The Razer Armory

I mean the title has all I need but I’ll just talk about it cause it’s probably necessary. I have a razer blackshark v2 pro headset after replacing my man o war. It’s only like 2 years old & only recently in the past month has it had battery issues. On Razer synapse it says it’s on 100%, then less than 5 minutes later it’s on 80%. Says it’s charging when it isn’t. Goes from 80% to 20 within the hour, but when I put it on charge it almost instantly goes back to 80%? Firmware update didn’t do anything i tried that already. I updated to synapse beta but that didn’t do anything either.yea it’s weird. If anyone has answers i’d like to know, otherwise i’m probably going to just buy a new battery. I thought i’d at least come here and ask before I do that tho.So what should i do?

so i just got this headset and have been trying for hours for the past 2 days to figure out why it’s not showing up and it’s driving me crazy

Recently my 2.5 year old mouse has been on the fritz, constantly disconnecting or going dead while I'm using it, generally just being all over the place. I use the bluetooth connection because I lost the dongle.I've looked it up and suspect the issue is Razer Synapse software, but how do I fix it?

Hi,Would it be possible for someone at Razer to please provide a firmware update for the Blackwidow V3 Chroma TKL keyboard that changes the default color profile to solid green instead of cycling? Long story:I use the keyboard with 2 setups and I go through a USB switch that acts like a KVM for the keyboard.  When I switch to one of the PCs, once in a while the lighting doesn’t come up (the keyboard works fine it’s just the lighting is off), and I need to unplug and re-plug the keyboard back in.  If I don’t use any Razer software, everything works fine, but I don’t want the keyboard lighting cycling as I use it for productivity a lot. (As a sidenote, on the PC that his this issue, it uses Oracle Virtualbox for a VM, but the VM does use any USB, but I suspect some kind of interaction between that and the razer software that causes this glitch once in a while - if I don’t run a VM I don’t see the issue when switching) Thanks

My Nari Ultimate had connection issues for some time now cutting off audio or just disconnecting on its own, this time it did for good and its not catching signal at all from the dongle. Hi, Ive had some double clicking issues for a while and it seems to be a cleaning issue, i’d like to properly open it up and give it a thorough clean. Ive seen with other models the pad glides/gliders can be pulled off to access the screws. I cant find any replacement glides for this mouse tho, just what seems the 2014 model which i dont have. I prefer not to start fidgeting with it untill i am absolutely sure i can replace the parts that need replacing. Can anyone help me or shed some light on this subject? I'd rather not buy a new one for such a simple issue (even if the clickers need replacing, seems easy enough.) Kind regards,Mittchel

Hi, I have a 2 year old Razer Blade 14 2021 edition and it's heating up quite fast now. I read online that laptops more than 2 years are recommended to re apply thermal paste. Can anyone recommend a good rb14 thermal paste? What's the sizes as well for the thermal pads?

Olá, Boa noite!Eu tinha um mouse Razer Viper Mini há 3 anos, porém este ano o mesmo começou a desconectar do computador (apenas quando eu jogava algum jogo. Ele se desconectava e desconectava em instantes, porém eu perdia performance nos jogos). Pensei que era algum defeito, então há 2/3 meses comprei o Razer Cobra, e o mesmo estava funcionando até hoje, quando começou a acontecer o mesmo problema durante as minhas gameplays. Hi, my Razer 17 2022 goes to sleep after closing the lid even tho I have set it to "do nothing" in system settings when I close the lid.How can I get it to not sleep when i close the lid?I am asking cause I am buying an projector and i want to be able to close to lid of the laptop to watch in full dark.Hope to get some advice. Thanks

Hi guys, I recently bought a deathadder v3 pro and when I try to connect it wirelessly to my pc it doesn't detect anything even the usb dongle itself. (You know when you plug a device into the pc there will be a sound that windows make, that sound doesn't even sound off when I plug in the usb dongle.) But when I plug it into the wired one it's working, Synapse detects it. I tried all the usb ports available on my pc. I tried it on my brother's pc also still the same result.

Blackshark v2 X keeps making this weird sound, it almost sounds like there's to much bass instead of music when I try listen to music then it goes away after a while when I open another app 

the keyboard work just fine but rgb does not light up,  already pushed de reset button but nothing happen, cleared all profiles on razer synapse, install new razer synapse 3 and 4, and without software to. fn plus brightness the same. caps lock light isn t working, no water damageany solution for this?

Hi Razer communityI have a blade 16 with the 4090 and it’s been as hot as 107c on the package, but that is the heat spiking. Depending on how I prep it, the average temps will range from 84-95c.I always elevate it with my Razer stand and I’ve under volt with -125.I always run the fans on full.Razer support has offered to “service” my laptop and even replace it. But i’m hesitating because i’m not sure a service or replacement will be better, temp wise.My question is, will a different blade 16 be any different? They all seem to run very hot if you choose cpu boost/gpu high, no matter what. even with the settings above, low/low still spikes up to 98c. While the spikes are high, should we just focus on the averages and ignore the spikes? I’ve never seen some official guidance from Razer on average temps vs spike temps and what range is normal and what range warrants a service or replacement. 

I get an error when I try to redeem an Xbox code that I bought on Razer Gold.By changing the location of my Microsoft account to US I was able to add the voucher to my account but it won't let me redeem it. I don't live in US.
