The Razer Armory

After using this mouse for 3 months, I encountered issues with it suddenly disconnecting when I lift the mouse from the surface. After approximately 2 months, it stopped working completely and is not being detected in Windows (So I cannot update its firmware). I have already attempted connecting it to other computers and laptops, as well as performing a clean reinstallation of Razer Synapse 3 and deleting mouse drivers. The DPI Stage is blinks fast when I cover the mouse sensor but that’s about it. The product is no longer under warranty. Can someone please help me?

i have a minor issue with the volume knob of my huntsman v3 pro tkl which wont respond on first use, doinga single turn up or down but then it starts reacting perfectly. i got my keyboard new a week ago and this was an issue right out of the box. everything about the pc, software and keyboard is up to date including firmware, also different usb ports didnt change anything. can anyone confirm the same issue, so i know its not just me, because it feels like a software/firmware issue to me. after not using the keyboard for a while like 30 min+ the volume knob wont respond to the first turn, volume +2/-2 up or down on windows 11, doing a second turn makes it work, it make me feel like it first gets activated on first turn and then reacts. however afterwards it works flawless instantly, except also testing a full 360 degree circle with every single turn would cause sometime no respond like 3 our of 100 times. but its not a hardware deadzone i guess, because it often works always on every si

When Razer will realize gaming laptop with OLED 4k +120 Hz screen? Is the next year or more later?

I know people will respond to this by saying “It’s almost 5 years old.” Or “get a new laptop”, but I am confident it’s not just that. I’ve had my laptop for almost 4 years now. Not even a year into having it, It would get incredibly hot in winter. the only thing added to it was 2tb of internal storage and that barely helped it keep going. Even when I had it early on, it was barely able to run Minecraft with full graphics. I have numerous games that I want to play on it, but can’t. I’m surprised it’s even running the sims. It cannot run The Forest, Fortnite, Phasmophobia or really any other game on medium graphics. I have to do a ton of optimization to run Minecraft on 60fps, and it can barely run a Roblox game on medium graphics. I cannot afford to get another laptop and I just had to spend 300$ getting new fans and battery for it. I have a cooling pad, multiple fans going in my room and I don’t know what to do anymore. Can anyone help me and is this a universal problem? 

The Leviathan V2 Pro's USB connection disconnects when playing sound, except when connected to an iPad Pro using a Thunderbolt 3 cable. Removing the subwoofer allows for a slightly longer connection time (but still in seconds) before disconnection occurs. However, the Bluetooth connection works well. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi all i recently got a razer mouse to replace my viper mini from temu (listen i know yall would say its fake already but listen) and im just wondering if its actually real and because temu is from china will the chinese mouse connect to my synapes or will it ask me to install the “chinese version of synapes” Im living in australia atm so i want to know if my synapes is “universal” (just put it this way as in i went to china and got a real razer mouse because its cheap) also if you are wondering why i want to use synapes so bad is because of this 1 function called the double click.  ps i cant install anything on my laptop with the pop up: do you allow this app to make changes to your devicebecause i am using a school laptop (-1000 aura) :skull: so basically i cant access cortex only synapes thanks for reading so far and tell me if you dont understand anything i know its a long message so i might have missed a few key details  (also the mouse from temu is free i dont buy electronics fro

Hello,I would like to use a KVM to switch between my PC and my Mac. I bought a KVM switch and unfortunately it did not work with my Razer keyboard and mouse.Has anyone had a KVM switch which worked well with Razer's products?I am looking for a KVM switch with HDMI and 2 USB ports.Thank you!

I was trying to install the headset's latest firmware update. The update took a while, so the headset turned off automatically by itself while it was still updating. I turned it back on, and the update completed. However, after the update, the audio quality is very bad now. Is there a way to roll back the update or completely wipe it out so I can try to reinstall it?

My headphones will be fine then when I go to plug in the headset mic it turns off the headphones!

