I have recently done an update with Razer Synapse and have noticed that the battery level percentage doesnt show any longer. It just shows as a red icon and 0% now. Is there any reason for this please?

Hello :) I have a little Question today i buyed a V4 75% and dind´t  look at the layout xD My current Keyboard has German Layout how Z and Y is changed but the V4 has US Layout Can i change the keycaps from Z and Y and thats it to get my German layout? in Windows i have German Typing and Keyboard so here is no Problem

since ive got the taichi b550 razer edition MB i have not been able to get my MB, gpu or ram to show up in the chroma app. i’ve disabled windows dynamic lighting. updated the rgb firmware and just haven’t gotten anywhere. can somone  help me. SPECS taichi b550 razer edition mbgigabyte 3080 eagle oc 10gbryzen 7 5800xsome rgb gpu and 24pin cables thats id love to get into the chroma app as well. thank you all so much. 

hi, i have a problem on Macro Tab, its fine before but now the tab is erroronce i click the tab, the macro tab doesn’t show the macro settings, its only show the macro text on the bottom of synapse, and the macro doesn’t working.have anyone know how to fix it?thanks

Hi, I just got myself a Razer Viper V3 Pro White Edition mouse. Its been 2 days. But the left click feels like its loosened. Do you guys know any fix about it?

Can i save my keyboard profiles on a PC with Synapse and use them on another PC without Synapse? Because i can‘t download Synapse on the PC at work. 

Long story short. My Razer headphones were working fine with old controller. I buy a Razer wolverine tournament handset and now my razer headphones are cracklong and so are my spare headphones when plugged into the Razer wolverine. So disappointing. Are there any known fixes for this, please? I’m playing on XBox series s. Thanks 🙏 

Recently I was looking for some visual feedback program, because of my unilateral hearing deafness, because of this, I end up at a very disadvantage in FPS games and among others related to strategy. That's when I saw this Razer surround, from what it addressed, it provided something similar to what I was looking for, but it is necessary to have some kind of product key, I think it would be cool if Razer provided some kind of visual feedback tool, for the inclusion of people with hearing problems like me, I believe this would promote the brand in terms of accessibility and inclusion,  since Razer has so many useful tools, such as Razer Cortex, I believe this would be a great improvement for their services.

I have a Razer Blade 17 Gaming Laptop, Intel Core i7-11800H, 32GB RAM, 1TB NVMe.  It came with an M2 ssd which contained the operating system (Windows 10, updated to 11).Some time ago I added a second M2 ssd into the spare slot.  This was used for documents.  Every so often the second drive ‘vanishes’.  I can usually get it back by going into the bios and reconfiguring the NVME with F3 ‘optimized defaults’.Last week I decided to install a second OS (Windows 11) on this second drive.  Already I’ve had two boot problems as the drive couldn’t be found.Is there any way to ’cure’ this? Derek Clements

So I just found huntsman mini pro for dirt cheap in my local store and I was wondering if I should go for it but first I want to make sure if there is any huge difference between this model and v2 or V3 pro performance wise ? Like are they way faster or they just have better RGB or whatever ? If latter is the case, honestly I don't care bout that stuff xd 

yesterday I received some pairs of Razer blackshark v2 pro but I have an xbox series s, from the videos I had seen they said that they were not completely compatible but they could be used with a 3.5mm jack cable not with the other accessories given in the box like the key. when I tried to put the cable on the headphones and on the xbox controller there was no sound but the xbox recognized that headphones were connected. I tried following chatGPT's advice but it didn't work, the only way to make the headphones work is the TV, in fact I have a Samsung S95CA TV and I can connect the headphones via Bluetooth so in this way I can hear the audio of the xbox but I'm not very sure because I don't think the audio is crystal clear when I use them on my own xbox and then using this method the microphone which was an important part of the headphones didn't work. Please help me I haven't had a pair of headphones since May, if you can help me please help me I need it, in the card they give you ther

Hello. I bought this headset because the microphone is pretty good and i also like the headset itself.Problem is that the microphone stopped working from time to time and i am unable to get it to work.At some point, it randomly starts working again.  I am not using Synapse because it breaks everyones (and mine) PCs. It is in the settings but if i talk there is no signal. Not in the mic-test website, nor in discord or windows itself. It doesn’t even matter if i restart my PC, programs or unplug the USB to another port. Headphone is always working. I even reinstalled windows because i thought tis would fix it. I don’t know what to do. Pls helpThanks for reading

I’m having an issue where the mouse just randomly freezes (including rgb) or just reboots while playing. It’s getting to a point where games are not even playable sometimes. I have tried everything like removing drivers, reinstalling synapse and much more. If anyone has a solution I would greatly appreciate your help! It’s not disconnecting completely bc I would hear the windows chime. It’s also connected to a mouse dock pro. I’d also like to state that the problem does occur during normal internet browsing as well. Thank you!
