hey there! I have question about discounts. I’ve been looking for a new keyboard and i have all my periferals from razer, so the Deathstalker v2 Pro TKL seemed a good option. I live in Portugal and the keyboard is around 220€, its pricey as hell, but in the USA razer website, the keyboard has a 40% discount, 130$. Since the USA website only delivers for USA, it’s possible to have the same discount on razer europe?