The mouse ran out of charge while using as I had forgot to charge it. I then plug the mouse back into my pc and the mouse doesn't charge.Changed USB port changed cable tried charging from a wall outlet reset the mouse (no LED feedback) Tried using the dongle Not detected in razer synapse or device manager updated synapse (nothing) Tried updating firmware (mouse not detected so therefore no update possible)Does anyone have any solutions to fix this problem or is my mouse broken? Devices: Firefly v2 ProBlackwidow v4 ProI can configure the command dial knob on the keyboard to change the keyboard brightness. How can you use the knob to change the brightness on the Mousepad, or alternately change brightness on both Keyboard and the Mousepad ?Synapse see both devices, and the RGB syncs between them. There has to be a way to change brightness on both ?Thank you.

Hy There! I want to buy a Razer BlackWidow V4 75% white keyboard. But I am worried because many people have reported that it double registers the letters typed. Has this problem improved or is it still there? I don't know if I should buy it.

In the newer program Razer Synapse Beta, a reoccurring problem is in the “macro” side of things.I have used the Razer Synapse 3 macro stuff, no problem, and at some point, some Razer program wasn’t working for a while no matter what I did, so I clean re-installed Razer Cortex (which works fine, might I add), and Razer Synapse. Of course, I saw the “NEW!” Razer Synapse and decided to install that instead of Razer Synapse 3. I was in love with everything new and how much faster and nicer it was. It all changed when macros came into play. I re-installed the Macro module and imported my macros, checking all four of them for any corruption or bugs. Every macro was exactly how I wanted. For simplicity in the rest of this discussion, we’ll focus on “Macro 1.” (I didn’t know that you could rename them back then. (Okay, this was like a week ago, nevermind.)) Hi there,I ordered a Blackwidow v4 keyboard (german layout) on amazon 5 days ago. When it arrived I noticed that I got a wrong keycap. I got two “ü” keycaps on my keyboard and not a “u” and “ü”. The key with “u” is working fine, I can write “u”, I only have the keycap “ü” there and not a “u” keycap.Hope that makes sense.As you can see there is ZÜIOPÜ and it should be ZUIOPÜ. So I was wondering if someone from the support team can help me out with sending me a new keycap maybe? I also opened a support ticket but the support doesn’t understand my issue, they think my keys aren’t working but I only need a new keycap.

Hi, i just purchased this keyboard few hours ago, and i try to charge my keyboard, and its alr charged for like 7-8 hours, but it still didn’t fully charged, isit supposed to be that slow? Does anyone also facing issues like this?

Hi everyone, after months without use it, my Razer Raiju Ultimate don´t connect with PS4. The lights are on but I can´t put in pairing mode. Any button works. The controller has FW 1.03 and I can´t upgrade to new versions. Seems 1.03 is the last firmware. I try to connect to PC in USB mode but Windows recognize it as "Razer Bootloader" and I can´t use it. The warranty period it´s over. I don´t have the purchase ticket. Any solution? It´s possible downgrade or upgrade to another version? I´m looking for the fw 1.02 on internet for try to downgrade but I don´t find it... Please I need helps my Raiju it´s a brick!!

Last firmware is from december 2023 and the wirelles version did update every 1 month ! !  he need more stability ,  lift off , and performance !  see ya ! and i’m sorry if  i don’t spick verry well english ! need  - Improved mouse performance - Improved sensor performance  LIKE V3 WIRELLES BECAUSE IS HAVE THE SAME SENSOR AND ON WIRRED I DONT SEE THAT AND MONEY I BUY FOR HIM , IS NO WAY THAT 3395 IS BETTER WITH A BETTER CODING  PROGRAM !  - General bug fixes - low power issue , usb transfer on  - Personal  Razer sinapse 4 no update for  a bit of time !  - polling rate on 4k need more constantly data IDK WHAT CALIBRATED TO USSING ! 

There is two-factor authentication on my account, which I don't even remember when it add. I can't find which application I'm using. It did not ask for a code when logging into the account or loading the balance, but it not continues the process because it asked for a code during the purchase phase.
