I have a Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed - Ergonomic Wireless Gaming Mouse - White Edition, from walmart, i went into synapse to remap one or two of my mouse buttons, it will not let me remap.

A few days ago I bought a keyboard Blackwidow v4 pro, and when I try to use it, the keys "i", "h" and the arrow pointing to the right do not work correctly. I try to use the keyboard with an other computer but i still having the same problem.

Yah I’ve just bought it from Lazada’s Dash.Gamer (Malaysia) on 14th Dec 2024 and received it on 18th.I can’t register it as it said that the serial number has already been used.Meaning that I can’t enjoy the 7.1 surround sound software support zzzI only realized that there’re many other ‘senpai’ who has been down to this road after I have face this issue myself.Am I purchased a “fake” headset? or the S/N has been stolen as it is printed and sticker at the bottom of the box which literally everyone can just see it.In my opinion I don’t think that’s a smart and good way for buyers to register it in order to fully unleash the potential of a certain product. The headset itself seems solid though compared to the demo set that I have seen at physical shop before.When I opened the left earpad the serial number is as same as the sticker on the box.The most important part is can I still get the 7.1 surround sound support? or do I need to buy a new headset but from whom?Please help.

I have headphones Razer BlackShark V2 X with 3.5 mm audio cable. After 10 months of using headpones my jack cable (3.5mm audio cable) is curved. If i send them back to Razer will they give fix them or will they sent my back (in broken state which i send them), beacuse warrenty does not cover this. I have proof of purchase and warrenty is still active.

I have a Blackshark v2 hyper speed headset and the dongle went out, so I buy new dongle and a brand new dongle won't connect to my headset. Fix this please.

I bought the razer blackshark v2x headset on november 22nd. I want to use the 7.1 surround sound feature. For this I registered the product and received an activation code. However, when i put the activation code sent to me in the Thx Spatial Audio app it said that the activation code sent to me wasnt valid  I would like to be given a valid activation code.

I have bought a Razer gold card online and I got two number one is Voucher code and the other is PIN code. Now if someone has only the voucher code can use the card?

As in title. My Barracudas are not connecting to synapse. I tried on dongle, on cable and on separate bluetooth. Any1 know how to fix this? Cheers

The mic on my razer blackshark v2 has stopped working. Nothing is picked up on any apps when I select Razer USB Sound Card as the input device, however when I plug the headset into the 3.5mm audio jack of my pc rather than the USB Sound Card the mic works fine, so it seems the problem is with the USB Sound Card. The audio still works fine through the sound card just not the mic. How can I fix this? I’d be happy to buy a new Sound Card if thats the only option but I cant see where to get one so please can you let me know how to purchase one if thats the only option. Thanks.

ive just bought this new key board and installed the razar synapse and razar chroma rgb and then all of my lights just turned off i have no clue how to turn them back on or why they are off and i am at the point of stopping ever considering buying a razar prodouct again can someone please help me turn my lights back on thank you

I have read both yes and no in razer community so I'm lost.   Is it possible to use the Razer blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed keyboard and basilisk v3 pro mouse with the ps5?

Just ordered a V3 TE today and also coincidentally just seeing the amount of reports on out of the box stick drift.Is there a way to fix this at all? 

I'm looking for a keyboard to buy but I couldn't decide. I must use Synapse because I'm using Blade 15 and my mouse and headset is already Razer.I've looked to Blackwidow V4 but there is a lot of problem about doubl-click so I've decided to not buy a V4.

We have a razer leviathan v2 which will commonly “stutter” while playing audio. The stutter is very distinct - it’s not an electrical fault or physical fault, but one where audio frames are being dropped intermittently. This issue only occurs after the unit has been powered on for an extended period of time. Reboot of the PC does not help. All software and fw for razer is fully up to date (2024-12-19). Workaround: Remove power to the unit for 30 seconds and reconnect. Potential Cause: Given the nature of the stutter and the fact that it only occurs after a significant time period, rebooting the pc doesn’t help, we can already eliminate many causes.The most likely cause is that the firmware when left on for an extended period has a memory leak which causes the available free memory to shrink to a point where  memory can not be allocated causing incoming audio to not be buffered reliably. This then manifests as dropped and missed audio frames. This leads to the characteristic “choppy” au
