Hi all,I may have found the laptop that checks all the boxes for what i want but wanted to ask for input from current users as well as anyone who has knowledge about the 2026 models.In terms of performance and reliability? How well do the 2026 models perform, and would it be safe to use the thin laptop mostly plugged in?Also, what is the longevity of the oled panel? I’m mostly going to be using an external monitor so I’ll turn the one on the laptop off but I’ll be gaming on the laptop when traveling. Whats the lifetime for the panel before it starts burning in?Thank you guys so much for your time!

After buying two of these headphones, I run into the same issue. I tried all of the suggested fixes, and none of them work. I don't even know where to speak to actual support because they replaced it with AI. My headphones will randomly disconnect for a few minutes before saying power on, and working for the next 10-15 before the cycle restarts. I'm genuinely fed up with this just not working. It'll be fine the first couple weeks after buying, then this happens. Anything work for yall? 

Hello,I recently purchased the BlackWidow V4 Pro keyboard and am very satisfied with it. However, I would like to know how to configure custom commands for the command dial located at the top left of the keyboard. Specifically, I want to create custom modes tailored to the games I play, the websites I use, and other applications. Could you provide guidance on how to set this up? I would greatly appreciate a clear and concise explanation.Thank you!

So i have the razer black shark v2 rainbow six siege edition i lost the wireless dongle is there any chance i can buy a new one?? 

My eyes are being assailed by the LED Indicators. If there would be a way to patch in a disable feature for the LED Indicators in synapse that would be much appreciated.

Every input lights up the actuation led indicator (above arrow keys) and there is no way to disable it. The constant flashing into my eyes is unbearable, deal breaker for me.I also have a regular Huntsman v3 pro TKL(not 8K) that does not do this, and that is fine.Sounds hard to believe a 260€ fully customizable keyboard does not have such basic QOL feature.Reviews I have seen did not mention this. 

Just as the title says. I made a YouTube video showing what is going on and seeing that Synapse is NOT saving the adjustments you make. As mentioned in the video, even pressing FN + Tab to adjust on the fly will still default to 1.2mm instead of whatever adjustment you made. Looking around online, I’ve seen a few posts on Reddit and on here discussing the issue, but there has yet to be a fix for it? The only thing that is being recommended is to reinstall Razer. How many of us with intermittent working issues ? Has anybody resolved this or already received a replacement which doesn’t have this problem ? Thank you 

i was looking at razer’s mice recently in anticipation of getting an updated razer trinity, as my old (wired) naga trinity is aging. i noticed that razer now only offers the razer naga trinity as a wireless mouse, the only wired versions of the naga being a naga with fixed 12 buttons and the left hand edition of the mouse. why is razer only offering the best edition of the naga (and i imagine many of their other models are doing the same thing now), the naga trinity, with only wireless connectivity and not wired? dear razer, wireless peripherals are a major security vulnerability. please continue to offer the trinity version of the razer naga with a wired version. not everyone wants to use insecure peripherals that do nothing but provide a majorly insecure attack vector for cyber attacks for literally no logical reason whatsoever; wireless peripherals are not only useless, they’re literally detrimental.

It looks like there are no more right handed wired Nagas available in the line up. I have no use for a wireless mouse, it’s actively encouraging me to look elsewhere for a replacement. The magnetic side panels are also a pain point. Is there any chance we’ll be seeing an update line up soon?

hi i was moving house and seem to of missplaced and lost my usb dongle for the mouse the bluetooth isnt working the best and wondering what i can do to get another one?! or if there is any place to get one or if its covered by anything

Hello, I have a Blackwidow V4 Pro Full sized keyboardModel #: RZ03-0468S/N (date): IO2528FI was setting it all up and everything seemed to work great. I left the Lights for the Media Keys for last. Well…. If you number them from left to right 1, 2, 3, 4 to identify them for clarity. In chroma studio if you put the color blue in the studio key #1, it turns Keyboard key #4 blue. In chroma studio if you put the color Green in the studio key #2, it turns the keyboard media key #3 green. The same happens for studio Key #3 changes the color for keyboard media key #2, and of course studio key #4 changes keyboard key #1.I then put a slow wave on those 4 keys. In the studio if the wave goes from left to right, the keyboard media keys go right to left. If the studio wave goes from right to left, the keyboard keys go left to right. Also the top lights showing the left arrow (1), right arrow (3), Play/pause (2), Mute (4) do not light up under the center to show the character for the key (only the

Curious whether anyone else has noticed their peripherals degrading faster in humid or damp conditions. We sometimes use laptops and peripherals on site in older buildings where moisture levels are high, ventilation is poor, and condensation dampness is a common problem. Over the past couple of years we have gone through an unusual number of mice and keyboards.The most common failures have been sticky key switches, erratic mouse tracking, and USB connectors that seem to corrode or lose contact. We are currently using Razer DeathAdder mice and BlackWidow keyboards, and while they perform brilliantly in normal conditions, regular exposure to humid environments on site seems to be cutting their lifespan significantly.We have tried keeping the kit stored in sealed cases between uses, but the exposure during working hours still seems to cause gradual damage.Has anyone here dealt with similar problems? I recently purchased a BlackWidow V4 X keyboard. I downloaded Chroma, but the visualizer function isn't working; it automatically turns off shortly after I enable it. Is it possible that this specific keyboard model doesn't support this feature? Or could there be a corrupted file from the download? anyone else have there mouse cursor shake so much even when your not touching it. it just glitches and shakes so much when its not even moving.

Hey everyone,Got the laptop cooler about a week ago and it's great. Lowered my temps around 10 degrees on average.I have Synapse set up and set to Balanced mode.However, everytime I wake my laptop up from sleeping, it kicks into what sounds like middle speed (aka very loud) and just stays there. I have to manually switch modes and then switch back to Balance.Does anyone know what's up with this and how to stop it from happening?Thank you!
